A nightmare!
Sauna and hot tub not working properly, there is no secure parking and, despite the reservation provided, it was not possible to take advantage of the breakfast service, which moreover would have taken place in an external structure and not in the hotel. On the other hand we were honored with beautiful sheets stained with blood and hair in the bidet…
Dulcis in fundo: at midnight the power went out and it was necessary to go down and restart the meter because, apart from telephone assistance, we did not receive any kind of help, nor solutions to the various problems encountered.
In conclusion, the service offered is far from "Luxury" or "Presidential", like the name of our Suite.
I'm certainly not going to set foot on it anymore… and I advise everyone to do the same!
