Super place! It was our second stay there. First with my partner, and then with my family. Rooms are well designed and prepared. Sophie was extremely helpful with everything. Located just a little walk from the Colosseum. Totally recommended! ☀️

Extremely unhappy.
After seeing that this place has 5 stars we booked it through expedia/our travel agent. A few months after booking we found out we had to push our trip back 2 weeks. We asked them to switch the dates and they refused "because they didn't want to" and were very rude to our agent. They also did not give us a refund. Not even a partial refund.
So we cancelled the reservation.
The date we were supposed to be there (2 days ago) they text us while we are still in Canada asking where we are? Poor communication within the team I see.
Plus, even if we were in Rome, we wouldn't have been able to receive the text with the entrance code because our phones wouldn't have worked. It should have been through email or figured out well ahead of time!
