The Hotel is amazing. Quiet although we went in March 2019. The room was spacious and lovely as was the on suite bathroom.
Hotel bar was relaxing and Michael the Barman went out of his way to make us feel welcome and fed us with snacks with our pre dinner drinks.
The breakfast was good and plenty of variety depending on your dietary requirements.
The same restaurant serves evening meals and although the menu was a little sparse (maybe as we visited at the beginning of holiday season) but the food was amazing.
All staff went out of their way to make our stay one of the most enjoyable we’ve had on our city breaks. Reception even rang us a cab when we asked where we could get one from.
Hotel has free guest Wi-Fi and a sun terrace and a great terrace on the ground floor

This is a nice NH hotel located just off the Borghese park. The hotel staff are just slightly above average in dealing with hotel guests. The restaurant and bar area are okay as well. There are a few different types of rooms here ranging from a single bed to a double. I will say the rooms are nicely appointed. There is complementary coffee and several bathroom ammenities. There is a coop grocery near by as well as several average bars and restaurants.

Well located near the Spanish steps, with easy access to the train station. The room, though small, was practical and clean. However, there was no iron in the room, you have to iron in a seperate room — is that an Italian thing!?

In fact, the overall evaluation should have four stars,
But when I go to bed at night, I find out,
The bed and the soundproofing effect is really too bad.
The bed is soft and mobile rock wheel,
So it's easy to get up and down the bed and make noise.
And at night the room's soundproof effect,
It's a little bit worse.
Upstairs and downstairs when the tenants chatted and drank at night,
You can still hear the sound.
And the kettle, it's dirty, I'm useless.
In addition to these overall is also good regardless of the room size cleanness is very ok.

Good hotel, next to a main central park in Rome. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were good too. Actual hotel building and access to it is not best but minor point. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed with his wife for 2 days, out of the pros:
-good location, near the center, right next to the hotel is a wonderful park where you can spend time.
The room is comfortable, the bathroom is the same. In the room coffee machine with capsules Lavazzo.
Staff are suave.
Of the cons:
-the cost is high and you want to get something special for this price, but there is nothing special, just a good four.
-The price does not include breakfast, for it you need to pay 20 euros per person additionally.
-we had a deluxe room but the view from the window directly onto the road, although the two sides of the hotel are surrounded by a park.
There is no airport transfer.

I stayed there a few years ago and the rooms are nice and cozy. The location is very central and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby!
I recently participated in a congress whose organization and punctuality was perfect. At the end of the conference we enjoyed an excellent refreshment.

Very professional — — thanks also to miss Teresa you have been very gracious has fulfill our every need in record time and with a great professionalism and very patient, very nice room and very clean good breakfast… Only flaw put a ramp out to the outside stairs without one having to do all the ride in order to pass with suitcases etc would be very helpful a ramp… And a bright sign indicating where are the elevators to be able to go down that lie a little hidden the rest all excellent thank you it was a pleasure to stay at your property.

We arrived very early in the am expecting the typical please leave your bags and wait around until your room is ready. This is pretty standard. Not here, we were greeted by the delightful Elena at the front desk. She was nice and even took us on a tour of the hotel with the ability to choose our room. (This is done during off-hours if the time is available. ) After reluctantly picking our room leaving our bags in it and preparing for the day we came back to the desk and Elena introduced us to Guest relations, Maria. She sat us down, and helped us plan out our Epic Rome day. Something she did that many guest relations/concierge is took the time to figure out what we actually wanted and didn’t want to do. Most relations people just start throwing the “coolest” stuff at you with no regard to our interest or intent. Maria was different, she asked great questions then like a super computer processed our request, then spit out a phenomenal walking route through all of Rome filled with shopping, sightseeing, speakeasy bars, pizza, and eclectic scenes. We hit everything we wanted and everything we didn’t even know we’d want and loved. It was all master planned by Maria. When we came back after 12 hours walking around Rome on this great day, we came back to our Rome to find the next day’s planned already mapped out on a new map, fruit and chocolate gifts, a beautiful note, and amazing personal touches around the room all gifted by Maria while we were gone.

Located in the heart of Rome near Villa Borghese. Pretty elegant hotel easily accessible with your own car. It is equipped with garage, free Wi-Fi, various conference rooms also with videoconferencing option. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Air-conditioned rooms.

This hotel is at the top of the Via Veneto. The location is easy to get to many places. There is nothing immediately nearby except the park. The rooms are nice, clean. It is easy to grab a bus but you have to walk a bit to get to the Metro.

Great property I was for an event I have to say that very polite and very professional staff. Rooms comfortable and very clean the thing that I hit that check done before the 15:00 and find the room already ' riprisinata in the evening with my bathroom restored everything and the bed rearranged and with some chocolates very good to enjoy was graceful… thanks me A very good breakfast but with a smile more ' would not spoil thanks to Mr. Pedro and Mirko for his willingness to solve a little problem with the air in my room making me understand how it worked to keep the air off and that to regulate the temperature of Contact the number 0 very kind and solari guys I will gladly return.

Very expensive in relation to what it offers, the rooms are very small and not very comfortable, the AC does not work properly, the walls are very dirty.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel located in the beautiful setting of Villa Borghese. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the room very clean and spacious and especially a very caring, attentive and prepared staff. I would like to thank the staff, especially Walid, Federica, Mariagrazia and Cristina for their welcome and their kindness. They made me feel at home!

Beautiful past experience in NH staff super nice and very attentive to ensure that the customer is satisfied with everything very large rooms… very nice room with Park View I or stayed together with a colleague of mine in the 412 waitress on the floors very kind and Friendly room in Stop super tidy and very clean/room and bathroom with replacement of everything you need and even folded our clothes and put them well on our cute folded bed, very good breakfast if there would be a little bit more type Non-frozen croissants would be much better… out for the type of hotel and for the very many clientele it would take a person who can give you baggage assistance etc etc. The rest is magnificent and was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Quite central. The suite we were in was spacious, very well kept and generally comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice, although cooked items could have been warmer.

Great place to stay while spending a few days in Rome and hunting some pokemon as it has a large park located in the vicinity.

Good standard. The main access is through large stairs, although you can use a lift. Nice restaurant with good quality. Breakfast without natural orange juice. Good room and clean.

Decent hotel with good rooms and great breakfast. The hotel is located quite close to a busy road, but the sound insulation of the windows is good. Main issue is that the temperature in my room was very high and it was almost impossible to get the temperature down.

Beautiful hotel, located in a charming place of Rome, overlooking the greenery of Villa Borghese. Room at the top and super breakfast, staff always attentive. Beautiful hotel I have been to a very friendly staff Congress very cozy rooms… and very thorough cleanliness, waitress on the floors very kind and friendly with the customer there to taken care of the room for our 2 days stay making us feel at home Redoing the room and putting every day all the kit needed new in the bathroom. I was in the room of my colleague on the 4th floor beautiful overlooking Villa Borghese and very nice also the view of the terrace on the 7 floor great gym Beautiful I will gladly recommend for a family outing.

It's a good location for professional events, but not well connected by public transportation so you need to walk. A part from this, facilities are modern, conference rooms are wide and comfortable, overall a nice experience.

Reserved including Baby bed/ no beds were available until 6 hours later that day when we insisted to speak to the Hotel Manager who came in and brought the bed along with 2 Proseccos // Breakfast Options were very poor and limited. Price is very high for such quality and service! Won’t stay there again!

Very nice staff. Great rooms. Only the location is a bit far from the touristic center.

Outdated hotel located on a busy highway outside of city walls. We traveled in September when it's still very hot in Rome so air conditioning was a requirement for a hotel. Here, you can't bring it down lower than a set temperature and that doesn't work either. Wi-fi works in the lobby but not in the room. Breakfast is very bland. Dining options close by are very limited. Staff is ok but can't compare to other hotels in Italy. Will not recommend or ever return here.

Well it is a lovely hotel nice rooms It is a place to be in business trips only Nothing special presented but it is a clean place.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights for vacation in Rome with my wife and my little daughter. My reservation was for a premium room but it was very small room like the standard but with terrace in the sixth floor and its totally different than the pictures that they sent me in the conformation e-mail. The Wi-Fi was complimentary with the room but the Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach inside the room! The A/C controller was damaged as well. The entrance of this hotel has a long stairs so if you have stroller you will suffer. No one will help you with the language at the hotel entrance. The hotel location is on "autostrade" so its a little bit noisy. What I like in this hotel is the modern decoration. Also they will give you a big bottle of water daily. The room cleaning is good. Finally and unfortunately, I have reserve with the same hotel series in Milan as well for this vacation I hope I will get better experience than Rome.

I was a guest of this structure on two occasions to attend as many conferences: central location and easily accessible from both Fiumicino and Termini; Good reception and plentiful catering; Large and numerous rooms, only pity that the same are buried and therefore the reception of mobile devices is not optimal.

Our first time in Rome, the NH made us feel very comfortable, the room was lovely and kept clean the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Fabrizo at the bar, and the breakfast amazing would definitely recommend the hotel to others to stay as it's a great location, would stay here again we hoping very soon in the near future thankyou bravissimo xx.

I liked the hotel. Overall it's great what NH did with the "collection hotels". You always know the standard you're getting and it very good. In the case of the Vittorio the surrounding is very green, you're in Villa Borghese's gardens. The downside is you're kind of far from the landmarks, a little farther than the chic hotels in Via Veneto.

I loved the welcome that was booked as well as the cleanliness of the room and places in general. The breakfast is excellent and is 15 minutes from the centre of Rome and 2 minutes from the splendid Villa Borghese. I recommend!

This is legit my first hotel Ive ever been too and I was able to bang my girlfriend without any complaints. 10/10 the food and staff were nice too.

I stayed at this hotel for a Conference. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, well cleaned. Breakfast with products of good quality (too bad cappuccino and coffee from vending machines). Adequate and well equipped conference centre.

I have been to this hotel on a business trip, entrance very particular with broad acceptance and well taken care of. The rooms clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was very great and there was plenty of it. Very recommended.

For a 4 star Hotel it was alright, but could have been better. Breakfast was rich and plenty, the dinner is way too overpriced — however, was that by and Large, also for Rest-Rom. I had a single room, which is right on the main road rausging, and there it went, even late at night still neat to the point and it has been honked what the stuff was — although the room was nice, I think the price I put down have (160) is absolutely overpriced. I could not sleep with the Windows open and because I also have no air-conditioning contract was for me a rather unpleasant state, also the cars and the honking even through the closed window heard. Even if the neighbor Watched, it was as if he were sitting in a separate room (since the TV head were mounted on the other side). This is very bemängelnswert. Otherwise, it was a very good location, we were fast everywhere (also has good subway links with the Spanish steps) and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, except for a few incidents when Frühstückspersonal (hierarchy, "grant").

Great location at a good price. Follows the standards of the chain in Spain, a few metres from the Centre of Rome. The breakfasts, delicious, variety and cool throughout.

I have been to this hotel several times already. Very nice rooms (deluxe overlooking villa borghese), spacious and modern. Modern bathroom and very clean. Great welcome and accept without problem animals. Superb breakfast, there's just about anything with lots of choices for both salty and sweet, in addition many organic products and the intolerant. I recommend it to everyone.
