Luxury hotel located within minutes of major attractions, both walking and driving. Attentive staff; excellent concierge services and wonderful breakfast buffet.

The hotel does have an elevator. A has a beautiful garden rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet (which is spectacular — especially the baked goods) and is presented in the beautiful main dining room. One negative comment: you are provided with bath towels and toiletries, however, no washcloths were available.

We enjoyed our stay well located great service and food.

A warm welcome, very helpful staff. Close to numerous places of interest. With easy access to local transport including hop on hop off bus.

Good hotel, great terrace in the roof, the rooms are a bit old, and could be better. The bathroom is weird, and the curtain placement is such that the floor floods when you shower, good breakfast and good location.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is small, but clean. The two restaurant are good, and the food is delicious. We would stay here again.

The A/C does not run at night, we all woke up sweating. I have 2 knee and one hip replacement and was in fear of falling when I entered and exited the tub for a shower… no safety bars or anything to grab on to. Many of us needed to ask for a second pillow. We all enjoyed the terrace bar on the roof.

Very nice accommodation with clean rooms and good internet access. There was an abundance of options to choose from at breakfast. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel is a bit out of the way but very quiet.

Old hotel. Breakfast was buffet of 3 main dishes everyday Never even once they changed it. Room service they won't even pick up the phone you will have to go down to speak to them. Location is amazing the staff is good but never again on the same hotel.

Unfortunately the roof terrace is not open all year round. Dumpsters can be crowded in front of the hotel entrance for several days. After all, the hotel is quiet despite the location. Via Veneto, Villa Borghese and Piazza di Spagna are within easy walking distance. Otherwise the public transport is suboptimal from there. The hygiene left something to be desired. Price/performance is improved.

Very stylish hotel with friendly staff. Wonderful roof terrace. The Spanish Steps can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Rich breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was ample. The rooms were very nice, especially the bathrooms. The staff was exceptional save for the rooftop bar attendant. I would go back if given the opportunity.

Whenever I come to Rome, mostly business trips, I love to stay at Hotel Victoria… Its close to everything a tourist would need. Its an older hotel and maybe not as modern as others I've stayed in when in Rome but the staff are second to none when it comes to making you feel welcomed. Even if you stay somewhere else the rooftop restaurant is worth the visit.

Cleanliness pretty bad. For a 4 star hotel It's not worth much.

The rooms are beautiful and have great windows and lighting that have wonderful views. It's well situated and not more than a 15 minute cab ride from most all attractions in Rome. Very accessible walking as well. The breakfast is included and is buffet style with meats cheeses pastries eggs and bacon. There's a rooftop bar and restaurant that's solid as well. My main gripes are the power is supplied to the room via inserting your key into a special Port and while this is eco friendly and avoids waste it made leaving devices charging while I was out on the city difficult. Also our friends who booked a room with two beds were disappointed to find the beds are extremely close together practically sharing a bed. But otherwise the staff is extraordinarily helpful they speak fluent English and it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, beautiful roof top bar, lounge and restaurant. Great rooms, friendly attentive staff also speak english. Clean large rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful hotel overall. Would stay here again. For all those traveling to Rome for first time you can't go wrong with Hotel Victoria. Especially the location which is central to everywhere you want to be. Right next to metro as well.

Small rooms by American standards but the superb. Location more than makes up for that. The room is very clean with fresh bathrm towels every day. Staff is very helpful. Rooftop garden is lovely and others in our party said the restaurant was good. Would definitely recommend.

We had dinner on the magnificent terrace of the hotel Victoria just a few steps from Via Veneto. We found the environment very elegant, with green plants cured and furnished with good taste. The delicate and refined cuisine with abundant portions. The staff were very helpful We will stay here again. Giancarlo and Stefania.

The service is good. The single rooms are a little tight and the shower is small but the double rooms include a bath with a shower and a vanity in the bathroom. If you can afford it I recommend getting a double. The breakfast is buffet style with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Each room has a personal safe and mini fridge. The hotel itself also offers free Wi-Fi.

For events and meeting great location in the center.

Clean room, very friendly staff. The only criticism I have is there isn't an iron in the room, however, this is my first European trip so I'm used to American hotels.

Big clean bedrooms and bathrooms, Good air conditioning, fast free Wi-Fi, brilliant selection at breakfast. Beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. Our trip to Rome was made 100% by our stay at this hotel. Especially amazing was Nicola/Nicolas who ran the desk in the late afternoon/evening. We loved him!

Room was okay. There was some hair on the bathroom wall when I arrived which is kinda gross… Breakfast was pretty good, and it's I. A pretty decent location.

The atmosphere is really nice. The people who work there are friendly and reliable. The room for two has more than enough space and is clean. The bathroom is very nice. The buffet at the breakfast is kinda small. I expected more. But at the end its position makes it so good. Two minute walk to the next supermarket and the hotel is within the center of Rome.

Pleasant, small central Rome hotel. I was there for business, the room was small but no smaller than other major city centers. Nice roof top restaurant — high enough to isolate a bit from the house yet still felt connected to the city.

Albergo piacevolmente demodè sito a pochi passi da Via Veneto con vista sulle mure Aureliane e Villa Borghese. Inconcepibile però che in un 4 stelle l'aria condizionata funzioni per scommessa e che la corrente elettrica sia regolata da un sistema a chiave… da evitare come la peste le camere cosiddette "classic"… spendere qualcosa in più e prendere rigorosamente una" superior" dal terzo piano in su e con vista su Villa Borghese.

Hotel convenient to reach. Very cozy inside. I was there for work and the room was very bright and comfortable. Good lunch, recommended.

Cozy clean hotel. It is near the Indonesian Embassy. A few minute walk to shops and restaurant. Would recommend anyone for a short stay. There is no sport center nor spa, yet it has a collaboration with it not far from the hotel.

You are at the hotel Victoria … Piazza Cinquecento via Campania, near via Amendola. Close to Termini station. And then … and then … then he said Mina …

I booked 1week before and when I came to the hotel the room was not ready! They send me in the savoy hotel for one night. The employes doesn't serve you well at breakfast time, and the roof garden restaurent really $$$ and not good.

A very welcoming staff and very clean rooms, breakfast was simple but with good quality and nice varieties.

Got a great deal online, £300 for 5 nights double room b&b. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location/area for sightseeing and evening dinning.

We stayed 4 nights and plan to come back for 2 more nights soon. Excellent and friendly staff. Front desk will exchange money without extra fees. Breakfast has extended hours 630-1030am and includes eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, bread in a beautiful dining room. Our room is small but we see the sights. Roof terrace has three views with one of the park around Villa Borghese. Near several good restaurants and has one in the hotel.

We stayed here for four nights in late August 2013 and it was fantastic! Upon arrival, we had several tours that we booked and needed confirmation. The concierge helped us out with that and it was a snap. Then out of the blue, one of our tours was rained out. Once again, their concierge helped us get in contact with the tour operator and got us booked for another day. So, that was really impressive to us since we rarely had to use the concierge's service in our travels. The room was small and the furnishings seem kind of dated, but it was clean and everything was serviceable. Since we're in Rome for the sights and not to camp out in our room all day, none of that mattered too much. There's complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas, but we sometimes can get spotty connection in our room. So that's a nice bonus when we wanted to check our e-mails at night without having to go down to the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was nice if simple. Service was really great and everyone was friendly. The hotel is also really close to Villa Borghese and within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. We even made two walking trips to the Colosseum in one day! For those not as much into walking everywhere, the hotel is also fairly close to the metro line.
