I was lucky enough to book this room extremely last minute (as in that evening! ) and Marlene went above and beyond to help me. Always communicating with me from the moment I booked until after I left. Her and the rest of the staff, including Gabriela (or Daniela… I'm sorry I can't remember it's been a crazy last two weeks) were not just accommodating and hospital, they genuinely cared about helping me and checking in with me throughout my stay and even afterwards. I bounced between two rooms during my 5 night stay — both were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The larger room I was in towards the end was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in during my MANY b&b stays in Rome over the last 4 years here off and on. An amazing value especially for the neighborhood of Monti. I'm so glad I found this gem and will recommend this place to anyone I know visiting Rome. I can't thank you guys enough!

Italy is facing a huge problem with CORONA VIRUS, the government published some restrictions in many regions and the Hotel DID NOT ACCEPT WHEN WE TRIED TO CANCEL OUR STAY! Many places in Italy closed his doors (museums, bars, restaurants, theatres…), there are places that you can’t even go. We had a planned and expected trip to Italy, we had to cancel it because some other reasons and they did not understand it. I do not recommend this hotel.

Perfect place, cosy and very clean rooms. Quiet and central district! We could never have had better days! The owner was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi… in-room kettle, hot shower… you can also listen to music while you shower! The big, super comfortable bed!
