Prices high enough for the service offered.
Amazingly the welcome drink cannot be used for a small water bottle of the room's minibar (charged €3) but only at the bar on the ground floor (which closes at 23, which I don't expect paying €160 for one night).
For the rest room very nice and comfortable. Too bad about the blind bathroom.

The name Smart can make you think of a Hotel that makes technology its strong point, but it is not so. Of smart There is only the central location, which is why you pay so much. Small rooms, on the edge of the claustrophobia of Rebibbiana Galera. Uncomfortable bathroom, sink that is not very practical to wash, bidet drain clogged, comfortable shower. Absence of disposable slippers, a shortcoming for light travelers, should be a must for a non-cheap 4 star. Double mattress, only in the name, "short" 190 cm, "tight", not great for support and comfort.
The breakfast I found quite rich in the offer, both on the salty and on the dessert, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. These are the reasons that made me desist from assigning 2 stars to this assessment.

Lovely hotel we had to stay 1 night due to a problem at our hotel this is the sister hotel to the building hotel everything was sorted for us stress and hassle free staff are very friendly and helpful we were upgraded to a junior room with Jacuzzi and balcony close to all transport will definitely stay here again both hotel were fabulous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the claim is in terms of working on the last day of the elevator but took advantage of the other. The breakfasts are decent but a tad repetitive for a week like stay. There is free Wi-Fi Internet, in-room password and login Look in the TV menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright but quite small. Snap-in rooms, telephone, refrigerator, bath with hairdryer and hygiene products. Boldly Choose it!

No air conditioning in the room. Massive window that would've resolved the issue but could only crack it open a few inches along the top. So it can definitely get warm. Otherwise, room was adequate.

It is a very clean and very comfortable hotel. Close to the train and Metro station and have in front a super market. With the cará that is Italy. Comes in very well.

Modern, clean and with the staff very attentive and friendly. It is a little bit away from the old town, but it is close to the Termini train station and the subway which makes it easy to transport to any place.

I was in Rome for a week recently and I stayed here. I was completely satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the room was really clean and handsome. The breakfast buffet might still add a little (the buns aren't quite so great and the bacon was honestly often still a bit too bright for me), but I can't comment more on criticism. Happy again.

Small room, 4 Euro coffee and 7 Euro delivery charge, no coffee machine in room, no ironing table, small corridor, only one lift. Staff not friendly, we rigid management, 02 noshow of guest charged for all 3 nights, cost about 600 euros didn’t return back. I rather suggest best western near by which matches the web page. Web page is great but but when you are in reality not meeting any standard…

My husband and I have stayed at the Smart Hotel and we had a great time. Room comfortable and spotless and modern, quiet environment, breakfast buffet rich and tasty, staff are friendly and always available. We were greeted with affection and we felt at home! We will come back with pleasure.

Location is very good. if you have to go out before the restaurant is opened, you can ask takeout breakfast. Internet connection is too slow and unstable.

Pros: — Nice staff — Good breakfast — Clean room Cons: — You get a single key card that you need to insert into a key slot inside the room in order for the lights and AC to work. Great for the hotel to save on utility bills but not good for the customer if they stay in the summer and come back to a very hot room which will take a couple of hours to cool down. This made sleeping difficult. — Looks and feels more like a 3 star hotel.

Staff was pleasant and Wi-Fi was great. Right by Roma Termini to get wherever you need to get. Definitely a more modern style than some of the other Italian hotels we stayed. Only downside was fridge didn't work and the elevators can take a while.

It's a great updated and upbeat hotel, conveniently located near the trains and subway stations. The staff are amazing and the rooms are comfortable. I don't impress easily but theres a lot of detail to may things in the room down to the toiletries. I would not only recommend this hotel, but next time my husband and I return to Rome, I hope to say here.

Rooms comfortable and clean, although small. The breakfast is varied. Very friendly staff and very good service attitude. Showers badly designed (to bathe inundas the bathroom floor). Does not have parking. A 20-minute drive from the tourist areas.

Very good relation price quality to an brand new hotel close to rome termini central station. less than 100e per night, very confortable and quite. Recommended The only bad thing was the elevator, there was just one and is was not enough.

We were pleasantly surprised at this very nice hotel. It had a modern feel, nice accommodations, Wi-Fi Internet access, high tech TV in the rooms and very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast also had good options. I souls highly recommend this hotel, specially since it's a nice easy walk from Roma Termini, just walk to the right after you go outside to the right of the train station.

This hotel has the potential to be developed very well, but unfortunately didn't work out. The room is large enough, but the TV diagonally hung, all the lines are bare on the outside, it looks very unsafe, don't know if this is installation problem or a room to clean up the problem. Breakfast is very General. Breakfast the worst place is the food not fresh. Bread rolls put the for a long time, my dining knife cut into the time, found it moldy green. People really can not accept.

Modern and well placed. Rooms bit small but cosy. Well located 5 min from Termini station. Hotel intended more for leisure as a couple or business. The Wi-Fi is including in each room… outside it is difficult to have Wi-Fi.

Great modern hotel close to Termini Railway Station (direct trains from and to the airport). Most of the major sites are about a 30min walk away from the hotel. Continental breakfast is fresh and offers a good variety. Staff are friendly and willing to help with matters as much as possible. The hotel is clean to a high standard with state of the art somewhat futuristic facilities. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide irons (Laundry service is available on request for a small fee) so a travel iron would be recommended for this stay. The room also do not offer tea/coffee facilities. Would highly recommend as great value for money.

Well, room with shower direct to the floor, not me likes, and Wi-Fi failure enough. TV also failed because of the Wi-Fi, I think. For the rest, well, normal.

Well connected to all regions, it is simple to reach this hotel and in close proximity to Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport. You could also visit major sites without any stress by bus and subway. The hotel is equipped with rooms if you want to host a business meeting and the food is great too. Wi-Fi is free round the clock with spacious relaxing rooms. The surrounding too holds lots of diverse with authentic restaurants which you must try. My stay went off well in this hotel and wake up calls and room service was punctual. If you are bored the infotainment and interactive power TV will sure keep you occupied. I would be using them when re-visiting Rome.

Modern hotel with top-of-the-line amenities. Very close to termini station, which made transfers fast and painless. The location was good otherwise, too — residential neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the university. My son is studying abroad for a semester in Rome, so being close to the university was a big determining factor in choosing the hotel. The room was a good size, large TV with so many features I couldn't even figure them all out. Staff was very nice — helpful in telling us how to best get around since the hotel is a little ways from the main attractions in the city. Great hotel and we would definitely go back.
