Hotel very well placed. Clean and comfortable room. Staff listening.

Pros: friendly staff, breakfast is ok, good location since you are very close to everything. Cons: The B&B stores the trash in the entrance hall, which produces a strong smell, especially during summer. Our bathroom was also mouldy, especially in the shower. Also, we stayed there for a week and discovered small coackroaches after a few days, even though the room was cleaned every day. They used a spray to get rid of them, but on the other day we found them again, although dead. We then moved to another room, however, it happened to have many silverfish. We felt very uncomfortable with this gross experience. We are sorry to say that the staff managed this situation rather poorly. Although they were always approachable and friendly, they did not even offer to give us a discount on our payments. Therefor we cannot recommend this place any longer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I Could walk all Rome on foot, and in case of not wanting to walk, at 150 meters there are two subway lines that connect you with the whole city.

To start with, It's a bed and Breakfast so don't expect it to be like the typical hotel. Great deal, We explained the whole operation of the establishment and whenever we have had some doubt we have been helped Delighted. Breakfast is very elementary, but for me, more than enough (attached photos). Location Just 10 minutes from Termini (train and bus Station) and 2 minutes from Plaza República where there is a Metro Stop. Places to eat, better to ask at reception, they always advise you something less "touristy". Otherwise, very very correct hotel, we kept it for the next visit.

Very cozy atmosphere, hospitable room well cared for in cleanliness and style, complete with TV, climate, fridge, tea. Very nice staff For breakfast I would say that you can improve with fresher and various foods.

Recommended, excellent value for money, near Metro stop, many monuments are within walking distance, clean and tidy, abundant breakfast, room space a little limited.

The hotel is very well located 10 minutes from Termini station and less than 5 minutes from the Metro or bus. Quiet street overlooking via Nazionale with restaurant, bar, MC do, and small supermarket next door. The rooms are charming, the breakfast simple and pleasant (taste the excellent cappuccino) and the staff smiling and very friendly.

A small but cosy hotel. Good value for money Not bad located. Advisable if you want to be in a hotel at affordable prices.

I had problems entering because it was not very clear where the reception was and I was waiting 1 hour on another floor.

We booked a small double room and stayed for 4 nights. The room itself is quite cosy — small but very clean, with comfortable bed and nice towels. We also found the breakfast (cold) not as bad as others described, very basic but good enough — ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruits, coffee etc. Staff are also very friendly and helpful! But the biggest problem for us was the noise. It was extremely noisy and unbelievable! One could literally hear everything (yes everything) that happened outside of the room, worse in the morning during and after breakfast (people eating, talking, walking, moving table & chairs, sounds of the dishes, staff cleaning after breakfast) and at night (snoring and tv). It is because the building is old and the rooms there are very very close to the breakfast area. One room is exactly AT the breakfast room. Ours was "farther away" (2m) already. We needed to use earplugs to have a good rest. Besides that, we couldn't really open the windows because of the cooking and cigarettes smell from outside. So we probably won't come back again. But if your plan is to leave the hotel in early mornings everyday, and don't mind using earplugs, this hotel is a good deal.

Great location, very accessible​ to all the sites.

The trick is the reception entrance is not the same as it the hotel entrance and it is on the second floor. It took me a while to discover.

Cozy hotel, 10 minutes walk from Termini train station and metro. Not suitable for business. Internet very slow, breakfast very basic, staff avarege.

Fantastic place to stat that is very well located within Rome. Lovely rooms and phenomenal staff that provide excellent help and advice.

The location is perfect. Plenty of shops and right next to termini. The bedroom and bathroom both nice and clean and the shower is descent. The breakfast could be a little bit better but still nice.

Very well located in front of the metro and the bus stop clean and bedding comfortable heating and air conditioning very attentive and friendly staff and good breakfast.

Located in the Centre of Rome, close to piazza Repubblica. The rooms are cozy and prices are okay for other facilities, staff is very willing to give you as much information as possible and help you if there are any problems, I recommend you stay at this property.
