Great stay at Gianpaolo which in addition to impeccable reception delivers the most informed advice to take full advantage of Rome (whether from a cultural or gastronomic point of view). Apartment well located, close to the metro, with good small addresses for dining or shopping. Small Plus: the maintenance of the room with private bathroom (the housekeeping is done every day).

The ideal place to stay! Instant responses, informative welcome messages, local guidance tips, and 24/7 availability. The room was very neat and was cleaned every day. The appartment was close to the metro, so very easy to get around the city. We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Rome, and I Tetti di Roma B&B was the definitely contributing to this experience.

The location: In the middle of the city, subway station just around the corner as well as cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shops — everything within walking distance.
The rooms: The rooms are very clean and well maintained, are cleaned daily, have very nice and modern en suite bathrooms, and offer unbeatable views over Rome!
The B & B: Located on the 8th (and top) floor of a large apartment building, is absolutely safe thanks to various castles on different doors, and exudes Roman charm. The very nice communal kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, microwave, refrigerator, coffee, milk, biscuits, fruit — everything is plentiful. The common room is located in the middle of the entire apartment and offers a gigantic view over the rooftops of Rome from its balcony.
The host: Gianpaolo is just wonderful! Even before our arrival, he contacted us, explained various departure options to us and, at our request, organised a pick-up from the airport. On site, he equipped us with a map and recorded us the main sights, as well as a few culinary insider tips:-) He has also offered to contact him from the city at any time if we are looking for a good restaurant or else need some info. He is a very loving host who really cares about his guests.

Highly recommend this place for tourlist! First of all, the neighborhood is very nice. Everything is so close to the bnb. You can take the metro in 3 minutes and bus as well. Also yiu can find nice restaurants, cafe, bars in the town.
Also, the host is more than fantastic. He is very welcomeing to the people and can give lots of informations about Roma not only for the tour but also lots of stories for the town.
Room is very clean abd every morning clean lady clean the room. So you cannot worry about anything about your travle.

Very good location, comfortable and very nice place to visit Rome.

We had a great experience in I Tetti di Roma! Gianpaolo (the host) had just done some renovations and the work paid of. The room had a clean, modern look and has a comfortable private bathroom with a very nice shower. On the balcony you have a nice sight over Rome. I advise you to at least once have breakfast / diner on it and just enjoy your view. The hospitality was also great. The host respects your privacy but you know you can count on him for information when needed. We were also very satisfied with the location. It is right between 2 metro stops, just a 3 minute walk away each. If not in a hurry, you can just walk to the city center like we did sometimes. We even walked back late in the evening. It's a safe area. If we ever come back to Rome, it will be there again!
