Hotel Versailles Hotel

Loved the hotel! Clean and comfortable room. Quiet non-touristic area, 15 minutes walk to the center of Rome. There are many cozy cafes, a market and several supermarkets nearby.

It is a simple hotel set in a historic building, on the Corso d'italia. It is neat and with a very good attention on the part of George. Near the bus stop and the subway. The son is very safe and with several places to eat and drink.

Good cost vs Benefits and good localization.

Good value for money, nice staff, spacious and clean rooms, a few passes by tram stops. Neighborhood full of services.

Hotel located in Palazzo Porta Pia area connected with the center with bus in 15 minutes (traffic of Rome permitting! ). Retro Furniture but very clean. The staff was very helpful Recommended.

Perfect hotel to explore Rome, good transport links, Termini station is within walking distance.

A very nice elderly receptionist thats willing to help. But we had no ac and the weather was around 36° C. You could hear a lot, both from other visitors but also the street. And since we had no ac, we were forced to open the window which meant that it was almost impossible to sleep from the noise. The room was nice and clean, fine beds and nice shops around you to help with the daily things since there's no breakfast or dinner on the hotel. The experience would have been better with ac, and given the hotel one more star.

Very loud — get earplugs. Modern and clean rooms and a rather central location atop one of the main streets. The windows are double insulated but the window-frames aren't installed properly thus it remains very noisy even with the windows shut. Ambulances every 15 minutes or so make it hard to get continuous sleep and the walls are not that massive. If you're as lucky as we are the next door family has a small child that cries almost all the time. We could save money on the alarm clock and invest into earplugs. I definitely cannot recommend this place.

The worst place I've ever lived in. The staff cannot speak any English and not helpful at all. There's always lots of noise when we were sleeping and the heating is not warm enough. The thing is they don't even have a quilt. Instead, they use a dirty blanket which I think they never washed it before. We shouldn't call it hotel because there's no reception all the time and the facilities are much worse than a hostel.

A clean hotel with all the basic amenities. Carry your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The staff is nice although the fact that they speak no English can be problematic. It's a bit far away from downtown Roma — Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc. So be prepared to walk quite a bit or take cabs.

Room was spacious and clean, with a wide and comfortable bed and a bath. Very friendly staff, they are handled in English, and help you with anything you need. A sentence that has no kitchen, but around there are many restaurants and is well communicated with the Centre if you prefer to eat somewhere else. You repeat without hesitation.

Rooms clean and spacious, and well served by local transport district, downtown with bus nearby. However the receptionist there knew how to indicate that great and there's scramble. The Windows have double glazing so they are well insulated. A bit pricey for not included meals. In the hotel there are only rooms, at most you can ask for dinners with a restaurant nearby but only at the time of booking.

My husband and I rented this room for our honeymoon. The room is a good size and the bathrooms are larger than most others in town. It's clean and the staff are nice, though the speak almost no English. I would have given them 4 stars but I had a big incident the evening we checked in. I arrived at 2:30am die to flight delays and delays from shuttle drop offs. My husband and I arrived and no one would open the door. We rang the door bell, called them repeatedly, but no one answered. I didn't realize they close at night. So we had to rent another room somewhere else, and lost the money we paid for the first night.

Stayed here 10-20 June. Very nice hotel with quiet rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff with a special mention to Doreena, who in only 10 days became a friend. Room was serviced daily with attention to detail. Would definately recommend this hotel, being central to all amenities.

Nice clean hotel, good value for money with a great location — especially for using metro and buses.

Room was good size for single occupant and included bath even with bidet (I never used bidet). Service was good and friendly. They also accepted credit card. But shower was a little too small. Wireless internet was included, but shut off after midnight until 9am or sometimes later, inconvenient if needing to look at something in morning or late night. From 4am to around 10am, a fairly loud mechanical noise like some sort of pump was *very* disturbing to light sleeper like myself.
