The location Mr. Giorgio, an exquisite person.

Very friendly staff. Local Remodeled Although the elevator is very old. Good location and good price. Excellent and abundant breakfasts. Recommended.

A hotel with a heart.
The owner is very friendly, helpful and open to requests.
The rooms are small but very nicely decorated and clean.
The breakfast is better than in other Roman hotels and it seems like someone in the living room.
It is right in the centre and still on a street that is not noisy at night.
For the center of Rome an above average good hotel! Better than two other 4-star hotels — category in which we had rooms too.
We had a wonderful 8-day stay!

Dirty beds and full of hair.
Staff rude and arrogant.
Cramped rooms and dirty.
Horrible bathrooms, cramped and dirty.
Only positive connotations: Wi-Fi (which it should be renewed every 3 hours) and a pretty decent dining room.

Great location to visit the most interesting places in Rome within walking distance, super friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, bathroom a bit small.

I stayed here for 5 nights from Nov 18-23, 2007. The rooms are clean and relatively quiet. The bathroom is large for a budget hotel and all rooms are en suite. The manager is friendly. Breakfast is included and includes cereal, yogurt, croissants, rolls, ham and cheese. Around the corner on Via Cordona is a fabulous little restaurant. The waiters speak English and are very helpful. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the location isn't all that close to the sights in Rome and for a single female traveler like me, the walk home in the evening is spooky because the streets are deserted. However, I never experienced any trouble and would stay here again.
