Gemini Suite

I recently stayed at this hotel in February 2026, and while I appreciated the overall facilities and cleanliness, I would like to share some concerns regarding my experience at the canteen.
Unfortunately, I found the canteen staff, Sophia’s colleague who does speak English, as Sophia was very welcoming and profesional, to be rude and unprofessional during my visit. Her tone and behaviour were not welcoming, and I felt that my queries were not handled respectfully. As a guest, I believe courteous and professional service is essential to creating a positive experience.

The check in was smooth but the next morning breakfast was a bit too stressful. The lady was a little rude and made me feel not welcomed. The next morning we had the nicest lady called Sofia (thanks to her out day went better). On our past day it was the same rude lady so we chose not to go up to the 3rd floor to have breakfast, otherwise it would have ruined our mood for the rest of the trip. Not only the staff but the food was tastless and very poor choice.

We booked this suite mainly because it offered parking and was only about 40 minutes from town. The apartment itself was clean, which we appreciated, but the parking space was extremely narrow and difficult to use.
Check-in was also a bit frustrating. We arrived after 8pm and no one was there to greet us, so we had to call for assistance to be let in, which was not the smoothest experience. On top of that, Maps gave us a hard time finding the property.
The breakfast was very minimal, but still a nice touch. On our second day, since we were leaving at 6am, the staff prepared a small breakfast to-go, which we thought was a very kind gesture.
The suite was very small—basically just a bed—but that was fine for us since we only stayed two nights and spent most of our time exploring outside.
Unfortunately, some issues really affected our stay. After requesting housekeeping, my lighter (a meaningful souvenir) went missing. When I reported this to management, there was no follow-up. Later that night, around 11:30pm, management repeatedly called and texted us, saying neighbors were complaining about noise. We were actually sleeping and had an early flight, but despite explaining this, the messages continued, even with threats of calling the police. It felt stressful and unfair, especially as we weren’t the source of the disturbance.
