Fantastic stay in Flat 7 — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, very close to the Metro so super easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!
My husband and I chose flat 7 from July 13 to July 17 2025 in a wonderful private room in Rome, and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location of this place is simply perfect! It is just a few minutes’ walk from Termini Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. It's easy to reach all the main attractions of the city—from the Colosseum to the Vatican, everything is within walking distance or just a few metro stops away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum at a leisurely pace.
The room was very cozy and clean, and having a private shower added extra comfort. After long walks around the city, it was nice to return to my own space and relax.
I especially want to highlight the attentiveness of the staff. I accidentally mixed up the booking dates, and when I reached out via phone, the response from the staff was prompt. They extended my reservation for the entire period. Moreover, they managed to do this without requiring us to change rooms (originally due to my mistake, we were supposed to spend one night in one room and then move to another).
They were also accommodating with our late arrival and transfer, taking into account our flight delay and meeting us at a very unconventional time. A big thank you for that!
They were very friendly and ready to help with any questions, providing useful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
