Our stay at Flat 7 Rome was absolutely perfect, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful host, Linda. The apartment is lovely – well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a great location close to Termini station, which made getting around Rome so easy.
What stood out the most was Linda's incredible kindness and generosity. On my birthday, during our second stay at the apartment, we were greeted with beautiful decorations and a delicious cake. It was such a heartwarming surprise and made me feel so special. Linda's thoughtfulness truly made our time in Rome unforgettable.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flat 7 Rome, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, our host, Linda, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Roma Termini, making it easy to explore the city.
What truly made our stay exceptional was Linda's incredible hospitality. We were staying for a few nights initially, then traveled elsewhere, and returned for a couple more nights. Knowing it was my wife's birthday during our return stay, Linda went above and beyond to decorate the apartment and even had a cake waiting for us! It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made her birthday truly magical.

An incredibly spotless and clean room right by Termini station, with its own usb c charging socket, complimentary water, and coffee. Linda and Derek were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times during my stay. They were also kind to lend me their charging cable as I had forgotten mine and recommended to me all the best restaurants and tourist spots. I'll definitely be staying at Flat 7 again for when I am next in Rome. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality 💫

Really enjoyed the location. Being a Rome first-timer, location is everything. Within walking distance to the main metro and the ATAC buses and M/A trains. Super close to the sidewalk restaurants and station restaurants/stores. Being close to the station makes it very convenient, especially after a long day of visiting tourist sites and other restaurants, then coming home late. Room was clean and cozy. The best part is that it also has both USB standard and USB-C charging ports. So, don't need to buy/bring extra adapters for charging multiple devices. Both Linda and Derek were super easy to talk to and very accommodating. Derek extended my stay for a few days, which was awesome, thanks man. Really loved the desert, too, Linda. I basically swallowed it. Really enjoyed our conversations. If u guys come Hawai'i, look me up. Shoots🤙🏽

Wonderful room and an incredibly welcoming host! I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. Throughout my stay, I had several questions, and the host always responded kindly and promptly. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to major transportation links, with easy access to buses connecting to all airports in Rome. Highly recommended!
