The mattresses in all 3 rooms are heavily used and needs replacement.
There are uneven dents on the mattresses which makes sleeping uncomfortable after a long tiring day. Please refer to photo.
The shower hose in one of the room is frayed and faulty. The showerhead holder is faulty also and will cut fingers while showering.
The toilet bowl has a missing plastic seat cover which makes it uncomfortably cold when you sit on the ceremic toilet bowl itself, during cold seasons.
The bathtub in one of the 3 rooms is leaking.
The pillows provided on bed are also flat without cushioning. Its time to replace the pillows too.

It is a really nice place! Big rooms, clean bathroom and a nice little kitchen. There are a couple of shops nearby which is also a plus. The only downside is the location. Although it is only 10-15 minutes from the Vatican, the nearest metro station is sadly far away. Apart from this, if you are traveling to Rome, I think this is a great choice!
