Efes Hôtellerie

Efes Hôtellerie is a modern, very hip, newly restored petite hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and thoughtful touches like coffee with capsules, English breakfast teas, bottled water, and a mini fridge, hairdryer, hand lotions, shampoo / conditioner body cream. They smelled devine. The location is perfect—just a short distance from all the main touristic areas.
Michael was an incredibly welcoming and attentive host, always making sure we had fresh bedsheets and towels, spotless rooms, and help with any enquiries. A big thank you to Michael and Sebastian for their outstanding hospitality and truly amazing stay at Efes Hôtellerie. We will definitely be back!

After making a reservation via email, receiving a confirmation, and sending the payment information, I did not hear back from Efes Hotellerie. I called them a few days later but received no answer. After a week, I tried to contact them again, only to be told that they had forgotten about my reservation and had given the last available room to someone else. This happened just three days before we were supposed to stay at their hotel.
While I cannot judge the rooms or the location, the service I received was extremely poor.

The hotel is clean, nicely renovated, and overall very pleasant. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is absolutely perfect, you can walk to many major attractions with ease.
The rooms are beautifully designed, equipped with everything you need, spotlessly clean, and have a modern feel.
The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly, he is happy to share great local tips if it’s your first time in Rome.

Really nice, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the hostelleria. The entrance does not reveal its beauty behind; you need to pass the long corridor after you entered via the almost hidden door in the street. Our triple room matched seamlessly our taste for minimalism and comfort. The room was well equipped in the limited space… maybe for more than two nights, it might become a bit messy… there is not much storage space/wardrobe/coat rack.
A special note and thank you for Michael… he is all in one contact and organizer, always available, approachable …Very friendly, reliable and engaged.

We had a wonderful stay in the Efes Hôtellerie. The room was beautifully designed with soft, modern colors that created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The minimalist style and natural light made it feel very clean and fresh.
The location was absolutely ideal – just a short walk to many of Rome’s top tourist attractions. Whether you're visiting the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or Spanish Steps, everything is easily reachable.
What made the experience even better was the owner and staff – very friendly and incredibly helpful. They gave great recommendations and made everything easier for our stay in Rome.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
