Bed and Breakfast

Pros: location Cons: very small rooms and toilet, since they don't have a designated reception area away from rooms, it gets noisy by 7 am. We wanted to sleep, but had to get up. Breakfast is literally cold coffee with a toast. We had to wait for 40 minutes to get into the room. Internet is on and off. Toilets don't flush if another person wants to use right after you use.

We came there on Saturday after 12:00 (according to the email check in was after 12:00), but the gate was closed so we waited on the street for an hour, then other guests let us in to the reception desk but no one was there either. After 2 hours waiting and calling to the owner, at first he obviously did not want to talk to us, finally, he said that that's great we are there but we can't check in but we can come back the next day! We came all the way from England and we should sleep on the street because receptionist will be able to check us in on next day. After many calls to agoda agents and again the owner, only because we were already in the building, he decided to arrive and give us a key to the room. Room looked like in the picture but probably 10 years ago. Double bed was two single just put together, basically no daylight because of huge building next door and with car park ventilation duct blowing straight into the window. The walls were scratched basically everywhere, plugs were dirty and furniture was just old. Also they prepare breakfast literally on the reception desk with a toaster and built in hob built right into the reception desk, so we decided to not eat it, because it doesn't look very clean or hygienic. Very poorly run, I would not recommend them to anybody.

Ultra small room adapted to triple, with old furniture and mini bath, breakfast served in the room for lack of a common room, the only thing to save is the location (in the city center) …

Excellent hotel in the heart of Rome.
