Good price for what is offered, but not everything works like it should, like the Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, and the time to check in.

Comfortable. Clean. Good presentation. Close to termini station and good restaurants for all budgets.

Places very well and clean. Hotel located not very far from the centre of Rome.

I've stayed for 4 nights there. There is located very near of Termini. The location was perfect to me. But their service was so terrible. The lady who is worker or owner always looks upset. I arrived the hotel very late on 1st night, and I received 3 keys for the building, the hotel and my room. On second night, when I tried to use the key for the building, it's not working. So some staffs of Thai massage shop helped me, one of them used her hands and she could open the door! Next morning, I told her the key's problem. And she also tried to open the door with the key, but still it's impossible. And she was irritated and upset, even I didn't any fault about key. I don't understand her. The big problem was next thing. I used the towels for 2 nights. And they changed the towels on third day. (But they putted them on cover of toilet. It's strange. ) On fourth day, I also change the towels, so I putted them on floor of bathroom. After the return of my room, the used towels were in racks of the bathroom. So I asked her, she said that couldn't change towels everyday. So I told her nobody noticed that before. She replied that ' I have to ask that first. '. And also she was in a temper. I don't understand that. When I did checkout, she looked me in the face and didn't say anything like 'bye'. I've never ever stayed so terrible hotel like there.

Centrally located, well surrounded by services and restaurants, ease of travel.
Clean, well preserved, safe.

Super clean and modern. Appears to be brand new. On the small side, no sofa. Hard to find. The only sign we found was inside the lobby, which they share with many other businesses. Look for the thai massage place. They're located on the second floor, go up the stairs inside the lobby.

Great hotel, very small very nice. The personal was very nice and the room it's full equiped and new. I will visit this hotel again!
