The "HOTEL" is located in the 3r floor of and old building. In the whole floor they have 4 to 5 bedrooms. The main entrance coming from the street is dirty, homeless people sleeping on the street, graffiti and trash everywhere. The lady that checked us in did not speak english, that was not a problem. Be ready to pay 7 euros per day for the tourist fee! In the top that just payed. Let's talk about the room, the positive things… 7 minutes from the train terminal to this place. They gave us the "Grey room" the bedroom is spacious for two people and the bed is comfortable. The negative things are, The bathroom is super small, you do not have space to hang the towels, it so humid in there, the shower is so tiny, they do not offer bar soap, conditioner or shower gel. There is mold in the wall and in the sealing of the shower. We requested 1 day of clean service, they did not provide us more toilet paper. The drain was smelling so bad. Same day in the morning a had stomach issues, we did not have more toilet paper in the room, my husband called and the lady answer that we had to wait until 9am. We were traveling that morning at around 6am. This kind of service was unacceptable! We paid almost $200.00 for this kind of service! The 2nd night we stayed, someone was ringing the bell at around 11:30pm wakes it up but not only that the guest and the person who was in charge to open the door talk for 30min super loud. When they are a policy after 9pm is the quite time.
Really nice host, very clean and spacious room at great location. Price very good as well. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much. Thanks!

The only thing going for this accomodation is the location. Contrary to other reviews that mention homeless people, That is not as bad a problem as it would seem and it's a capital city and I expect to see it at sometimes. The neighborhood is great for food walking to tourist attractions and general vibe. As for the room, it's comfortable but the bathroom is a living nightmare of black mold that I am shocked someone has not been hospitalized. I spent as little time as feasible possible to get ready in it as the smell is nauseating. We stayed at the hotel due to a credit card credit, but will be posting this review on that site as well. The cleanliness otherwise is mediocre, bedding is clean with comfortable sheets, but you will find dust caked surfaces on top of wardrobes and any area above eye level. Theses problems are nothing that bleach and a duster could fix. If the management happens upon this review that could mean big changes in overall ratings. Would not stay again.
