Strategic place for a tourist stop in Rome. Nice, cozy, prices OK, cleaning rooms also.

The staff is 10/10, the rooms are nice and clean, the hotel is close to the Metro and Colloseum.

All nice only that the reception is in another part of the building and sometimes they are not. Spectacular breakfast.

It feels like living in a roman apartment! There are basically multiple apartments within the building which are used as guest rooms so it feels very much like living in your own apartment. Breakfast included fruits and your choice of croissant and drink. Rooms felt clean enough and were serviced daily. Service was excellent and staff were very polite and friendly. The only downside is that this B&B is a bit far from most things and the closest metro is about 1km away.

April 2010 here and we were very satisfied. There was nothing wrong.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and breakfast is located 15 min from Roma Termini and from the Centre. Would stay here again!

Friendly service excellent, close… they explain and help as much as possible.
Concerning the rooms, very comfortable and sleeps peacefully.
Location just 10 min walking to the Coliseum and less than 5 minutes from the underground more nearby "Manzoni".

I place there for 4 nights I had a great time in 5 minute walk, ank recommend because you are the Metro bus stop in front of EC and 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum for kind cleaning everything well.

Minutes from Termini train station, in one of the main streets of Rome, and also within walking distance of the Colosseum, the hostel is located inside one of the oldest buildings in the street.
Up there to call the intercom of the hostel, cross a courtyard and climb on the elevator where only holds two people without luggage, but it is quite curious.
Once inside the hostel, the atmosphere is much more modern and sober. Good decoration and very spacious rooms, with bathroom and bathtub. The common areas are very large, that Yes.
Best of all is they have a breakfast room in the morning. At night there is to indicate what you want to have breakfast and to receive time and serve it you point on a tray.
I'm mostly with that good memory and received treatment.

Room always clean, good service, breakfast in the room, also six to 10 minutes from the Colosseum!

Is located in the Centre of Rome, very convenient to reach: the metro Cavour in 3 minutes walk, from termini in 10 always walk. The front door you come to the Coliseum in 10 minutes by foot, it's quicker than by subway. Own Simone and kids are delightful and coridalissimi, are at disposal for everything. You are leaving the room key and the door and the entrance, for total freedom in the vacation. The rooms are all different though with similar concept, functional but at the same time, I mean nice, bathrooms are huge, clean with towels and SOAP in hand. There is an internet point and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Television with DTT coming soon. Breakfast in the morning: you fill out a slip of paper with now and what you prefer, the next morning the girl Laura, takes everything in the room.
the only downfalls we found (there were 6 in 3 rooms) are the lack of hairdryer in some rooms, and the walls and doors are slightly thin.
for everything else, super recommended, the price then is ridiculous.
