For me now it's like being at home! Beautiful structure with cozy rooms, complete with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. Not to mention the area, among the most beautiful and safe in Rome, well connected (a few steps from ottaviano and Lepanto metro).
Area full of nice clubs, restaurants and supermarkets as well as conveniences such as garage a few meters away with very affordable rates.
Thanks to the Wi-fi with fiber connection in 5G I was also able to work on the PC without any problem.
The owner Daniele, now a friend, is a hyper helpful and handy person. Always attentive to the needs of its guests.
On my third stay, including one of 7 nights, I can only STRA-RECOMMEND! See you soon Daniele!

Beautiful large clean rooms with shower and toilet. Rooms are located on a quiet street. About 7 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica. Hotelier speaks German and English. Bars and restaurants nearby. There were 4 perfect days on site.

We received a very friendly welcome. Our host Daniele offered a lot of information about various sightseeing spots and restaurants.
The room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable and the location just fine.
All in all a perfect stay in Rome — we can really recommend the acommodation!

Had a fabulous stay here rooms all lovely and clean. Daniele was an excellent host gave us lots of info where to eat go and visit and was on hand every morning to help out we will certainly be back and would recommend this BB very central and easy to get around from here x.

A five night stay in Rome was made perfect by Daniele at A Peace of Rome. The rooms are clean and spacious, in a gorgeous building and excellent location. It was so easy to get around from here, nice nightlife without being too overwhelming like in other parts of the city.
We had everything we need and will be staying here again!

Wonderful and very friendly host Daniele, a lot of helpful advice, able to assist with booking tickets, advising best buses and trains. Excellent location, easy walk to bus and train stations. Many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, and Daniele the host was great. Gave us all the tips to avoid the queues, what buses to catch, where the best restaurants were. We had a brilliant 4 nights there and would definitely come back.

Absolutely recommend… central location, clean comfortable rooms and welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. Local restaurants nearby for great breakfasts and dinner and recommendations from peace of rome proved to be fantastic authentic family run places.

A lovely hotel with a great location. Very friendly staff. We were greeted by Lourdes, a kind girl who showed us where the good cafes and restaurants even issued a map and detailed on it all wrote. Before the trip they sent a letter in the mail with an offer for a transfer for 55 euros and we agreed. We were met by a driver with a sign and driven with air conditioning. Near the supermarket and subway, to the Vatican about 7 minutes on foot. I would like to note that the rooms are clean, modern, cleaned every day! Every day they take out garbage, clean beds, replenish tea and coffee. Towels change every two days. The air conditioning is great, the room has a kettle and a fridge. There is a common room with a microwave and free literature about Italy.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Daniele made us feel like family while we were there. Very good location, good Air conditioning, comfortable beds.

Great location, quiet but short walk to tourist destinations. Bright clean rooms, excellent staff who can't do enough for you. Danielle met using arrival and showed us local sites and places to eat. Great stay can't recommend highly enough.

A beautiful little place on a mostly quiet street. Daniele went out of his way to make sure our needs were fully met. I'll stay here again if I can ever come back to Rome!

Quiet B&B in the Prati area. Friendly and helpful staff to meet the needs of the customers. Convention for breakfast with nearby bar. Metro and bus stop a few minutes. The Vatican is within walking distance.

A fantastic B&B near the Vatican, in a relatively quiet residential area (prati). Housed in a palazzo from the 16th (? ) Century. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean and modern equipped rooms as well as super friendly staff. Will, if possible, definitely come back.

Absolutely loved this place! Just heading home after 3 nights in Rome. Daniele and his team are fantastic. Daniele's tips about Rome are brilliant which saved us time and money! Restaurant reccomendations were spot on! Rooms are great very comfortable and spacious! Breakfast is amazing at the Bistro down the street. Had amazing time and very sad to be leaving Rome. Daniele and the others are very cordial and you feel right at ease.
The room was already very well received and at the time of departure Daniele was very generous. The rooms are simple, very clean and there is everything you need. The location is unbeatable, you can reach all the sights within walking distance, Alternstiv There is also Rine bus stop nearby.
We definitely come back!

Location is quite convenient to the Metro station. However, if you care (a) big luggage (s), the surface of the road from the station to the hotel is not flat. I can hardly think it's a hotel, coz it's inside a big building and cannot tell from outside it's a hotel. So, remember to carry the phone number with you and just call them if you cannot find it. Overall, the size of room, the comfort of the bed and the pillows, and the service are all great.

Great, helpful staff that you can actually talk to (and get invaluable tips from). Tidy rooms with air conditioning and crystal clear water. Stayed there in summer 2014 and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept spot. The place looks nothing like a "proper" hotel (more of an "apartments + front desk" kind of deal), but it beats many actual hotels I've been to hands down, at both quality and price. The people in A Peace of Rome just care and it can be seen. A 5-minute jog away from the Vatican Museum? Check. Vicinity of some decent restaurants? Check. Perhaps the most friendly lunch bar of all Rome across the street? Yup! If I need a place to crash several years from now, when re-visiting the Eternal City, this is where I'll go. One minor quibble I have is the place does not offer lunch on its own (simply for the lack of a shared space with dining tables). Instead, however, you can use the said bar across the street. Totally worth it.

A bit pricey but the staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Exactly what you need after a stressful day full of tourists in Rome.

We was sad to leave — if we ever visit Rome again then this is where we'd want to stay, you'd be silly not to pass this one over! Our rooms were clean and replenished daily with towels/coffee etc, rooms had en-suite shower/toilet/basin/bidet and the usual soap and body wash things, air con/heating and a firm but not to firm bed. Depending on your fitness it's within walking distance of pretty much everything — we took a bus to the Colosseum one day and walked back taking in the views and getting a bite to eat, the bus tickets can usually be purchased from a corner kiosk or newsagents, think it was 1.50 euro one way and you get approx an hour and a half of time before it expires or pay 7 euro for a go anywhere you like one for the day including return! If your on a tight budget then just buy some sandwiches/food/cereal/plastic bowls&spoons or whatever from the supermarket across the road and put them in the fridge in your room to save buying out! As mentioned in another review there are beggars here and there and also the nearer you get to an attraction the guides are pestering you to go with them so as to beat the queue's, obviously at a price! Usual street sellers selling things like roses or selfie sticks and fair few food establishments have the usual guy outside coaxing you to go in! One thing, if your not very streetwise like us then your in for a treat at zebra crossings!

Comfortable, stylish and comfortable, helpful staff, would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days in Rome with his family.

Fabulous place! Refuse to call it a B&B it's a lovely apartment… rooms are just perfect, big size, flat screen tv, fridge, cleaned everyday, and when we visit Rome again, we will without a doubt be straying here. Staff go above and beyond, we have never felt so welcomed. Thanks for all the advice which made our trip run smoothly & allowed us to fit in much more sightseeing than expected. Xx.

Fabulous staff and room. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. Great location that is close to everything but quiet and quaint. The Visitors Center is a few doors down. Highly recommend staying here. Simone and Danielle were sweet and helpful and on top of every aspect of the b&b.

Stay at this bed and breakfast November 2013 friendly clean very peaceful and friendly staff convenient for sightseeing will definitely return and recommend.

Excellent room and an unbeatable location. Simona is wonderful — extremely helpful and welcoming. We have stayed twice and consider this our home away from home when we are in Rome. Great value.
