Their customer service is amazing. They helped with arranging transportation from airport to hotel. They had many recommendations for us. Very courteous and prompt with replies. Unfortunately in the end we were not able to visit due to COVID-19 and they helped us with that as well. We hope to return to Italy soon and meet the wonderful staff. Grazie.
Perfect location. The location is very close to the main sights, restaurants and cafes. Access to the means of transport is easy. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the clients. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Room and bathroom very spacious. The location is quiet and intimate. If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again.

In recent days we have discovered an intimate Rome but with the desire to show itself and become even more beautiful.
Staying at Arch Rome Suite allowed us to move comfortably on foot to the historic center and discover the city in small bites.
Impeccable welcome also for us who arrived late at night. Full breakfast service with sweet and savory products assisted by attentive and kind staff.
At this particular time we had breakfast in the room, but with such a view it doesn't mind at all. From our rooms we could admire the ancient remains of the Baths of Agrippa, built in the 12th century. C. And from above the roofs you could see the apex of the dome of the Pantheon.
More than that you can't ask for.
Cleaning of rooms and common areas done carefully.
We will definitely stay here again next time we spend a few days in town.
