Great place. The staff are fantastic and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are great. The breakfast is wonderful and can’t imagine staying at another hotel!

This is my third time at this hotel. Every time my experience has been beyond my expectations. The staff are professional and courteous and the location is perfect. There is no better value in this area.

We had the most pleasant stay here. Centrally located, the hotel is walking distance to many monuments. Arees, the manager who we interacted with was most helpful, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, especially since we booked the hotel last minute literally. A quaint place, quirky and stylish, I recommend this place to visitors!

An excellent hotel situated in the middle of Rome center, near almost all the important objectives that you will visit. It's at only few minutes of walk from Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, 30 min by walk to the Vatican, etc. The staff is very very friendly, the rooms are clean, the clean them every day, breakfast in also very good. It's one of the best places where you can stay in Rome.

This hotel single handledly ruined our trip. While coming back one evening the doors were all locked and we were unable to get in, they had all our stuff, our phone chargers, when we called they wouldn’t answer. We spent hours trying to get in and couldn’t causing frustration and throwing our trip off schedule. Finally got in at 430am since we had to get police involved to be let in.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is perfect. You can walk to the Piazza Navona, the Vatican, Janiculum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and even the train station (we did! ) We liked the hotel so much that we rebooked it for our return from Sorrento.

Avoid the second floor! 523, 50 Euros for 4 nights in February! Small room with shower, for breakfast nothing hot except the toaster and coffee! Only positive point the possibility to walk a lot of monuments. See the pictures is better a long speech!

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Lovely staff, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms and varied buffet breakfast. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip to Italy — highly recommend.

In this period we managed to have an interesting promotion and to benefit from the generosity of staff in a large room the breakfast buffet is varied and rich, the location is perfect at the safe centre has also had a welcome drink in the restaurant bar.

Good size rooms, excellent location. But lots of noise from other rooms and the hallway, and water temp was varying wildly in the shower. Average breakfast.

Very misleading place. I don't know how people give it more than one star! It looks like it's on a Main Street but no it's in a shady very scary and dangerous alley way! The rooms aren't even rooms more like a shack to sleep in with no lock. It's very misleading and not the greatest location. The rooms are also situated above a restaurant kitchen and that is your view not the city. When you enter the room at night the room is full of smoke and smells horrible from the kitchen. It should not be called a hotel not even a motel.

I am still at the hotel as I write. The e-mail that follows tells precisely my experience so far.
Dear sirs, Last night I asked one of the receptionists _ a lady that works at night — to buy two train tickets to vienna next friday. Instead She bought two tickets to saturday. She said she would change dates, but did nothing. This morning, the receptionists told me I had to go to Termini Station and try to change there. I did it, but had only half refund. To make a long story s…hort, I lost half the tickets price, 30€ on taxi and more importantly, my visit to Gallerie Borghese with my 13 yo son. It was a whole day wasted. To my surprise the lady just said she would only refund me half the price. So she thinks it is fair to SHARE her mistake with me and gave me 50€! Now, I can deal with incompetence, but not with disonesty. So I would like you to solve this problem and reassure this hotel's commitment and respect to every guest. I thank you in advance. Quaint, authentic Italian hotel located in the heart of Rome. We never once took a taxi to anything in the city. Super kind staff who speak English; lovely Italian breakfast served outdoors. Our flight to Rome was delayed 24 hours and not only did they refund our night we missed, we were able to check in at 10am and sleep off our jet lag! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and centrally placed … breakfast is eaten at a local site 5 meters from the entrance of the Hotel. Great.

Sensational affordable accommodation right in the heart of Rome. Within easy walking distance of all major attractions. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended.

Good location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Less than 5 minutes away from the Pantheon, Torre Argentina, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. The high ceilings make the place feel spacious but still cosy. There is a nice terrace that you share with the other guests and our window looked out on the picturesque Roman street. The elevator is a bit small but big enough to transport your luggage when you first arrive. Breakfast is complimentary at the wine bar next door which is also a very good place to have dinner.

Excellent accomodation and a helpful staff. Smaller boutique rooms but a great price and location. Would stay here again.
