We only paid 60 pounds (now 91), but it was not worth the stay. We ended up staying in a small attic and we kept hitting our head against roof frames. Also, the location shown on the website wasn't accurate and because the owner didn't pick up our phone, we had to wander around the neighborhood for 30 mins. He finally answered our text and told us the correct address, but they still made us wait outside for 10 mins. The owner is friendly but just so sloppy. The terrace was nice though.
Always painful to write a 1 star review, it seems the owner of this property does not fully understand how to use the booking apps.
I booked through Agoda and while my reservation was never cancelled and the owner made no attempts to contact me he claimed that my booking was cancelled as I did not respond to messages.
