We stayed in the suite mary in Trastevere. We paid a 86 euro cleaning fee but the room was not clean: dirty toilet, dirty towels and filthy brown curtains. The owner was unprofessional and refused us any kind of refund or apology. Avoid.
The room is very comfortable and clean, and the host is very friendly. The location is really.
Convenient, just a few minutes walk from the cipro subway station, not far from Vatican museums; There is also a supermarket and many restaurants next to the place. The facilities are great, warm water, airconditioning, coffee machine and coffee capsules with great flavor.

Whilst this property is not in the centre of Rome and more near the Vatican area it is close to the metro and there are some fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced. It is not far of a taxi drive from the centre itself but it is a very good location to walk to St Peter's Basillica and to do the tours of The Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel.
Giorgio and the booking staff are exceptional hosts and always made you feel welcome. The staff speak very good English and the neighbourhood is also very friendly. The staff ensured that all amenities were cleaned on a regular basis. I genuinely could not fault this property and would certainly stay again.
