Very nice place affordable & the staff are very nice! Highly recommended! Quite far from the city center but well connected to public transportation!

Awful rooms curtains were filthy only one plug socket for each person in one room and another socket was for the fridge. And the staff tries and say "It's the ecomony" I have been to alot of hotels and none were like this. And my parent's safe was brocken into and €250 was stolen and they said there was nothing they could do and sent my 70 year old dad to the police station and it was 35 degrees and no translator was given to him. And they wanted my review to be removed. I am sure they can't take criticism and any bad reviews. Worst hotel I have been to.

An absolute nightmare of a stay at this hotel. Staff are thoroughly unwelcoming and unhelpful, acting like any query is such a huge burden to them — it should be noted how far this place is from the city centre. The public transport is not self-explanatory, and you have to purchase tickets before boarding. The nearest stop is a 10 minute walk. Additionally, the rooms are filthy, and the “director” made an entirely laughable comment about this being the “economy standard” — si…nce when was any hotel standard to not have any standards at all? Regardless of how much a guest pays, surely the customer service should be equal! No facility to fill up water bottles, and not even a smile from the staff. Equally, the guests are also rude and inconsiderate — one family shouted and screamed each night as if they owned the place, and the father of, presumably, the same family, thought he had every right to stare at me — a 20-something year old female — as I left my hotel room, and became aggressive as I stood up for myself. I wouldn’t go to the staff for help on this as they told my 70 year old father to walk for an hour after a long day in the city, in 35 degree heat, to the police station to deal with a matter of his belongings being stolen while we were out, one day. These belongings, by the way, were locked in the hotel safe! The management’s style of dealing with problems is to patronise you and fob you off. Additionally, the hotel decor is vile.

Great hotel-25 minutes from the centre and 3 km to the Vatican, excellent location.

Friendly staff, helpful. Front of house immaculate but rooms not as good. Food very nice and lots of it at breakfast time.

Very convenient location. Bus stop to Venice City Centre was right infront of the hotel. Train station is just 10mins walk. There's a grocery store (PAM) next to the hotel and across it is InterSpar and Mcdonalds if you fancy some midnight fastfood snack which is an added bonus. The only downside is the absence of coffee/tea tray inside the rooms and slow Wi-Fi connection. Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights at Hotel Pineta Palace while in Rome, Italy. We were well received by the staff there especially Elisa, who was indeed engaging with the guests and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Our room was comfortable. Thank you Rome.

A lovely hotel, with fantastic rooms. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It has a lovely restaurant at very decent prices and the breakfast has lots of choice with great quality.
It is quite far from the city but isn’t too difficult to get to. We used a taxi at around €17 — €20 a trip.
The only downside was the air-conditioning in the room. It struggled to get our room lower than 23 degrees. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

Spent two nights here with the main choice being location and price relative to the Stadio Olympico. The room we had was a two twin room, it was quite large and had a very big balcony with magnificent views of the city. The sunsets at night were amazing. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice, always had a smile and a hello. Breakfast was included and was quite good. Buffet style with enough options to keep you happy. I have no real complaints with the hotel, some may think it might be "dated" inside the rooms but they were all well maintained and everything worked great and clean. What more can you ask for.

The staff were friendly and professional, especially Antonio, Elise and Marlow. The room was nice but a bit dated even though we stayed in the executive suite. Travelling to the city is not too bad 1 bus and metro around 25 mins your in the heart of all places to visit certain places are even closer. All in all a great experience.

We were staying at this hotel for a convention. The structure is neat and clean. The staff is very welcoming and professional. There are several convention halls, well-equipped. Maybe the only flaw is the area. Difficulty in finding parking and kinda tucked away as a location.

Lovely staff very helpful, rooms are clean and services every day. The building is looking a bit tired however wouldn't stop us from booking again! Short bus/tube ride to all attractions. Tickets for both sold at reception €1.50 per person per way. Perfect for a couples get away!

Very nice and modern hotel. A bit outside of the city proper of Rome. Maybe it took me about 20-25 minutes cab to go to the city center and about 35 minutes in rush hour. I would have given 5 stars but the room I got had a defective shower head. Unfortunately I did not get to take a picture of it. Overall very decent hotel and has good food and of course, Wi-Fi.

Palace? four stars? Misleading pictures. Horrible. Too noisy, no light just two bedside lamps. Next to a dump with a view of the containers. No electrical outlet. You have to remove the lamp to charge your cell phone. One of the worst hotels in my life. Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is very nice. On the other hand very noisy. Take some mud. A little too eccentric and hard to find. But the value for money is correct.

Breakfast Not very modern but, overall, clean rooms. I had one with balcony on the eighth floor and the view of the city was breathtaking! Prices not too exaggerated but too bad for the position because, those who do not own means, is forced to take bus and/or subway to get to the center. Too bad for the few electrical outlets in the room.

I recommend to all the hotel restaurant, "The hearth of the 5 senses". We had a great time at a family party! Great value for money. Excellent dishes and service. I thank Mr. Franco for the courtesy and his valuable suggestions.

Spent a few days there in April 2018. The hotel is fine and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far out of the city centre and you will need to take the metro which is cheap and regular on the red line, however a shuttle bus from the hotel would help.

Professional and gentle staff. Very clean room. Parking available. International breakfast. Good restaurant with limited places; booking is suggested. Averall good experience.

It's okay. Only terrible this rubbish is smelly at the entrance to the hotel. Very long distance to the center. To the metro go minutes 25 quick steps.

Nice 90% of the structure. The economy rooms (the tops higher up) are for real, lack of minimal services (electrical outlets in the room and fridge with drinks, at least that was on…) and they are old. The rest of the hotel is renovated and very nice.

Immersed in the greenery of the park of Pineta Sacchetti, has as a strong point, the proximity to health centers of high Carat, for tourism a chance to relax and breakfast very abundant, not to believe,. Possibility of packed lunch preparations. Staff of room and head room Educatoa, very practical, organized and fast. 5-Star Consiergerie. Rooms with every comfort, card entry, air conditioning, bar in the room, as on request all services. Always available, kettle with cups and lyophilized drinks. Visited on several occasions, now a landmark.

It is a hotel quite far from the centre and a subway stop. I find it very bad that it is offered as 4 stars but the simplest rooms are horrible (old, sloppy) and look like a hotel from the 1950s. I'm really disappointed in the hotel.

First of all this is not a 4 star hotel no matter how much they would try to claim. Like others have stated, the hotel is too far from the centre of Rome so budget 50 euro a day for taxi rides to anywhere nice. Local amenities are poor at best. The hotel are trying to save money so even if it's scorching hot in April, they would not put on the air-conditioning. The walls are thin so a good night's sleep is out of the question and staff would rather lie than tell you the reality of how bad their hotel is. I would steer clear unless all other hotels in the city are full.

We are at the end of our stay here today having been here for 4 nights. We have thoroughly enjoyed it here and would definitely stay again without hesitation. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable each with a private balcony. Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is included and plentiful, the food is lovely and reasonably priced. Transportation into Rome is very easy to negotiate and the bus stop is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. This hotel definately gets top marks from us.

The three stars are only for the staff, which is very kind and extremely courteous. Very uncomfortable location. Useful only for those who need to be near the hospital. It's in a terrible neighborhood, in conditions on the brink of reality. Clean the bare minimum. The 4 stars are a bit risky, I have stayed in better Oostelli. The rooms are ugly and it's all stopped at the years 70. Very kitschy.

We were accommodated on the first floor. Room and cleanliness were OK. Price/performance I. O. Despite the felt 1000 television programmes, there was not a single broadcaster in German. Transport is good. Metro and bus nearby so you were quick in downtown.

Hotel on entry looks fantastic. This all ends as soon as you come out of the elevator. Very cramped feeling and the walls are ridiculously thin. So must as most nights you'll be awoken by the staff using their walkie talkies. Breakfast was way below average for an apparent 4star and the restaurant food is fair but be prepared to spend 3-4hours it takes to have a meal there due to crazy slow service. When metro on strike on our last day I asked the reception staff of any suggestions or things around the area. The only response was a shrug and "this is a residential area". They should really be doing a shuttle bus. 2 out of 10.

Excellent service. At reception the staff are very willing to guide and help the passengers. Cozy and clean place. Access to Wi-Fi permanent. The only problem is that it is very far away from the center and tourist places.

Clean hotel, but very dated 70's/80's basic decor in rooms. Tiny shower, toilet virtually sat under overlarge sink. No sound proofing can hear people in corridor and adjoining rooms as if they are in same bedroom with you! Balcony with one plastic chair. Have to take turns to sit down… no table. Mini bar just has 2 bottles of mineral water in it. Breakfast is poor looks like large selection, but poor quality. No shuttle bus from hotel to Rome Centre, which is about 35 minutes away. 49 bus runs here but is a 15 minute walk away from hotel. Metro link 5 minute bus ride too.

The heater was not working properly so it is rather cold in winter time. The bathrooms is so small they had to put the toilet under the sink. It seems in western countries the 4 star hotels are at the most like 3 star hotels in East.

Hotel away from the city center lack of transportation, the shower is too small, that Italian channels has TV, right next to the hotel entrance is rubbish!

It is ideally located for those who need to reach the Gemelli hospital, just take a few meters on the 446 or the 980 and get off after two stops. Inside everything works well, from the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms, which are spacious and equipped with TV and en suite bathrooms as well as affordable air conditioning. The dishes of the restaurant (the hearth of the five senses) are excellent, especially the typical ones.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the comfort room and it was a great experience. We liked the furnishings, the view with balcony and especially the possibility to sip in relax the teas made available in the room. Good breakfast and quiet location. Friendly staff. All good!

I went to this hotel for a wedding reception. The hotel is elegant and immediately gives a good impression. I only visited the hall and the room that is on the floor — 1, and I have to say it didn't drive me crazy sit on the conference room chairs for a wedding reception dinner… But overall the experience was positive, food pretty good and service OK although upgradeable.

It was a really noisy hotel with really thin walls. We got here with a deal online and apparently they have different price ranges based on the thickness of the walls of that room. The restaurant the was within the hotel was oke but I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe only when you want to eat pasta and nothing else. It was quite expensive and the quality wasn't that great. The hotel did try it's best to resolve things so we didn't have to pay our tourist tax. But I wouldn't come back also because it was not easy to get there with public transportation.

The hotel is very small but nice it was formerly a congress center maybe today even I was only two days there I liked very much rooms were all clean and the food The breakfast was also very good and it is not far from the city you can also Run but it's driving nearby buses and the drive every half hour.

The location is far from city centre and main attractions. It takes ~1h to travel using public transport. There is free Wi-Fi after a simple registration but it is VERY SLOW and most of the time unusable. It gets a bit faster after midnight, when everyone is asleep. The room was OK. Walls are super thin. We could hear the conversation and snoring in next room. Breakfast was poor. The hotel claims that they have 4 stars which I don't think they deserve. I would not recommend.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant downstairs, breakfast was pretty large although the same each day, rooms nice and cleaned every day. Probably a 3 star hotel in UK, but there seems to be an extra star on all hotels in Itlay. Location is a bit out the way but dead easy to get to by bus and metro once you know how to (and with the E38 Roma card it's no extra cost). About the only negative we've got is we were hit by a E60 fee when we checked out — a tax from the city. Would have been nice to know about this up front as we were about to just drop the key off and had spent our excess notes — we had to get the credit card out as it was the first we had heard about it. Bear that in mind though (and it does affect all hotels) then place is pretty good.

A very good hotel. No heating while during the night the temperature drops to 8 celsus. Very old fashioned scenery. Sound insulation and cold near Inéxistante. Shower to be replaced. No shower suspension. Water Jet too strong and difficult to adjust. Wi-Fi does not reach the room yet on the third floor. Poor breakfast Payment in advance to not change your mind and take another hotel for the rest of the stay.

Far from the center, very good facilities with parking if you come with car is ideal. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

They sell it as refurbished and give you the oldest rooms, the funny thing is that in those unreformed plants, we were only Spanish speaking tourists…
If you need teaspoon to be able to take a cake you don't even do the favor away from the center although good combination with the bus to catch the Metro.

For our experience this hotel was nothing short of a disaster… of 4 * had nothing except the payment! Bad value for money The rooms reflect the thirties with very thin walls in fact we could hear snoring the neighbors of room… the TV of the afterlife and the icing on the cake the bathroom… With old sanitary ware and even it was disgusting to take a shower!
Guys I don't recommend it… The sweetest Word to define it is shabby!

4 star Hotel but… flaw in the details. The kitchen and the bar have very high prices but the quality is definitely not worth the price. The breakfast is quite good.

Spent 2 nights here. Very clean rooms, room service was excellent and reception staff were courteous and efficient. No complaints here.

We were staying at this hotel to dine in the restaurant via the fork. High quality of the products, but also high the price. The 4 star hotel line.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Staff was amazing and always happy to help. The majority of them were multilingual and gave us wonderful advise on where to go. The only thing id say is improvements on the breakfast could be made.

The location is very much off the beaten path. The area is not very close to much of the sites to see, but is most definitely nice enough. The rooms are fairly standard. But the view of the city can be spectacular. The breakfast is fine. The options are a little more extensive than typical European places, and the quality is pretty good. Probably not as plentiful as typical in the US, but not bad at all. Service is good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to see Rome and not break the bank doing so.

Good service. Friendly staff who are always willing to help and offer you assistance. I always went to them first if I wanted to know how to get somewhere. The hotel is in a largely residential place but it is not a horrible neighborhood. It is close to a metro station which connects you to touristy Rome. The buffet breakfast is very nice and offers a variety of foods. Overall I would reccomend this place if you need a place to stay while you are in Rome and don't mind being a bit far from the city center.

Hotel au disgn old not very well maintained a lot of things damaged in the rooms tasks all over the carpet and the attic at breakfast seen doing this morning by the staff when he rid example with the scrambled eggs he stays on a plate Unconsumed customer C is put back in the dishes! So zero hygiene question disappointed in this hotel…

I have just got back today, from a trip here I booked for my Boyfriends birthday and both of us were extremely happy with the hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable double beds, lovely bathroom and a really lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was a buffet which had a lot to choose from and considering my Boyfriend loves a breakfast, he was really happy and had lots to eat and drink! The hotel is really close to the bus stops which take you into the city or the metro which was really handy. The staff there were really helpful also and were so friendly and welcoming. It was a very lovely hotel and both me and my Boyfriend would come back to this hotel!

We had misunderstandings with respect to the services we were convinced to find in the facility (type babysitter), but at a later time we received reasonable clarifications. The private parking that takes you directly to the floor of the rooms guarantees total independence. I stayed with my husband and son of 13 months in a double comfort, room with a view, quiet, clean, comfortable, with shower. The staff, especially the restaurant, was "cold", while the bartender a real myth! Great food, our stay as a whole was very satisfying!

Ask each day for the Wi-Fi code at the reception.
I confirm the aging of the room and also friendliness of the staff.
For the rooms it is clean (except the bottom of my fridge).
The soundproofing of the rooms does not just miss the desired, the walls are made of contraband cigarette paper!
I found the breakfast passable, for dinner it is not to take on the spot, unless it is a night step on the road.
The lobby and the basement are less dilapidated than the rest.
The hotel is not near Rome by public transport (I advise the bus 49) to provide a mini of 35 minutes to go to Rome. In short I think quess standing is more a * *. No more than €50 at night.

Very nice hotel with a staff at the small care for their clientele it responds to all your request speaks several language very comfortable room I have a very good stay at them I recommend.

Hotel was clean, staff where helpful and friendly, rooms where quite basic but had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The location is the only drawback, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Decent and clean, with nice staff however it felt very cheap when it came to the rooms, for example they had those big tvs from the 90 s, Wi-Fi is only available in lobby for free, otherwise you have to pay to access it in your bedroom, no air conditioning, pay to use their little gym etc. So basically almost every amenity listed costs extra, so much for four stars. Also there is a tourism tax of six euro per person per night (for four star hotels). Breakfast is alright, but I prefer to have real eggs rather than powder ones… Oh and they say they are close to the Vatican, it's close to an hour walk, so maybe?

I stayed at this hotel just this weekend I would say that the staff is really very nice and helpful. I was in the comfort room recently renovated very comfortable indeed, breakfast was always plentiful … well connected by public transport.

The room is small but clean.
The breakfast is enough to the sated but for undemanding. Juice in plastic cups made of machines, scrambled from Tetrapack — whole egg.
1 variety cheese, 1 species is sausage, boiled egg as a special request for € 3 available. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is suitable for a visit to the city.

Excellent hotel. Good value. Breakfast was fine and more than enough. Staff very friendly and so helpful. Not luxury but we'll recommended.

Hotel has comfortable rooms nice view and staff are friendly. Hotel in a quiet area. Dining room menu is good but breakfast is ordinary. Location is its main drawback. The Italian 200 metres to bus stop is more like a kilometre away. Link to metro by bus and return by metro and bus is a bit of a chore. Unlike the main bus line there are no announcements of the stops that is problematic. Would not revisit based purely on location.

Value for money very good. New room and very nice balcony overlooking the entire city. Quite good breakfast. Staff really helpful and friendly. Not right in the Centre but well connected by public transport. Wi-Fi included.

We stayed here this past weekend with great satisfaction. Housed in a Superior room very clean and with all the comforts. Welcome at check in were very friendly, they explained how to move around town giving us a complete map and had even public bus tickets for sale. Rich buffet breakfast. Excellent dinner on the first evening with an amatriciana mouth-watering. Be more comfortable the garage included as well as Wifi. Finally a hotel in Rome that won't spella alive and with good facilities. Would recommend.

My husband and I spent a very good stay at this hotel. We chose a Comfort room with sky TV and Wi-Fi included, very pretty. Also the breakfast (yummy croissants and the tart! ) and the staff always helpful on every occasion they made our weekend in Rome enjoyable and at a terrific price! The Hotel is a bit far from the Centre but in a quiet area easily accessible by public transport. Would certainly. Thanks for everything!

Was able to stay at this neighborhood hotel that the cosmos tour had arranged for us. After a long flight and having the airlines misplacing our luggage. We had a nice lady at the check in, who was willing to help us get around the city of Rome to purchase some goods for daily use. Till the airlines find our luggage. She was the most helpful person in that hotel. She went beyond her hotel duties to help out. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and good enough. And staff was pretty good too, yes we are very spoiled in the U. S. A. But after traveling to other parts of the world you get accustomed to the cultures and all.

Very disappointed by a hotel receptionist who stole from us (should we call a cat a cat). Was kindly asked to send 2 postcards. He asked us €3 to send. We trusted him. The result, 6 weeks after our postcards have not been received. So we got you have. It's just a detail but it has somewhat marred our vision already slightly positive from the hotel…

Place is good. Big clean rooms. Stayed here with Cosmos. But far from the tourist sites. If you want a quiet neighbourhood and don't mind taking a bus ride to the tourist places then this is the place to go to.

Great hotel just minutes from downtown well connected by public buses. We stayed in a brand new Comfort rooms at a very good price. Sky and free Wifi. Garage idem. Rich and tasty breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful in giving information to get around town. We will definitely be back.

Dealings racist towards the Spanish. Food of poor quality, and the receptionists are not friendly. They tried to charge us food that we didn't order and charge us an additional deposit depending on them for disturbing a neighboring room in which she was evicted. Fatal, nothing recommended, perhaps if you are from another country will treat you better. I was in a group of 140 Spanish and none of them liked the hotel.

Very noisy and too far from the tourist centre. Quality breakfast average. I would not stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel but very basic and noisy, its also a bit out of the city.

So to the hotel: it is from outside, and the rooms are nice. The carpet in the hallways is not clean, filthy bathroom.
Breakfast: Only cans breakfast and packed — it feels like a retired hotel where it is being exploited
Location: for the performance too far outside. We have rented us a scooter for 3 days, €120. NAVIGON on iPhone and off we went
Staff: Rude, says only jajaja. For €100 more, we got a suit, impertinence was slightly better but this demand a surcharge
Transfer: Not included — surcharge: €120 back and forth at the airport
City / Rome: Fantastic! Italian flair through ;) You should have visited the Colosseum in any case.

Congratulations for but a thank you to the staff of the Hall with Manager Claudia who is the person most obliging polite and friendly I've ever met in a hotel a greeting from family of Civitanova.
