A pretty good hotel. Wi-fi is free, 15 minutes to the subway, good breakfasts.

A normal hotel for 3 stars. Clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds. They feed them on breakfast. Continental breakfasts in all hotels in Italy are the same. Flakes, tea, coffee, croissants, cookies, bread, butter, cheese and ham. Everything is fresh. When one Russian tourist became ill with a heart, he was taken to the hospital and had surgery, then for his wife the hotel made a big discount on accommodation to care for her husband. That's just great! Thank you very much!

We lived three nights on the tour "Opening Italy" in April 2018. The hotel is located in a sleeping area of Rome far from the metro. The hotel's interesting unusual architecture is the circular building. Hospitable staff. The spacious room had everything you needed. There are drawbacks — poor sound insulation between the rooms and a monotonous kitchen.

Rooms are old fashioned but comfortable. Some of the devices doesn't work. The service is great and also meals. The elevator doesn't work properly.

There were big Spots on the Sheets. The Roof Terrace is closed at 25 Degrees and above and not appealing. Breakfast was already empty at nine In one Day and we were told there's nothing left, although there was actually to be breakfast by 10Am. From the outside, the Hotel and the surrounding Area make an unkempt impression. Unfortunately very disappointed, as you can find much better for the Price even in an expensive City like Rome.

Good hotel, good shower, daily towels change, simple but good breakfasts. Far from the center, but if you are versed in metro stations, no problem. Not very far supermarket Simply.

For the Italian 3 * very good! The bathroom is large, with a bath, not a shower cubicle. Wi-Fi is free, normal speed for communication (not a movie watch). Breakfast is decent, except for coffee and croissants was bread, cheese, butter, sausage, some buns. There is a grocery store just outside the hotel.

You should not make too much demands but you can sleep and it is not far to the bus line.

Quiet hotel in a residential area. There is everything you need: shower, bath, refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, external iron blinds on the windows. 8-10 minutes to the Metro. Nearby there is not a big supermarket where you can buy groceries and essentials. Across the road is a pine park, where locals walk. A bit far from the center.

Far from Batististini metro station. They dont provide good breakfast and the room is too small for even one person. You can hear everything from the next room. The room heating did not work at all. I have stayed in many hotels and never stayed in such a small room. Not recommended. The bathroom was clean though.

Historic Hotel and modernized for a neighborhood that loves tourists.

Discreet and reserved place but when I woke up they didn't make me coffee… The coffee must be available at any time of the day followed by many reverence kissing… hello.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of towels. Little shampoo. A huge plus: Free running Wi-Fi. Dinner's hot. We have a lozanja.

Not really clean room and unkind staff.

Location A lot of towels, they and bed linen change daily, everything is white. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are small bugs such as dust on the fixtures and curtain rods in the bathroom, but it is not critical for the overall experience. The internet works poorly, constantly falling off.

I have been staying relatives several times and have not had any particular problems but I have lately increased the prices and they also had to change rooms for a problem with the hot water.

It could be a little better. It looks like they don't care much about the conservation.

Was excellent hotel away from busy centre. Only downside was is there was no spare plug sockets to charge your mobile, camera, tablet… So had to unplug TV and use that socket instead when needed.

I attend the place. The area where I spent my childhood. I'm 71 years old. You understand me?

Located just outside of Rome, easy to get to the center with the subway not very far from the Hotel. Cozy and comfortable rooms for 3 people. The presence of the air conditioner for the heat of the capital is appreciable. Room Cleaning Service great. I especially enjoyed the room for the meals, great breakfast, great dinner, very nice and helpful waiters.

In the room I found the cobwebs, when I reported they told me that they do not wax other rooms! Small room with bathroom without bidet and shower…!? Do not call the NCC service via hotel, they charge you between 30 and 80 euros more from the actual price if you call the NCC service. I canceled the reservation of hotel NCC saving 80 euros. Sconsigliatissimo for rooms, price and service. Avoid!

Hotel is very dirty and manager on desk very rude and rubbish man. Overall don't stay in this hotel. Don't spoil your holiday and don't upset your mind.

The rooftop bar is the only worthwhile feature of the place. Everything else is is sub par.

Brave con artists, dirty and filthy food. Nothing is what he presents in the pictures.

When we arrived there the man at the front desk was very rude, had poor english and demanded €40 off us out of the blue. Rooms were cramped. Showers were absoloutley tiny. Although the bathroom was clean. The cleaners did not clean up our room when we left. The internet connection was poor. There was a small option of breakfasts to choose from. Not a really recommended hotel.

Words cannot fully convey the complete nightmare that is Hotel Giotto. Upon arriving early in the morning around 0500 I was "greeted" by an extremely rude, confrontational, and agitated middle-aged man at the front desk. He was unable to locate my reservation and proceeded to yell and scream at me about paperwork I was never given while repeatedly asking what was wrong with me and if I had ever stayed at a hotel before. On top of this he was demanding an additional payment of fifty euros beyond what was initially agreed upon saying he would be there when I checked out and would refund the money at that time. Needless to say I refused to pay this obviously illegitimate fee and after another 40 minutes of persisting at the counter and getting screamed at by this poor excuse of a human, he was finally able to "locate" my reservation and handed over the key card. Hoping the ordeal was over and desperately wanting to get a couple hours of rest, I went to my room and keyed in. The light switch in the room was broken and pressing it only turned on lights for about 3 seconds. The room was dirty but the bed was made, so I pulled back the covers not thinking anything of it. The sheets were beyond disgusting, complete will fresh-looking blood stains, A LOT of long black hair, and brown and black spots and streaks of some kind of bodily fluid. I put a towel down on the cleanest looking part of the bed, threw the pillows on the floor, and laid down to try to get a few hours of rest.

I'm sorry that the hotel has not received very good reviews. I can only say that from my perspective the room was clean and homely and the breakfast food fine. The distance from the city centre has been cited by many as a problem, but in my view it was an distinct advantage. The city centre hotels seemed to have a constant business around them, according to some other visitors I met. I'm too old for too much hassle and found Hotel Giotto's location perfect and quiet after a day's sightseeing. The city centre was within reach on the excellent Metro system and there was a handy supermarket round the corner for daily supplies.

Women in households that wakes you up with their DIN, hear the neighbor or neighbor pissed at night or between any noise as the insulation sucks is that I attributed not a good score on this hotel! More hospitality leaves to be desired. Not even a Hello or shit! Map of the room that works 1 time out of 5. In short to avoid! The only positive point is that Rome is a beautiful city and that lunch is not so bad.

The hotel cost us only 42 euros per night/room for 2 persons Breakfast in the price, Conditions for this price is really very good. Fulfils all the requirements as for the hotel 3-star. Quiet area, perhaps not too close from the center but near the metro station Battistini.

Sleep in a tent near the Park. So much the better.

I was there in June 2012. Modesto hotels offering the bare minimum. Breakfast plentiful and of sufficient quality. As for the room, at least the one where I stayed, shower not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so you'll understand the problem of disorder. CRT TV that wasn't taking different channels. For the rest OK.

The hotel is a seedy nightclub. Dirty small rooms, ancient bathrooms and rooms and restaurant very bad service.

Rooms small and crammed, very noisy, broken light switches and light bulbs, broken tiles, worn tub, dirty shower curtain and mouldy ceiling in bathroom. Staff unfriendly and careless. During our stay in late october no heating available, the room was freezing cold at night. Contrary to its claims, the hotel is nowhere near the vatican and it takes half an hour on foot to reach the underground. No bar in the hotel, no internet, no restaurants in the vicinity, except a dirty low-grade snack bar, with shouting native guests way after midnight. Better stay away.

She is close to the underground cornelia or batistini, hotel is very clean you change every day towels, the room that we had me and my daughter was small but sufficient, we just went to sleep. Very friendly staff and at the reception know Spanish, but in any case we understood very well with everyone, will that we loved, also the breakfast was good, were there for five days and not repeat any day. Then for dinner at the hotel there is restaurant crossed the street and there is a café with a terrace that you gave dine very well and were very kind, we came enchanted all and think again.
