Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. not a lot of room in the dining room but would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed in the additional building for 3 nights. Great value for the money we payed! We were told that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but when we arrived at 1 o'clock we could already get in. We were lucky to find ourselves in the renovated rooms and not the old ones. The "Janitor" helped us with our suitcase since there is no elevator in this additional building. Rooms very clean and enough space for the both of us (you only sleep here so…) Staff was very friendly, especially MR. Sall! +

Rooms are disgusting, moldy shower, carpet covered in stains and unvacuumed, hair dryer worked for 30 seconds and mini fridge didn't work. The elevators are so tiny you could extend ONE arm out with your back to the wall and be touching the opposite wall. Staff is just as bad, they are always smoking at the entrance which is a 4-5 foot sliding door and you would think they would stop as you're walking in but they take it as a sign to take one last big exhale. Asked the front desk 1 morning if they could call us a taxi and before I could finish my sentence he says "NO TAXIS IN ROME TODAY" I walk away and sat in the lobby to look taxis up on my phone and 2 minutes later the old man working the front desk tosses me a little piece of paper and says "7 minutes" and nothing else. I come back down to the lobby a hour later and see taxis picking other people up, I asked another employee there if he could call us a taxi and the old guy I had asked earlier cuts me off and said "TAXI WAS HERE WHERE WERE YOU" this after he told me there were no taxis. The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it is close to trevi fountain.

Love the place, location is amazing walking distance to everything. Big room and bath, comfy bed and sofa bed, with good bfast, ac and heater in the room, safetybox in the room, lift, and very nice hotel staff.

We didn't live here, but relatives and because they were on holiday there on their 30th wedding anniversary, we organized a little surprise with the hotel and I have to say it — great! Very good and above all fast communication, flexibility and reliability — we would like to thank Mrs Trippini in particular.

Beautiful, prime location! Valentina at the desk was amazing, very accommodating. We realized that we left one bag behind when we arrived in Rome, and Valentina went above and beyond to accommodate the arrival of the missing bag. She also moved my parents down to a lower floor because of all the stairs. The room is clean spaces bathroom was very nice modern, updated and the ceilings are to die for! Because our family originates in Italy we spent quite a decent amount of time here, and we have found our new hotel in Rome.

Mixed feelings.
Bays forced to measure at short notice for a night. Were placed in the "broom chamber" (for approx. EUR 140 per night) : musty and moist (incl. Mattress, sheets, pölster) as well as careless plaster worn furniture.
After penetrating complaint, overcoming the euphemism attempts of the reception (offer to spray fragrance spray, denial of the moisture problem as well as reasoning the hotel is fully booked and one only spends one night here) the note Online are still rooms bookable and threats of escalation towards management a solution was found.
New room with decent hygiene but heavy wear and tear of some furniture (regular price approx. EUR 350 per night despite central location right next to the Trevi Fountain in my view is excessively high and unjustified).
Receptionist did not greet us after the complaint. Unprofessional.

Of the 2 weeks in Italy, this was our favorite room (2 adults, 2 children). Easy for taxi to find our location, staff were extremely hospitable, the location near Trevi can't be beat, and breakfast in the room each morning was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Our stay this week has been wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and the location can not be faulted. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The catering staff were also quite lovely. If we come to Rome again we will definitely consider this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The bathrooms are totally updated and spacious as well. The staff is incredible — the nicest of anywhere we've ever stayed. They will help you with everything. They also bring you a hot breakfast every day with fresh fruit and amazing cappucino (or whatever you choose).

Central and very comfortable to visit on foot the heart of Rome. Courtesy and availability. A bit noisy for the continuous strollofing of tourists, but it's right next to the Trevi fountain, so… it's obvious so and it's okay anyway!

One of the world's most famous bars, prominently featured in Frederico Fellini's 1960 classic movie, La Dolce Vita. Though soft drinks may cost €12-15 each, our three premium cocktails only totaled €34 Euros. Very opulent bar and dining area, and each patron is provided chips they make themselves and salted peanuts to munch on with their drinks. The two of us were also given four small warm finger foods from the kitchen. Though they had no problem with making a Vespers martini (not on the menu), they were unfamiliar with a Pegu Club cocktail, but were game to try under our directions. Very good value in my book!

One star for the fantastic and beautiful location which was very special, it almost felt like magic. The service was fantastic really great perhaps one of the best that we have in Europe. Ok, so now the other side of the experience and the reason to give such a low score: the bland almost tasteless food. I cannot believe the mediocre taste of the food. Eating at this historic restaurant is such a let down, because it feels that they only care on plating and the looks of the serving. We order pesto linguine, a seafood and crab tortellini, fillet mignonette style steak and the house salad. Except to the steak everything was really mediocre, they do not proper season the seafood (We understand this is a culinary technique, and we were lucky to experience a master of this fad in places like O Pazo in Madrid), the end result was a mess. You travel the world trying to experience the best local an authentic food and this was by no means a good sample of Rome’s food.

Absolutely wonderful! Great setting, excellent food beautifully presented and very friendly staff. A pianist on the piano and a pretty young lady softly singing golden oldies. 2018 is their centenary celebration and one gets an idea of all the rich and famous who had dined there over the past 100 years. An evening we will remember forever. Bella Bella!

Okay, but not at all 3 stars. We stayed there 8 days, 5 people in suite. The beds is very poor and worn out and the was only chairs for four people. The table was useless — very small and unstable… this made the kitchen worthless to us… Some days the cleaning service just didnt show up and we were left with no fresh towles and alot of garbage… we agreed to the hotels taxi service… we were picked up in the airport by a driver in a nice Mercedes and transported to the hotel… it was nice. When we were leaving the driver picked us up at the hotel and took us to the wrong airport… he left us their and took off. We try calling the hotel asking for their assistence but they only offered to sent a cap 1, 5 hour later! We were supposed to check in within an hour in an airport 50 min drive away… ee had to find a cab on our own and pay 130 Euros to get to the correct airport… we didnt even get an appology or refund or anything from the hotel… I would never recommend Trevi Rome Suite to anyone… this is just not at all 3 stars and not at all woth the money… its not a real hotel its just a few appartments they rent in a building with offices and private appartments… and You are not allowed to use courtyard or anything… Trevi Rome Suite is far too expensive, not even close to 3 stars and poorly managed.

Buyer beware — I rarely write reviews but given my experience, I figured it was necessary. I made 2 reservations at the Trevi Palace Luxury Apartments about 4 months in advance of my stay for my family and myself. Over the course of the 4 months, the ratings of the hotel dropped — I read reviews of the hotel that said (potential) guests were informed that there are last minute emergencies and they could not accommodate guests, so would "upgrade" them to a hotel that is in a different location (owned by the same management btw). Given the reviews, I decided to re-confirm my reservations with the hotel, as I did not want to stay in a different hotel in a different location. I was re-assured that everything was fine. Less than 24 hours before check-in I receive the email saying there has been an "emergency" and they want to "upgrade" me to the other hotel (The K Boutique Hotel). I was in Florence on a tour when I got this email and of course, the next few hours were spent on my phone trying to figure out next steps thereby ruining my tour of Tuscany. The hotel management was totally non co-operative and basically said there are no other options. As a tourist, one has limited time and resources especially when one needs a place to stay in less than 24 hours. I decided to escalate to the website through which I made the reservations and ultimately they made a decision to let the hotel know that they will give me a full refund irrespective of the hotel's cancellation policy.

Our favorite rooms on a whirl-wind tour of Italy. Gorgeous and huge and near the heart of Rome. 2 blocks from the Trevi Fountain, 6 blocks from the Forum and Flavian Ampitheater (aka Colosseum). We parked out rental in a garage out of the center of the city and enjoyed quick walks to everything we wanted to see.

Rooms a little small and warm, but nice and well furnished, friendly staff and great breakfast, perfect location because it is just a step away from the Fontana di Trevi, and walking a little ' you also get to the Colosseum.

The hotel is located in the middle of the streets of Trevi, with a little luck you get a parking lot that only has to be paid for with parking ticket from 18-23h and is 30m from the hotel entrance. The hotel itself has only very small rooms but has outsourced suites and superior rooms on the top floor with views over the city in the annex. The breakfast room is about a third as many people as it is actually seated. So it is not possible to endure tightness there at primetime. But the buffet & the offer is fine. The reception takes care of all the wishes you have and is very keen to satisfy every guest.

Brilliant and really great location. Rooms cleaned daily and very quiet — can't hear street. Modern set up.

Friendly and very helpful staff, available 8am-9pm! Awesome location, 5 min walk from Trevi fountain. Easy to find. On a lively street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi and simple breakfast with coffee available. Spacious, clean bathroom and shower with nice hot water. About 10 min taxi or 20 minute walk from Termini train station.

We got this on wowcher or groupon getaways. With that in mind I wasn't expecting much but then I saw the website and thought that we were gonna get a room that wasn't on the site. How wrong was I! We got a great little studio with everything that you need (well unless you're British, no tea making facilities in the room but we can look past that). The location is right slap bang in the middle of everything. The fountain is a minute away and it's beautiful. The amount of good restaurants in area is unreal. This place is ace, with friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

I slept a single night in a business trip. It was a very nice hotel. Despite checking in over the normal time, I was well received by the surveillance and also found a welcome letter in the room. Good breakfast Good price, view of the location and the beauty of the accommodation.

Sincerely disappointed: Nice location, but poorly made cocktails and poorly presented, in the wrong glasses for what they contained (a bloody Mary and an American can not be served in a tall and tight glass like the one for iced tea! ) ; In accompaniment, some appetizer little cured and of low quality.
Considering the cost of €16 to cocktails, we expected a lot more.
The presence of the screen that passes the photos of celebrities (not even all related to Harry's Bar) is a touch tacky…

Prices are high but staff was very friendly and made our experience pleasant! Also they brought out delicious finger food with our drinks!

Magnificent. Lovely place. He treats you very very kindly. Clean. Full breakfast and 20 steps from the Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants around. And close to bus stops (3min) and Metro (5min). The rooms a little small, but they don't need more either.

Though I haven't had dinner at this place I can definetly recommend it for a drink during the evening. The place has got a nice vintage atmosphere and the live music make it a perfect bar for drinking a glass of cognac.

Location is great, about a thirty minute walk from everywhere. Good breakfast, Marga offers good service, right next to a pretty fancy restaurant. It's less than a block from Trevi Fountain, which is surrounded by shops. We would stay here again.

A very historic place — decent service but we did feel some of the staff looked down at us when we arrived. The cocktails are very expensive but very good. I was pleased to visit the place but wouldn’t go back. It needs a refurbishment sadly — looks a bit dated.

Locole elegant place on via Veneto with indoor and outdoor tables. Great atmosphere with live music (congratulations to the pianist and the singer). The clientele changes dramatically from lunch to after dinner. The prices are not really popular indeed I would say a little ' Latin but we are always in via Veneto…

Let’s be clear: Harry’s is pricey. And, it should be. You’re sitting at one of Rome’s most famous bars located in one of the city’s best neighborhoods near many of the city’s most exclusive hotels. That said, I’ve enjoyed every drink here, the service has never disappointed, and you are always welcomed with more than what you order. It’s worth a visit.

Really nice atmosphere! Live music with a good singer with musician. After wrong the choice of the restaurant fortunately we did not wrong the post-dinner.

The staff are friendly, helpful and delightful! Cristiano, Lyudmila, Agnese are wonderful! We came back a second time during our trip and they treated us like family! We would highly recommend this hotel and the location is perfect! The beds are great and the rooms are very large, with amazing washroom. The breakfast was also wonderful. Nice bar for a drink after dinner. They also serve lunches or dinners. It has a terrace quite nice. High prices for the type of cup, ask for a gin & tonic without selection of Geneva (16€) served in a glass tube. The cocktails are also between 15 and 20€

Located at the entrance of the elegant and famous via Veneto is easily reachable by Metro. Environment edited and COM prints that recall the world of cinema, this place is an evergreen of worldly life. You can enjoy excellent quality aperitifs, in particular I found the spritz and the Bellini level, or even for a simple coffee with cream. Ideal both in summer and winter as it has a heated outdoor space. Only downside the prices are a bit high.

Great location, spacious rooms and gorgeous courtyard. Our room even had a beautiful chandelier. Doors are difficult but worth it.

We have stayed here on two separate occasions while visiting Rome. The proximity to the Trevi Fountain is incredible! The first time we stayed we had a Superior Double Room which was very adequately sized. This most recent time we were in a Standard Double Room and it was almost unbearable — absolutely no room for our suitcases. If you can afford a Superior room, this place is excellent — otherwise I would look for other accommodations. Also, there are no elevators so be prepared to lug your suitcases up multiple narrow flights of stairs.

Run away and choose another Hotel!
We are in 4 and we are given a Junior suite, as for the name of the hotel, of suite and Luxury only has the name.
The room smelled damp and is cold practically on the road as in a Neapolitan bass and worse yet the second double bed is of the super cheap ones. By Fachiro.
At night whatever passed along the road, car or motorcycle that is, was like being on there and then people stopping to talk outside the window…
For the price paid you can consider a scam to all intents and purposes.

I always like to go back and sit outside, but this time, the pasta arrived cold, the bread was dry, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The attention is always excellent and I appreciate the napkins are large and of cotton. 50 euros … went with the price!

OurTrevi Rome Suite was a very nice, large apartment in Rome, with a kitchen, two showers and a terrace and only a two minute walk to Trevi Fountain. There were 3 of us and there was room to sleep 2 more at least. Great location, helpful, friendly staff. The staff arranged a ride to airport for us and it was a very professional driver in a nice big SUV for the same price we paid at the airport when we arrived. Be careful at airport, take taxi at curb and not guys that solicit you in the airport. The airport taxi was much smaller, not so nice car that we shared with another man for that same $50. Euro. So the people at Trevi Rome Suite did a great job for us and we appreciate it and would stay there again when in Rome.

Was exited to come to this hotel! But was very disappointed by the sorrry excuse of a kitchen that smelled damp and mouldy! If you want a good night sleep don’t come here! Rooms are not sound proof! You can here the busy street full of tourist. The internet is abysmally slow, worse than dial up. A web page may as well be delivered by carrier pigeon, would be faster in fact. However… the breakfast was ok, and the location is great. The people seem nice too.

Quiet, clean, and great location!

This is an unusual place, not easy to review in a few sentences. The accommodation takes up one floor of a large old building in a side street very close to the Trevi Fountain. You can walk to most of the main sights in 10 to 15 mins. You do get a feel for the way high end living must have been. Once through the anonymous imposing large courtyard doors all the bustle dies away. The apartments are on the 3rd floor, there is a very small lift. The staircase up is wide, marble and imposing, with statues and decoration in keeping with the feel of the building. There are no hotel type facilities. There is a small, manned, reception leading to a long corridor with the rooms leading off. The rooms are big containing a very large, firm bed and a settee. The room is sparsely furnished with cheap modern furniture. Double doors lead through to a big modern bathroom with two complicated showers which don't work that well. The bathroom is well appointed and strangely out of sync with the bedroom. There is no fitted Aircon, instead there are two standalone units which look incongruous and are noisy. They did work, but you could not sleep with them running so we were glad it was not too hot at night. You order breakfast each day and they bring it to your room at an agreed time. The scrambled eggs with ham and cheese was absolutely fine, as was the granola.

Beautiful place to stay when in Rome. Great location as it's right near the Trevi fountain and walking distance to great food. Breakfast was served straight to our room which was delicious. Lady at the front desk was extremely helpful specially with organising taxis as we required them. Would love to return and stay longer next time!

There is no sensible reason for anyone to eat at this place other than by accident, like me. Sliced steak was obviously fried after it was sliced, actually slices did not suggest a former single entity. Roasted sole was decent. Smoked salmon — — a pile of bits of sliced salmon, like you might buy in a supermarket. Sad.

I would strongly recommend not going to this place. First off, EACH Coca-Cola costs 12 EUROS. That's for a small glass bottle. It's normal to have some markup on soft drinks at a restaurant, and you don't get free fountain refills in Italy anyway. But I did not realize that 2 glasses of Coke would cost 24 Euros, because they did not give the menu with the soft drink prices until they were defending their outrageous billing. Also, I ordered a burger medium rare. It came out well done. Overall, a very simple order was completely botched. For the price, it should have been an amazing meal. It was probably the worst I had in 10 days in Italy.

Just arrived back home in Belgium from a wonderful 5 days in Rome. Just sitting behind my desk and think what my trip to Rome gave me. Me, daughter and grandson stayed 4 nights in Trevi hotel in the very beautiful room 511. Not in the main hotel building but just around the corner in another building. This gave us the opportunity to discover the little archeological museum opposite our room which we would never have known about… Cremonini Area Archeologica.
But if I could do the trip again I would again ask for this room. We didn't mind the breakfast was on top of the main building across the street. The staff was very very helpfull and polite, as well on our arrival as well when we checked out. The hotel check in is small indeed and very very busy. But when you go on holidays in the summer season that is what you can expect where ever you go… They are doing their best. And when something isn't according your expectations isn't it common sense… you ask and you get an answer? Another country and place, other traditions and lifestyle to get used to. You go on holidays to learn to know another place… other customs… respect. Breakfast in the hotel was more than enough and various for me; my daughter and grandson have a different taste… so what? If they weren't happy (but they where) enough food in the little shops, restaurants, taverns, bars around… the whole day through till late in the evening.

I'd thought I try out this restaurant the famous Harry's Bar and experience it… I was surprised by the high prices. Salad was tasty & beef / potato entree. Was it worth it? Nope! Customer service was horrible. I would rate at a negative star if that was an option. My experience with our waiteress felt like she was annoyed with us. She never asked if we wanted anything to drink other than water or remembered to bread. To add to her lack of customer service, she did something that shocked me! She grabbed ice cubes and threw them at the pigeons to keep them away. I said to myself, if she is throwing cubes at the pigeons which is very inhumane, then how would she possible have kindness towards customers. : (

Fantastic food. Seafood is very fresh. Had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. Service is lacking a bit. When you pay this much for good food with good atmosphere you should get good service.

Rooms are very big. Had an issue with the hotel when originally booking, misnumber of people in the room. But the hotel is very nice and very near to the fountain.

This hotel is a trap. Bait and switch they told me I had to check-in at another hotel that was a. 5 mile away. After checking in they told me that they gave my room away. I booked using Expedia.

Very quaint. Not a very large hotel but the rooms are very large and interesting. There were multiple showers so many people can shower at once. That being said, the doors are a little bit annoying.

A place where you can find the great stars of cinema and music emprezarios a great selection of spirits at prices of mid and high will see that it is a place of emprezarios and luxurious, but nice is expensive you pay for the plaser to feel like someone important or see someone important jajajjsja so if you're going for a cafe it is not only the place.

Amazing location and extremely accommodating staff. Steps from the Trevi Foundtain, minutes from the Pantheon, and terrific dining options. Beautiful rooms and comfortable stay in the Eternal City… la dolce vita!

4th time in Rome since October 2016. Very disappointed. We booked the trevi hotel. We were put in a building with no view around the corner. The room stank of cigarette smoke as staff from across the street would stand under our window and smoke all day. The room was cold when we arrived and we were not told the heating is controlled at the reception? The only good thing was the location! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great staff, beautiful large room which was recently renovated. Breakfast brought to your room every morning is a nice touch. Very central to so much of Rome. Downside is that the hotel part of a larger building behind a large door with no markings whatsoever! (Not easy to find. ) We came in after dark on a rainy night and were so fortunate that an American couple staying at the hotel noticed us looking lost. They showed us the door (which was locked) and helped us get in… (See attached image for the front door. )

Good evening I stayed for 2 nights in this B&b the first night all ok, I have been at other times in this structure, but with the old management. Returning on the second night, I noticed immediately, that the room was cold, I called the number that they give for emergencies 24 out of 24, exactly to 01.04, I reported that there were problems with the heating and I was told that at a distance could not fix it… then it is not got nobody and I slept and certainly NOT warm. I find it absurd, if it was not, because I had paid in advance, seen as he is led to those who were supposed to assist me, I would have insisted on the return of the money, a night. In the morning I met The managers and they did not know of my phone call, they apologized and have tried with the remote to start it again and luckily it is shared with the hot air, so I gather that's just a few, and was only locked! Very sorry for this treatment, I repeat, the emergency service of 24 hours is not at the height of the structure. I point out that the rooms are clean!

It's not giving: 200 €/night with breakfast. … but it's good, clean, air-conditioned.

The service is the worst one that I ever experimented in my entire life. They don't use keys, so you have to make a call to a special number every time you wanna get in to your room, so forget the parties. The "breakfast" that they include is a pre packed "croissant" and a cup of soluble coffee, don't torture ur stomach with it! And to finish, the air condition doesn't work, so u have to sleep with the window open and the noise of the street together with the mosquitos make impossible to sleep. This is the worst hotel that I hat ever visit!

It's a charming place to stay and its right next to the Trevi fountain! It's close to many of the attractions of Rome. The service was good. Agnesi was really helpful even allowing us to check in very early in the morning. She was all smiles. Definitely going to return.

The Trevi Palace Luxury Apartments located in very central location near Trevi fountain and not far from Barberini metro station. The quality of the room and the service was excellent. Breakfast is rich, fresh and tasty. Highly Recommended.

Excellent location — — you can walk to most sights from here. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is simple but sufficient. Rooms are clean, spacious, but overdesigned. They are beautiful to the eye, but not traveler friendly. Guests will find no useful shelves or drawers in the room, no shelves or cabinets in the modern bathroom. There was no place to put our stuff! Thank goodness for the safe. Why pack light? There is neither an elveator nor porter, so you have to schlep your bags up 1-1/2 flights of stairs at a minimum, more if you are on the 3rd floor. The Chianti restaurant is o. K. While the adjacent gelato joint is superb.
