Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Not a lot of room in the dining room but would definitely recommend and stay again.

There is a lot of room and very close to good food and amazing places to see.

We stayed in the additional building for 3 nights. Great value for the money we payed! We were told that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but when we arrived at 1 o'clock we could already get in. We were lucky to find ourselves in the renovated rooms and not the old ones. The "Janitor" helped us with our suitcase since there is no elevator in this additional building. Rooms very clean and enough space for the both of us (you only sleep here so…) Staff was very friendly, especially MR. Sall! +

* Wifi in main building wasn't that great (we stayed in the additional building, so no big deal for us).
* We slept on the first floor in the additional building and it was a little noisy because of the restaurants opposite of this building.

Rooms are disgusting, moldy shower, carpet covered in stains and unvacuumed, hair dryer worked for 30 seconds and mini fridge didn't work. The elevators are so tiny you could extend ONE arm out with your back to the wall and be touching the opposite wall. Staff is just as bad, they are always smoking at the entrance which is a 4-5 foot sliding door and you would think they would stop as you're walking in but they take it as a sign to take one last big exhale. Asked the front desk 1 morning if they could call us a taxi and before I could finish my sentence he says "NO TAXIS IN ROME TODAY" I walk away and sat in the lobby to look taxis up on my phone and 2 minutes later the old man working the front desk tosses me a little piece of paper and says "7 minutes" and nothing else. I come back down to the lobby a hour later and see taxis picking other people up, I asked another employee there if he could call us a taxi and the old guy I had asked earlier cuts me off and said "TAXI WAS HERE WHERE WERE YOU" this after he told me there were no taxis. The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it is close to trevi fountain.

We had the best experience at Hotel Trevi! They upgraded our room for free, which was an amazing room! And you just can’t beat the location! Friendly staff, willing to hold our luggage until check in. 5 stars!
