Nice hotel with friendly staff close to the Trevi fontin. Good breakfast we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Lovely place to stay, very clean rooms & tasty breakfast, friendly staff & well positioned to see the sights of Rome
Even has a out side terrace on the 5th floor for those smokers (better than standing on the street)
Wonderful surprise on my birthday too Only negative was no kettle in the room to make a early morning drink (I rise about 5.30am & took my own coffee sachets with me) or one late at night.

Just back from a 5 night stay here with hubby. Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Decent breakfast but by far the best location. Would stay again if back in Rome.

We stayed here for 9 nights, for our honeymoon. The hotel is ideally located in the city, which is great to visit everything by foot. Our room was good, very quiet and super clean. Most of all, we thank the whole staff for their efficiency, professionalism and kindness! We will definitely recommend the hotel and will be pleased to come back one day.

Cozy hotel in the center that give you the opportunity a few steps to admire the beauties of Rome:Spain Square, Trevi Fountain etc. Very convenient because close to the metro (Barberini and Spain) rooms with all the comforts and clean. I only stayed one night and was satisfied I will definitely come back.

When taking into account the central location and the good service (very nice staff) it was quite a bargain for a location in the center of Rome. The room was a bit smaller, but clean and reasonably maintained.

We had booked one night here and once we saw our room we booked another. Amazing location, clean and romantic! We are on the 5 th and enjoy the elevator! You must try it! I would recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of the action.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and is in walking distance of basically all major landmarks. The service is excellent and staff are very friendly. Everyone speaks English. The included breakfast is delightful and operates 7am-10am. We had a junior suite with balcony. Room was exceptional and worth every penny.

Great hotel, we were very well received by the staff. Perfect room. Breakfast very good. I had an unbearable toothache at night, I explained to them he called me a doctor and a taxi right away. Very responsive.

The hotel is very well located and you can walk to the Vatican. The station is right next door. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customer I highly recommend this hotel! Our next stay will be in this one for sure!

Super friendly ane helpful staff. Everyone we spoke to had excellent English. The room we stayed in was basic but clean and the location of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely consider staying again if ever in Rome.

Cozy Hotel in the center that gives you the possibility to have a few steps to the beauties of Rome, Spain Square, Trevi fountain etc. Very convenient because close to the Metro (Barberini and also close to metro Spain) rooms with all comforts and clean. I only stayed overnight and I was happy I will definitely return.

Nice tidy room, marble floor not only in the bathroom, but in the main room, if not taken with slippers, then barefoot walk uncomfortable and cold, the room had little space for their suitcases, we went two friends with two standard chkmodanami sizes Hand luggage (size S), the bathroom is comfortable, there is a bidet, cleaned every day!

The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

The walls are paper-thin. If your room happens to stay next to some noisy guests you are screwed. We booked a room with an "external bathroom" which we were told was right in front of our door. This was a lie. The bathroom was actually located half-way across the corridor which meant we had to cross a couple of rooms to get there. At the check-in we were also told breakfast was included but when we checked-out they told us to pay for it. Location is good but given the hotel conditions, would not recommend.

Happy with 5-night stay. Great location as a base for exploring. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and cool neighborhoods. Several bus lines and the subway are also nearby. The staff is professional, friendly, and multilingual. They held our bags until check-in when we arrived very early the first day. Buffet breakfast is fine (pastries, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, fruit) and costs €6. It's quite flexible since you decide each day whether you want it (we used it twice). The room is very small (not a con, knew that going in) and very clean. Bathroom had a large shower and was also very clean. Street noise was not a problem with the windows closed. Wi-Fi worked great. The only issue is the smell! We didn't use the AC because it gave off a moldy/musty smell (luckily the weather was perfect and we didn't need heating or cooling). The room had a very strong perfume scent after housekeeping. Had to open the windows to air it out for a few hours every night before going to sleep. Overall, still recommend for budget accomodations.

Well placed hotel, just 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and close to lots of what Rome has to offer. The room was furnished to a high standard and the staff were very helpful during our stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. 5 mins walk from Trevi Fountain and 10 mins from Spanish Steps.

Great staff;newly remodeled. Super close to most common attractions. Breakfast is standard fare but good. Watch out for little pizza place on the corner. 42 euros for pizza and two tiny glasses of wine. Look for the little balcony on the fifth floor. Nice in the evening.

The hotel is very clean. Well maintained and very comfortable. Staffs are very accommodating ang helpful. Asked for a room with a view and we were given a gorgeous room with not only a view but a balcony! We love it… Perfect location… Within easy walking distance to all attractions and they even were thoughtful enough to provide a bottle of bubbly as a birthday surprise! We would definitely book here again… Thank you… Gracie!

A really good 3 star hotel compared to others in the same price range. Room was clean and new-ish and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, a short walk from all the major tourist spots in Rome.

The hotel is located in one of the most central place in Rome. One can walk to the Spanish steps, pantheon, Trevi fountain in less than 10 minutes. Plenty of places to eat around. Rooms are small and mine did not have the bathroom in al the same room! No good. A steep stair to second floor before getting to the elevator is kind of a pain. Room had a strange faint smell.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in the center of Rome, in a few minutes you will find yourself in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

This was a great hotel for people on a budget and students. The breakfast was good but not extraordinary. The rooms are small but just right since you don't want to spend your time in Rome in a hotel room. The biggest plus was that it was pretty much in the center of everything. Walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, piazza navona, Santa Maria Maggiore and if you want to go further there is a Subway station very nearby with stops at the colosseum and the Vatican. The desk personal is very friendly and ready to help you anyway they can. Very pleasant experience.
