Great property, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Praise attention to the customer. Perfect location to visit Rome.

Rooms spacious, clean and quiet. Very attentive service and friendly and helpful staff. Convenient position that allows you to easily reach the points of greatest interest.

The people are nice so far. There has been breakfast in bed because the dining area is under renovation. The only drawback has been that it is up on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Good for the lungs bad for my knee.

Stairs only issue if you have big bags.

A very nice place, perfectly placed in the heart of Rome. The service staff is very friendly, the rooms quiet, nice and clean. There is a free access lounge where you can find some pastries and coffee at any time. Be careful if you arrive late, as the reception closes at 5pm. You will then have to call for someone to come to the residence to open you. Be sure to take their phone number, at the risk of being stuck in front of the door. The price is a little high, but I highly recommend.

A small cute hotel in the middle of a shopping street. For a short trip to Rome the hotel is just right. Super Central location, so everything can be reached in walking distance (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum and also the Vatican — if you want 30 min. To run). The rooms are quite small but for a few days big enough. A kettle with coffee and tea is available in the room, as well as a fridge with water, coke etc. Both are replenished free of charge on a daily basis.
The breakfast offers something for everyone. It odt not lush but adequate and everyone should find something (buns, toast, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal).
I was definitely not the last time in Rome and would stay again in the Residenza Frattina.

Trip a month ago to Rome, and one of the successes was to stay in Redidenza Frattina, perfect location, next to Plaza de España, facilities with great charm, and a fantastic staff.

Perfectly placed, prices correct given the lack of lift and double glazing if the room, very large, looks out on the street.

Great rooms and remarkable breakfasts in the center of the capital. Five stars of obligation.

Very nice hotel but there was one person with the staff who is a liar and a cheater. Breakfasts are good, location is a bomb!

We loved this hotel! It is in a great location to walk and surrounded by shops and all kinds of restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee and pastries every afternoon after a day of sightseeing. The room we were in was close to breakfast room but weren't bothered by any noise. We had a great stay in Rome and if we were lucky enough to return we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is the hotel to stay when you visit Rome. Great location within a short walk distance to Piazza Di Spagna and Fontana Trevi and restaurants. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Elissa, a very helpful and always smiling. Our experience was nothing less than exceptional. We would definitely recommend to everybody. Thank you again Elissa.

Best hotel I have visited in a long time. Really special place, great location and a cute breakfast!

Not great. Location good, breakfast good. However we ran out of hot water and then the external gate broke, leaving us stranded on the street. The management have been slow to respond and claim the issue with hotel water was due to weather conditions, but had this been the case, it would have been explained at the time not a week later by email. When the gate broke, the porter had to be called and he did not have a key. Whilst we appreciate things like this happen, the way the hotel staff dealt with it was appalling. When my husband spoke to what was a senior member of staff on the porter's phone, he was unhelpful and eventually hung up on my husband who only wanted to know if there was a key! We were genuinely distressed at the thought of being locked out our hotel all night, especially with our young son. Eventually the porter turned up with a key, after an hour. The management have offered a small refund (yet to be paid) but it doesn't even cover the cost of one night's stay. You need to be very aware when you book this hotel that there is NO senior member of staff before 9am and after 5pm. Whilst I'm sure this isn't a problem for many stays, it was for us, and families with young children need to be aware. A shame, as this distressing hour soured our memory of what had been a lovely visit to Rome.

Likes: Great location (close to spagna), cleanliness, great breakfast (restocked constantly), coziness, free daily refilled mini bar, top front desk service especially Sylvia. Disklikes: No lift.

This is a hotel with very nice familiar atmosphere. However, it is really like living in a big family with all that brings — noisy children and other family sounds that you may want to escape from? Our room was just next to the cosy breakfast room, giving us total insight in what's going on in there preparing breakfast. A seemingly never ending display of sounds from cutlery and china… waking you up at 6 am every morning. … this is a major drawback with this otherwise charming place — you can hear everything going on in other rooms… I would stay clear of that room — 33 — if I were you. Friendly and helpful staff — good breakfast and a unique possibility to order a pillow after your needs — great extra treat. Thomas.

Close to everything. A bit quirky layout of the rooms. Excellent bed, nice bathroom, super breakfast served till 11 am. Me like :) Roma is the best capital in the world!

Amazing hotel. Hidden gem+ very underrated. Staff are very polite and nice. Key area in Rome, close to top restaurants and shops. Near most of Roma's artifacts, including The Spanish Steps!

The most convenient location to see Rome from. Very friendly service.

Location and reception. Breakfast is arranged, but it's not for those who are accustomed to "Turkish zastol′âm" all-inclusive ". Everything was good, the next time you visit the Rome stop in this hotel. Lord, lift it is written on the site if you do not know how to read, this is not the hotel's fault.
