It was ok, but for the price we expected more.

Discouraged. We found it to be really uncomfortable. Really there's much better at the same price.

Poor quality bathroom, broken shower parroies, from where replaced by curtains, no pressure at the shower. Breakfast, not enough: no cheese, ham in small quantity. We reported that the coffee machine had no water, the maid was very unpleasant. When she was told that there was no more cheese and ham she started throwing dirty dishes with violence in the kitchen lever and making noise, telling us dry in Italian that she had only two hands.
Very small rooms, do not match the pictures. Heating air conditioning unusable because made a lot of noise, morality we got a little cold. : — (

Nice Hotel Staff at the reception sympathetic, housekeeping lady and Breakfast room: unpleasant and very limited, she threw the cups in the sink, because had just told her that the machine had no more water, and that there was no more ham and no cheese…
Inefficient double glazing: You will hear the vehicles all night (room 206). The room is tiny unventilated except to open the window. Proper bedding. Shower with broken sliding door, replaced by an inefficient curtain. Shower with a trickle of water, a hot blow a cold blow. Heating: By air conditioning, noisy at wish. The hotel is not suitable for elderly or disabled. We got it in the 70 with breakfasts for the night, it's not worth more. Good location though.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel had a down-home feel. The attendant at the desk was very informative and gave us places that we could go and check out. The room was not big but was very cozy in the bed was very nice.

Clean hotel, staff ok but not interested. Poor breakfast bur great location.

Hotel is rather strategic and quiet. But there are bed bugs! I have bites all over my body. Still itching 1 week after my visit.

Decent, clean hotel close to Spagna, Trevi, Pantheon. Super budget pricing. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.

Everything is dated… Except the staff that saves the average! Hunting water leaking, deco from another time, small lunch a little light! A little off-center location.

I frequent weekly for several months and I have to give a great rating is to staff the hotel in general I got to make the comparison with many other hotels.

We've been there in february. Small room but clean, personel polite and helpful. The worst thing was the noise during all night from some kind of music and loud voices outside.

Too noisy. I hadn't sleep at all at night because of music from outside and engine sound of car.

Great Hotel, excellent service, convenient location, about 1000 m from Plaza of Spain. To be in the center of Rome, the prices are great.

The room was not bad, though a light on the bathroom mirror does not hurt! breakfast then, poor, on the second day we couldn't take the croissants, because completed! How can you not get enough food for all guests? Value unhappy.

I was there in '02 and for $90 a night and a less than ten minute walk to the Spanish Steps and the metro, I would totally recommend this place. It looks like something out of European Vacation. I'm pretty confident they would prefer you wake up for breakfast and not be too loud but, well, I'm American, I just didn't work that way at the time. Employees were friendly. I'd go again. For sure.
