I booked to stay at this hotel and they scammed me. When I arrived the hotel was closed no one answered the phone and no emails. Never use this place ever I warn you.

Hotel FELICE is located in one of Rome's most historic and quaint neighbourhoods, San Lorenzo. The Hotel FELICE is excellently managed with continuity by the Family that created it, which although structurally renewing it, has been able to preserve and maintain those fenders of courtesy, availability and sympathy towards customers, more and more hard to find nowadays. The rooms are large, clean, tidy and welcoming and by opening any of its windows, at any time, you can overlook a glimpse of this neighborhood, savoring the frankness and unique Romance of the Sanlorenzini, surprising you if you don't know them, evoking beautiful memories if you already know the area. Breakfast is offered at the very nearby bars, offering the chance to dive in the early morning among the real Romans. Prices are very competitive in relation to the accommodation offer. I highly recommend it to anyone, from the employee for a working stay, to the Family for the. Vacation in one. Of the most beautiful cities in the world. Happy hotel, if you go there you definitely go back there.

Great experience at this hotel for our Roman Holiday! Our Deluxe double room was very nice and nicely decorated, nice bathroom with Chromotherapia. Hotel recommended, worth the price paid.

Had to pay cash yet confirmation said card accepted. Apparently this is because we had a discount but we lost all that after having to withdraw cash out there with the exchange rate! Also took an extra £70, which we have to wait 30 days after our stay for. Breakfast is NOT really included, it’s 1x croissant across the road at local cafe. Rooms are dark and lighting poor. Room with a view is of another building. Reception is not 24hrs.

Cozy hotel and cozy double room deluxe, we stay for four night and we were satisfied. Perfect location and helpfull friendly staff. We recommend.

There is a very thin line between hostel and hotel. Even though we had our own room with bathroom some didn’t which created a lot of noise in the hallways which was bad for out kid. Amazing staff that gave us a lot of tips. College area with lot of bars and amazing restaurants! Good place and location to go around.

A good hotel for such a low price. Nice location (we went to the Colosseum on foot). The lady at the reception is very kind. The room was clean. However, the bathroom in the room was too small.

Book your website by giving me my credit card. To which they send you an automatic mail that indicates shortly confirm your stay. After 1 week I did not get confirmation response. I called the hotel and they asked me to resend my reservation. Resend up to 3 times and never answered. After more than two weeks I got to get the phone after dozens of calls, and with a really unpleasant deal, I said yes, they knew the reservation, but there was no availability. 3 weeks, 4 emails claiming to answer, more than 10 calls.
I guess what they do is have you there without confirmation if someone rents the room more expensive.

This place is really old fashioned and the Wi-Fi is really slow. The dude at the front desk can’t speak English and the bathroom situation is bad.

They canceled the reservation made a month before, no reason, never seen! Shame!

Not bad especially for a 2 star in Rome. Well-manicured rooms and decent bathrooms (in my case no bidet). There is no restaurant and for breakfast you go to a bar as big as a spit in the AC building next door. Other than that the hotel is worth it.

The room was very clean The breakfast included is done at the bar with hood and spirit! The hotel is convenient to transportation services.

I booked in this hotel online for 8 nights and paid in full (€709), friend of mine wasn't able to find room in the same day of arrival in hotel felice (we asked the reception desk but I did not told them am their guest) so we booked in another hotel and stayed 1st day there. Next morning on my way to laundry shop I visited hotel Felice to refund remaining 7 nights but They refused to refund so I accepted their desicion and asked my room keys they refused to gave it to me and told me we cancelled your full booking. The only thing we can help you by paying extra (€40) for each day (€280) then they will give me my room I was shocked this never happened in EU all of this done by their manager once he came he refused to shake hands with us and he through my hand away, we talked politely to him he kept shouting and doesn't want to listen single word, because I dont know his name so I called him "my brother let me talk" he said am not brother. We found that he was very negative so both of us said "thank you" in english and itallian languge and left his hotel and walked 500 meters to laundry shop, 2 minutes later we found him in the laundry shop behind us shouting "wwhhyy you are not respecting me, this is san lorenzo I will find you"!? Amagine he was threatening 2 tourists doctors for Nothing what 1st impression we will took about this visit.

Superb place. Comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help. At no point of time did language feel like a hindrance.

Close to termini. No air conditioning. 1 crossaint for breakfast. Dark and airless rooms. No credit card. Small bathroom. Uncomfortable neighborhood.

Prizipiell OK, small rooms, some with shared bathroom. But short routes to supermarket, pizzerias/restaurants as well as bus and train. The staff is also relatively nice and speaks for the most part English. If you are just looking for accommodation definitely recommended.

Small but cozy and prices contained, close to Termini but in a quiet area.

Great room. Comfy beds. Lovely place. Very close to Roma termini station. Only a 10 minute walk if that. Easy to get to the main places to see in Rome. Breakfast was filling only a coffee and a croissant. Which seems not much but it was enough and a supermarket near the station if you feel like food.

The hotel is close to the train station and it is still relatively quiet and beautiful in the area! We had a triple room (klappriges extra bed! ) in the back area. The staff was friendly. Breakfast gabs opposite (croissant and coffee). It was annoying that we should pay cash. This was not announced, but in the end we were lucky enough to pay by credit card!

I stayed at the apartment with free upgrade to one bedroom instead of studio. Everything is well prepared.

We had a room with private bathroom and it was clean and nice. It was a bit far from the station but it was very easy to reach with public transportation or 20 min walk from the main station. The staff didnt know English so we spoke half italian half English but it went smooth. However, a couple paid for the hotel with creditcard online and the staff asked for a payment with cash again.

Awful place. Yogurt old grandfather who does not know English and hardly understood. Elementary voprosyrešalis′ long and problematic. Rooms for 2-by-4 settled them re person places little. Some rooms instead of in the middle of the room-bathroom bidet. Shower and toilet are in the hallway-General.
Plus-there are breakfasts: a good coffee and croissants.
20-30 min walk to the Colosseum. Near railway station-so that very different! In the evening I do not advise to go-you can get oplevuhu.
Average repair. Pure and clean once in 2 days.

Tue hotel Felice had good looking. We visited this hotel for the second time because it has a very good location close to Termini railway station. The staff si very friendly and responsive. They helped us for visiting Rome. Room good for a 2 stars.

For the first time in my life we arrive in the hotel and you are notified that you only pay in cash after the reservation has been made by credit card. Poor education and arrogant staff, rooms with bidet and sink attached to the bed in a single room and toilets and showers were icing on the cake to share with other 4 rooms! Sucks that you don't see even in Africa!

Convenient to the University Sapienza but based on the room in which you get the experience may vary. (try two quads and the second was close)
In any case, clean rooms and great service.
No meals are served breakfast and relies on a bar at 20 metres from the hotel.

Poor facilities no product is not intended to be luxury but a place to spend some time and Rome, several restaurants nearby, two good supermarkets within a block. Good laundry, good price by 300 meters. No good nearby transport, at least it was not easy to get. It is better to use taxis.

Las instalaciones modestas, no hay ningun lujo y no un lugar para pasar a ser claims yes no temporada and Rome, varios restaurantes muy cerca, a menos de una cuadra dos buenos supermercados. UNA buena laundry, por buen precio a 300 metros. No hay buen transporte seek, por lo menos no fue facil llegar. ES mejor usar taxi.

The hotel cancelled our reservation stating no funds in my account (there was) and stated they had contacted 4 days previously to warn me (which they didn't). Don't book here, if they can get more money from someone else they will cancel your booking! Why else do you think you pay them on the day? So they can cancel you wherever they want! Also phoned hotel. No answer. And ignored emails! Stay clear.

Pretty shitty hotel. Extremely unfriendly staff, especially at night. Minimal breakfast a bar next door. We booked a double room and asked for a second sheet. They want 15€/ night for that. Ridiculous! Don't go there! Surprisingly after posting this review several 5 star ratings popped up from people that only rated this place and nothing else. Haha.

Great location for people like me who get into cars and should be comfortable to travel within the city.

Nice and cheap, close to Termini Station and La Sapienza University. Convenient to travel in the center of Rome without using the car. Connected by public transport, Metro and bus. Small but clean rooms and new towels. Recommended!

The room was decent and good quality. However the baggage storage is open and just under the stairs so it's easy to get to for anyone. We left our bags there for the day and in the night, just walked in, picked up our bags and left — we could have been anyone. The breakfast is limited to one croissant and one coffee — definitely not enough for even a snack for me. There are two showers for over 5 rooms (maybe the entire floor) which is a pain when everyone wants to shower in the morning and checkout straight after. We met some really cool people from Norway there and we were talking and laughing on the patio. At about 1am, we were kicked out from the patio and so we went out of the hotel and hung out opposite the road. Apparently, that wasn't far enough for the hotel receptionist either and he told us to come in or he's locking the door. He didn't spare any politeness when dealing with us either, seems like he was doing us a favour by letting us stay at his hostel. Also, I'm pretty sure that when I pay for a night, I'm allowed to enter and leave when I want — that or there was something about curfews that I didn't read anywhere :P All in all, the hotel is decent, this was one bad experience with one employee.

This was the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in. They are rude, the rooms are hot and noisy. Only one employee actually speaks English and he is only there in the afternoon. The free breakfast is just a cup of coffee and a small croissant at another location. The "free" Wi-Fi is not so free. They will FORCE you to pay in cash despite saying that they take visa etc. They will also add on extra taxes when your reservation is taxes included and threaten to have you arrested if you do not pay this fee (also in cash of course). All I can say is stay away from this place. Oh yes and its also in a sketchy part of Rome to top it off.

I have stayed, if expected to fly out of FCO early on the next morning Termini in many of the hotels nearby railway station. Hotel Felice is far from convenient and comfortable. The Dutch is good. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I doubt that I remain ever somewhere else, if you have a trip to Rome.
