CentroRoma Bed and Breakfast

This place is perfect for what you need when staying in Rome! Cafes everywhere for breakfast, it’s clean with great air conditioning. Enjoy.

The rooms are ok, the Wi-Fiwreslly bad, but what really makes this hotel great is the concierge Alberto. He will tell you where to find the genuine Rome, regardless of sights, food or history.

The attention of the staff very good, the breakfast sufficiently varied and rich for its price, warm room and clean all the time. In the shower don't leave conditioner. Regarding the Wi-Fi in the room is usually fine, but it doesn't work neither in the reception nor in the dining room.

Excellent cleanliness, delicious friendliness, generous breakfast, almost too much heating (but still adjustable or shut down), recent sanitary. Excellent location both for walking Rome, Metro or bus and also close enough to Termini to get there on foot (as an alternative to the Metro, one stop) competitive price! I will stay here again, recommended!

All good for what concerns kindness and breakfast. But actually they could improve a lot. To be a 3 star hotel… it leaves me very perplexed that the bathrooms are blind and don't even have a fan. A little lacking from the hygienic point of view.

Nice place, very friendly. The room is very cozy, it has a nice view. You have breakfast too; They speak very little Spanish.

While my stay at Hotel Centro was lovely, there are some things I wish they would have changed.

According to the description of the hotel is soundproof but it is not known soundproofing so you hear completely the noise of the street, and also inside. Another false thing is to tell you that the water of Rome you can not drink to get you to buy their bottles of water. Which is very ugly because when you get to Rome around the world tells you that the water of Rome is the best. Do not have claim forms or you do not want to give, and having come out at 11 in the morning because I could not sleep with the noise of the bells of the cathedral, corner and tap every hour, I forced the friendly owner to pay the next day also. It has seemed to Me mediocre with a bathroom window that could not close.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the sign. Alberto. The room was not well kept, in the bathroom were falling pieces of plaster, but other than that it was still clean. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, nn I enjoyed the flies that fluttered on the croissants. I recommend it to those who nn has big demands.

The hotel is normal, a site very well located and cosy place, but a bad experience resolved leaves much to be desired. To order a transport service from the airport which costs 50€ and which are not when you arrive… You have to call them and "invented" than another with your same data has got your car booked, ha ha. I tell them that I take a taxi and I pray that not, it is my car there… 35 mins later it arrives and it comes without a child seat because it was another, not the reserved. And we have to go with a child less than 2 years in your arms in a car… gives Me whether it's legal or not. I always always use child restraint systems or it is not mounted my son. When we arrive, the taxi charge me 35€ (I understand that for the inconvenience) but in the hotel they ask me for 50€. Tell them what you paid the taxi driver and I finally requires the 15€ that are missing… After my complaint the service… gives Them all the same. And for€ 15 that could be mitigated somewhat my anger. In the end I will claim where relevant.

Hotel is fine. It is what you pay for. Unfortunately a hotel concierge highly recommended a restaurant which ended up being the worst meal I’ve ever had (not just in Italy. )

This hotel is a great hotel for people that what to explore Rome it's location is so central that it is close by the biggest attentions of Rome. Also this hotel has a great and lovely staff that are kind to you,. The only disappointed thing was the state of the hotel. But it is a recommendation from me.

Could use some new paint. Lobby etc: it has one. Some seating. 24 hour desk. Has elevator. Staff: friendly and helpful Breakfast: quite good and plentiful Price: good value as far as I can figure Overall: good. Would stay again.

Room was decent, but one of reception staff was constantly rude to English speakers.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and a hearty breakfast to fill you up for the day! It's pretty basic, but is in a good location and does the job. One of the sockets in our room didn't work, but that was the only small issue we had.

Nice room for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not extravagant but nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable foam mattress. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Comparing the pricing and the location it is a very, very nice hotel. Very kind and polite staff.
