1. No pool.
2. There is no lobby with tables and chairs.
3. There is no sign, and none of the staff members said a word about paying a high tax. Wait for the last minute when the guests leave.
4. We really did not feel or experienced a 4-star hotel.
5. There is no response to requests from Messengers face book.
6. There is no gym.
7. Public transport is very far away, lots of walking. The hotel is very far from the city center and very expensive airport taxi payment.
8. There are no shops or supermarket close to the hotel.

Good location with good prices, close to metro and a nice supermarket around the corner.

Great hotel. Affordable prices for Rome, lower than some nearby bed and breakfasts.

Breakfast plentiful and delicious foods.
When I return to Rome, I will book with my eyes closed.
The only flaw is the distance from the center… You have to organize yourself by public transport.

If you want to be like a local and would like to go to a more local hotel, and have one on one dinner at a near by resturante which is amazing and get great dinner and end it up with local wine and be heavily drunk and walk to this hotel all drunk and giggly in the ultimate romantic joy with your significant other, this is what’s you’ve been looking for. Forget about Rome, this too far from the heat. You should book it separately from Rome, and have a one in a million experience that I had to discover myself. The hotel is so so so great and the staff are so great. Enjoy and remember to tell me about it after your 3 days experience!

Polite hotel staff clean. Clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Too bad for the curtains not totally opaque… But E5di fashion. Reasonable price. Normal breakfast. Choice between sweets and drinks. Not a lot of salty products. Polite and polite Reception. Courtesy in handling the suitcases waiting for the room. Reasonable common services.

We stayed in a room for couples: it was very clean, and we liked it. It's a little far away from the center, but the service was so good that we didn't regret it at all.

This hotel is located way out of the city of Rome:a quiet place but a little far from the centre. It is lovely outside and indoor, very clean. The staff is very friendly, the service was excellent. The rooms are not bad, provided with a good Wi-Fi connection. The food was quite good. Finally we enjoyed stayed there and I would suggest if you are planning a trip to the wonderful city of Rome. This hotel was a great value for money.

Bit far from city centre but enough commute options via Roma public bus/metro lines. Good staff, good maintenance.

I had booked another place but it did not correspond to what was described on Booking. I found this hotel in the area. What about… After a disappointment I found a very good compromise. Clean abundant parking and an affordable price. Recommend.

Hotel is located about an hour from Rome town and have to take a bus and train, however train to keys arrn too bad €1.50 for 100mins and €10.50 for 48 hours which strays from when you validate it. The rooms are nice and staff friendly and helpful. No air con as they were in the process of changing over. Buffet breakfast is available mainly biscuits jams cereal eggs and Frankfurters.

Very luxurious Hotel in a residential area of Rome, near Cinecittá. Equipped with Wi-Fi and clean. The staff was very professional and dispobibike and the dinner at Bade of Mediterranean Italian cuisine very tasty and satisfying.

It is all most a hour commute to the city where every thing is. A bus and the metro because a taxi is €50 one way so when ur out ur out for the day there is no piping back it's to much hard work and takes to long. Hotel is lovely staff amazing but there is Nothing around no bars or restaurant NOTHING we no we looked for over 3 hour's the nearest bar is a €20 taxi ride away.

Great hotel, staff very courteous and helpful to customers requests. The rooms are modern, the furnishings are excellent and well laid out. I recommend it both for a long stay and for a simple break from the daily routine.

Room clean. Need to decide on menu had one in room with few choices down stairs only 2 choices no vegetarian or allergene free food. Menu in room only for room service but states for restaurant. Need to be more clear. No wine list only one choice sweet. Yet italian guest had different sweet when we asked for same said none left! Breafast very poor for 4☆hotel stayed in 3☆earlier in week with more choice. Too far out for city break. Another couple were told 5 min from center. Bus underground and 1hr later to center.

Great room. Clean and spacious with a TV and mini bar. Breakfast was lovely. Buffet was ace. Fill up for lots of beautiful sight seeing. Restaurant was tasty and drinks were a good price. Mini bar in room was cheap too. Supermarket right next door which was really handy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved it. Great holiday.

Hotel Outside center, friendly staff mediocre breakfast for a 4 * clean rooms a little noisy corridors. By public transport It is easy to reach the heart of the city (bus 558 per Metro to Subaugusta). Good value for money.

Room ok keep away from room 12 sliding door from reception echoes in room everyone checking in late you hear everything.
Food is very poor.
And a very long way from Rome
The bar is just a small room only.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff with a supermarket just next to it, the rooms are very nice clean and well kept. The location isn't the best you have to get a bus then a train to the city center but isn't too bad.

It is a beautiful place, very elegant, complete with everything you need, with very nice staff (especially that blonde Romanian lady who was very kind and polite like all the rest of the staff. Congratulations really.

This place was very clean and the check in staff was incredibly kind. They gave us a better room than we had booked and kept our luggage for us until the room was ready. The place is near a grocery store other that that it is a suburban residential area better for a stop over than a visit to central Rome. The breakfast has improved since earlier reviews. They had eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruit in addition to the traditional Italian breakfast items.

Very nice hotel. Of course it is a bit far from the center of town but you should know that before you book. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was adequate. Even the elevators/lifts were quick and roomie unlike many other Euro elevators. My only complaint would be the fact that there seemed to always be 5-8 people standing just outside the main entrance smoking. No one wants to walk into a hotel through a cloud of cigarette smoke.

Positive: Very courteous staff. The best! Always smiling and eager to please. Negatives: Far from everything! Wifi is the worst. Breakfast is a very narrow selection of biscuits and there were only ever two options on the menu for dinner. The restaurant only opens from 19:30-21:00 by the way, which is just bizarre for a hotel of this nature. There aren't any facilities in the room. The TV remote doesn't work.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and good English spoken. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even getting milk for us at 3pm. Out of town a fair way but great pizzeria close by and a supermarket literally next door. Large room with aircon and a Fridge. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Very impressive.

Great property in this area of Rome. Nice nice rooms and friendly staff. Good rates and good breakfast. The only drawback being negative in coffee vending machine that is not acceptable for a structure like that. In the morning I want a coffee properly.

In the middle of nowhere but within easy reach off the 558 bus. Room was comfortable and well stocked. Wifi was great addition.

Rooms were quite clean and comfortable, 5 mins of walk to reach a bus stop and the city is few mins away. Breakfast does not have lot of options, but is just OK.

The metro C station at walking distance connects the hotel with the city centre, but unfortunately the subway line is not yet complete… Apart from this the hotel is great, our room was modern and clean and the breakfast good.

FANTASTICO! What a well run, well staffed and well maintained hotel. The location is just off a main road into the city via the 558 bus. The outside is very plush with a nice reception area. Air Con throughout with "SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ROOMS"! Food is fresh daily and breakfast is a very relaxed friendly affair with us being waited on as they realised I was a bit stiff on me pins first thing in the morning… I would recommend the 2 local restaurants. The first being just up the hill, turning left at the entrance from the main car park, about 100 yards up the road where the owner is/was SUPER FRIENDLY and a mean chef. Try the steak with a cello drink for afterwards. The second, a pizza place, seating outside and great food. The hotel receptionists are great and very helpful. The night guy "Chris" is a superstar … would return!

This hotel is quite a way out from the centre of Rome, in a quiet residential area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable and cleaned daily. Other than breakfast not much else is offered in the way of food and drink. Breakfast is adequate, but no tea available other than fruits teas so if you want black tea take your own. Could do with a kettle in the rooms. There is a supermarket next door but could not find ready to eat meals like sandwiches etc. Could not find anywhere to eat and there is nothing to do in surrounding area. It's quite a way out from airport, when we finally got to the hotel there was no provision for food or drink, we were told to wait until the bar opened. We were tired, hungry and thirsty after travelling for 5 hours but nothing was on offer. Travel from airport is by bus to Termini, then on the metro 12 stops and then on the 558 bus. So quite a journey. Would use hotel again, but go better prepared.

To be recommended for a city break. It is however advisable on Google map to see, how to get there, because the Roman bus connections don't really reveal strangers :) ; Taxis find it thanks to route planner. The line 558 in the city runs E. G. On holidays morning apparently only every 50 minutes, there are no timetables, that was our wait times.
If you but know the bus route, from the subway it is 10-15 min by bus then ca to nearly the hotel (to go around 300 m) + wait. Be sure the bus driver (in) ask whether the bus to the Viale dei Romanisti drives, then you're right.
To the hotel: rooms spacious — room. MInibar and hairdryer available. Television also, however except Italian channels only rauschig RTL and various music channels.
Reception very friendly, with no problems, English at all. Supermarket next door. And after the hotel in a residential area, very quiet — also no problem — and that sleep with open window in Rome :)
Breakfast would still be expanded. Common Italian Pastries, some sweet baked goods, jams, ham, cheese — butter; Coffee and tea and orange — pineapple juice.
Price-performance ratio fits.
