The location of the hotel is a little further from the center, but after a 2 metro station you find yourself near the Colosseum. The area is quiet, there is no supermarket to eat in the restico, you will need to pass a couple of stops or take the bus, as there are no restaurants in the vicinity. Overall the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, tidy, beautiful, only very small, it feels like the double we booked is actually a room for one. Breakfasts are good, moved to the third hotel in a row, and here breakfast is different, choice more, omelet, bacon, different sausages, cakes, fruit, strawberries.

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, perfect breakfast and near metro.

Very unwelcomely greeted. They didn't help with the suitcases. There were three women and a child. I had to climb the stairs to the elevator myself.

When we first arrice there were no problem and we got the room in two mins. when getting in to the room we were really suprised because its way smaller then we thought. Its 10 eur more for a bigger room but ONLY when you order, other wise its 15 per night. the staff was very nice and helpful. We had some religus problems and they sloved anything even if it was hard. they dont have baggage room but they do let you put it next to the counter and they will watch on it. the breakfast was amazing, many dishs and a lot of coffe options. great hotel will take it again if I visit rome again. the city tax is 6 eur for every person and for every night.

The metro station Policlinico is only a few hundred meters away, in 3 stations you can walk at Termini station from there the Leonardo Express every half hours to the airport. So you're also at the top location at the most important sights!

The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Small rooms, aged bathroom interior-requires care. The room was very clean. The staff is polite and friendly-provided us with an electric kettle on request. Breakfast is skimpy enough. Very bad coffee and real juices. Excellent pastries. Breakfast on the terrace of the 4th floor.

My husband and I just had our honeymoon here. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. And the breakfast is amazing. The hotel is located next to the metro and within walking distance from a market and a few restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

It is not possible that there are no smoke detectors in a 4s. Getting into a smoking room drenched in cigarette smoke, a sickening experience.

It is a hotel housed in an ancient villa in the centre of Rome. Staff helpful and nice clean and nice rooms recommended.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was overly accomodating and friendly. We loved the private sauna and Turkish bath that were available to reserve. We chose the junior sweet with a balcony and it was definitely worth it. Delicious breakfast on the roof top every morning. We had a great first stay in Rome and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast is good other than that: Small rooms. Mold on walls in the ground floor rooms. Far from the city centre. Noise from the ambulance every day.

Very good hotel for the price, good service, great breakfast and beautiful rooms. The location is a little bit too far to walk to the centrum of Rome everyday unless you're good at walking but there's a metro stop very close by.

No frills, close to metro. If you want a working faucette, a passable breakfast, a bed that isnt 20 years old & Wi-Fi that works, this place isn't for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for four nights and we found the service to be wonderful. The location is out of the way but very close to a metro station and despite being close to a large road, we couldn't hear the sound in our room at all. The breakfast had a decent amount of variety. The nicest thing about our stay was that we were here for my birthday and they must have seen the cards in our room in the morning because when we returned that evening, the hotel gave me a complementary bottle of prosecco on ice, which was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I consider it a nice 3star Hotel, though they claim themselves 4star. Rooms are nice and oldschool. Asked them to fix one of the roomlights and the shower head. They promised to do so, but didn't. Breakfast is quite simple (plastic marmalade, little choice) but ok. Friendly personnel. Worth about 75 euros per night.

The Hotel is very well accessible by public transport. Staff very friendly. Quiet, despite proximity to the road. The room should not be this way for two smaller, other rooms according to the hotel map (it's a One-bed-rooms have been also due to only a bedside table). Breakfast was typically Italian, quite Spartan in terms of bread rolls and cold meats and lots of fruit and pastries. We are satisfied, we would look around the next Time but alternatively.

I had a good time here! Clean, beautifully decorated! Beds very comfortable, shower water is very hot, pressure is also great! Air conditioning was great, 5 minutes to cool the whole room. Breakfast is a delicious continental breakfast, have a lot of choices, even eggs and bacon. Will definitely come here again.

Traditional Hotel, small but nice, no street noise.

Our experience with this hotel did not start out very well — there was a problem and they arranged another room at a different hotel for us. They did coordinate a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. When we did get to stay at their hotel, the staff was wonderful. The one lady at the front desk opened the sauna and Turkish bath for us, arranged for a shuttle to the airport in the morning, and arranged a taxi into the city center. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely. The room itself was spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. The only downside to this hotel is that it is located further from the center of everything than we thought.

Comfortable, though beds a little on the soft side. Handy for the metro to Termini, the Colosseum with buses to major points in the centre on the corner. Set back from the street, though some noise (e. G. From the ambulances headed for the nearby hospital) is audible. Helpful staff and sunny fourth-floor breakfast terrace.

Great Location and comfortable Rooms.

Great service, breakfast is served on the terrace. Possibility of Turkish bath and sauna (in suites) with outstanding service. We will definitely be back.
