Excellent location to Roma center. Staff are so friendly and they do speak English. The room is specious and very clean. I liked the balcony very much. Carrefour market is just 3 mins walking same street where hotel is.

Friendly staff, rooms cleaned every day. Would highly recommend.

I was absolutely satisfied with the hotel. It is in a good location, very easy to get to the center. The rooms are nice and come with A/C (essential in the summer! ) Overall, good experience.

Awesome hotel! Nice room with a big bathroom, very helpful staff. There is a supermarket and several cafes nearby, and the closest cafe on the ground floor next door is run by a Russian lady — very convenient for Russian tourists like me. It's close to the bus stop and within the walking distance to the subway station, so it's easy to get there.

Clean rooms but a little dated. Good reception service. Good Location with access to the main transportation.

In general it's good hotel … clean and organized. I'll give for breakfast. The rooms on west side face to street are noisy. Overall good.

Outside is a fairytale, as well as the common rooms… The rooms leave a bit of the time they find.
Niggles? Definitely the breakfast (too skinny) and the place (located in the extreme suburbs, poorly connected by the center. Ideal only for seaside holidays)

Very hot rooms and no elevators for Avancada age.

At this hotel I would give 0 stars as IK food was really bad because it tasted plastic, the beds were dirty and the staff was quite rude. The natural water was slightly sparkling and made it highly disgusting. I would never go back for any reason.

The hotel is small and not very spacious and not welcoming. The water is poor because you don't know if it's natural or sparkling, at the front desk the clerk is arrogant and overbearing. That sucks.
And for the beds I will write tomorrow…

Hôtel a quiet neighborhood, close to a supermarket, quiet area, well served by buses (several lines link it to the station Roma termini). Excellent reception staff (friendly and servile). Staff restaurant a bit of a bad mood, not smiling and doesn't greet people either (the only negative point that lasted three days, the duration of my stay). The breakfast is very good and the rooms are very comfortable. The value for money is very respected. Thanks for the hospitality.

Comfortable rooms even if to be modernized. Good quality breakfast. Prices below average and very good for Rome. Not very close to the services and the walking trips are mandatory. The restaurants in the surroundings are great.

Located far from the center but in front of a very cheap free buffet with homemade pizzas, Carrefour 24h is also in front. As soon as the hotel the buffet was ok but the rooms lacked toothpaste and brushes, the elevator gives some fear.

A pleasant enough experience staying here. The breakfast bar would benefit from a redesign.

Hotel very nice, noble, friendly, clean, comfortable, with heating, balcony (in the room Q we were), fridge, safe… That's great!. Good combination of buses and Metro, right corner with via Nomentana, a few minutes from the historic center. Good lunch. Justito Lift for 4;) Very nice reception. Overall I give you 5 stars PQ is very good quality/price. Very expensive Italian rates from 10 years onwards €6 daily. By the type of Hotel Q is.

I was here the week of Christmas and I have to say that I had a great time. The place allows you to easily reach various areas of Rome, the environment is great and the staff very courteous. I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, but the room did not go… A very small room window under the roof. Breakfast was good. Price — and performance were OK.

A little far from the center. It is very quiet and the breakfast is very good. The elevator is very small and old so it would not be bad to reform it. You have to bring toothbrushes as they do not give. The minibar is empty. The safe has no key. The beds are old but comfortable. In the winter it was nice and warm. And there are not many guests (Christmas dates) so these quiet Maa.

Room too warm… I had more than 40 ° and I kept the window open all night… The price was perfect for business trips.

It is not a 4 star for me, we had a very small room, the soundproofing was wrong, we heard people talking and going down the stairs, the breakfast is hard to see!

Hotel in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the Metro on foot. Clean and spacious rooms Comfortable bed. Breakfast in the standard, included in the price. I will definitely come back to this property.

The hotel is in a busy area. This was no problem. There are many restaurants in the area. There is also a supermarket at 600m walk. The toilets dont flush verry well so be warned.

Worst hotel in Italia. We had dirty bed sheets and 2 mattress full of dirt. We asked them to change room but they refused. Instead, they said they would give us new bed sheets and mattress but we had to leave the room. We did, and after our walk, we've found out the new mattress were dirty too. (I thought at first it was a joke and they didn't change anything. When I've said to the lady at the reception those mattress were dirty too she said : we dont have mattress that are not dirty, they all are like that… Well, now you know. The employees of the hotel themselves can confirm you'll spend your night on a dirty mattress…

Good location near metro station and near gardens (Torlonia and Villa Borghese). Clean rooms. Good staff.

Bad service no room service. We booked for four bedroom and we got double bedroom with 2 extra beds with no place to walk in the room. After paying for the room with all taxes included we had to pay city tax extra which was 6 euros per person per night.

Hotel is fine for it's price but is not a 4 star for sure. It is basically an old hotel that had been renovated to give it a modern look but still has a lot of old infrastructure like very old air conditioning, tiny lifts in place! ​ Air conditioning is barely sufficient in hot weather (34+ C). The lift is very noisy, specially during the night. Otherwise it's fine, will connected, a lot of shopping possibilities (even a 24/7 supermarket). It's also very near to the railway station Tiburtina. Hence, one can take FL1 train (8 euros/adult) from airport to Tiburtina n then 5 Euro taxi to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff The room, I. Parquet, has a bathtub and a very large terrace. I highly recommend. At the beginning of Viale XXI Aprile, near Villa Torlonia and 2 metro stations.

Old, but quaint. Not falling apart as much as the rest of Rome. Bar in the lobby was never open, but easy to buy drinks nearby. Buffet breakfast quite good. Good price.

We like the Hotel white sheets/towels warm room only thing is it was only ONE plug in the room so we had to take turns as we were three people nice buffer breakfast good lift.

The hotel is affected by the passing of time. As the rooms are renovated in the furnishings and sanitary, it is evident in some respects the age. Overall the experience is positive in the structure, but not by 4 stars (and consequently by its prices). On cleanliness and staff we are there. Breakfast was very small Very small room, empty bar The location of the hotel is very good.

Not exactly central but well connected and near a 24/7 supermarket. The rooms on the main road are quite noisy, but the staff was kind enough to move me to a quite room. Good breakfast. The hotel looks more like a 3 stars than a 4 stars and that's why you can find cheap rates.

A site too good but too little valued, drenched in early Christian history and refined style.

At 10 minutes from Bologna Metro station just a few steps from the mausoleum of Santa Costanza. The décor years 90 staff. Room sizes average, comfy bed and clean bathroom. The air conditioning in the room was dated, very dated. Italian breakfast, coffee, cappuccino and croissants very varied, unpretentious piece "salty" feels especially the lack of bacon.

Nice hotel with good breakfasts. But the numbers. Small and somewhat bizarre inhabitants periodically.

I was here when a wedding had just finished. I really had to think about the lyrics of Beatles song Eleanor Rigby, when I saw all the rice to be picked up at the floor. Wonderful experience!

Is a site of rare beauty. There are perfectly preserved Roman mosaics. Remember that a table after a banquet and some hunting scenes.

Mausoleum of the daughter of Constantine — that Santa really was not — is one of the most beautiful churches of Rome, for its circular shape and the original decorations which were retained over time.

Fascinating place. We happened on a small wedding there. We'll worth the trip. Off the B1 Metro line at the S. Angese/Anniliana station.

Nice for the price. Not central but good and fast transportation. Subway at 10min walk and BUS right at the Hotel door. If you like to walk central zone is a 30-45min walk. The rooms were warm and nice. Last day we had an issue with ants attacking our sandwich bag.

It was ok. A fair price for the included breakfast. Although it's not as central as others, there are both buses and metros near it that can connect you to the main attractions.

Good hotel (breakfast at will in buffet with croissant, chocolate bread, cheese and ham, toaster, sliced bread, cake, coffee, chocolate, …).
Orange juices are industrial. The other drinks are also served by the machine.
Attention on the other hand, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited (only the first 24 24h free from the first registration on the network).

Rooms are a bit conjested.

Delicious breakfast. The hotel is well-connected with termini station by bus no. 90 and 82.

Used this hotel on first visit to Rome. Good location despite distance from centre as good bus service near. Hotel clean and friendly. Would stay again.
