The worst hotel I have ever been to. 1) Whole hotel smells bad due to humidity 2) rooms are small, filthy and dark 3) breakfast includes just a coffee, a croissant and a marmelade. Nothing else! 4) only one guy was friendly (a half chinese guy). The only advantage is that it's close to Metro station. Totally not worth as an option. Feels like a one star hotel instead of 3 star hotel.

Entrance a bit interned. Very cheap price 28 Euro per day, for a double room, plus tourist tax. Very good location, a few minutes from bus, tram and Metro. Basic Breakfast Rusks, butter and jam, croissant, orange, milk, coffee, cappuccino and tea. Standard rooms, TV obsolete and not working. Minimum cleaning required.

Very clean and cheap. Simply hotel with nice stuff.

Very nice reception. The rooms are safe for couples but not suitable for children. It is about 20min. Walking distance to the central train station termini. We will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Upon arrival, they made us pay taxes that did not indicate on their website. The receptionist told us that there was breakfast included but didn't tell us it was only from 8 to 11 am. But well, at breakfast there is not much choice either.
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
On the last day, there was no hot water and we had to wait for half an hour to get it fixed and to be able to shower.
Above, the receptionist told us we could go to the 1 pm from there, but in the end, we were kicked out of the hotel before 11:00 am the room was very dated and the hotel itself, too.

Comfortable Hotel for the sightseeing of the city at an affordable price. 24h Reception near Metro stations. Simple breakfast. The walls are quite thin and you can hear the noises of the other rooms.

Hotel was so not good at all. We had to pay 2x visitor's tax and the rooms were not made. Even though the breakfast was Italian standard, it was a joke.

I start by saying that the rooms are much nicer in photos, live the first impression (but also the subsequent ones) was disappointing. The building is ancient, the entrance hidden and tacky; The empty corridors know of old, of a faded and dirty pink powder stained with black; Only the twins of shining were missing to play with me. The only thing to keep me company was the smell of some rude smoke. The room is small, frankly homely, and makes you really want to get out. The TV is an 8-inch Mivar with attached remote control from the mythical split-fingertip buttons. The bathroom is the newest thing in the room, except that the hot water didn't work, at least on the first night, just the night you got sweaty after a long trip; But the next day a Ciociarissimo plumber fixed the plumbing, and at least I forgave it. The furniture goes back at least to the years 50, the chair at the desk was stained with not-want-to-know-what, the blackened wall doesn't make a big impression to the guests (my advice would be to Ritinteggiarlo — however, if it was my hotel, maybe I'd do it first to Close it). No fridge. No closet space. The staff (define it picturesque), as Roman as a kebab, had a somewhat unfair behaviour: my solitary breakfasts in the morning were lukewarm, tasteless, they did not consider turning on the heating (in January) for only one guest. And that's why I thank them very much.

Room and breakfast right. Upgradable facilities. Friendly staff. Metro a few minutes. To walk to the center about 40 minutes. Good value for money.

Was fine.
Entrance is in a backyard, which initially makes a very bad first impression.
Room was clean though. Fresh towels every day. Bathroom clean but shower head was very scaled and therefore was not very nice to look at; However, he fulfilled his function.
Some furnishings are already damaged. In our room, for example, no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps and a damaged radiator.
Walls very thin — you really hear everything (for example, snoring room neighbors etc. )!
Staff was friendly.
is only a few minutes away from the metro station "Policlinico" and therefore very well connected.
All in all it was OK (also for the price). Those who want to spend a par-day in Rome and do not have the highest demands on the hotel will be able to stay here.

We were three nights at home. The gentleman of reception of Peruvian nationality very friendly and close.

Rooms are clean but a but basic. Good price though. Not good noise cancellation in rooms. Could hear the guests next door talk and have sex. Breakfast is definitely not worth buying. There's a lovely place for breakfast not far from the hotel.

Bad, mold stains on the ceiling. No bidet, malfunctioning shower.

For one night in this hotel we paid €11 plus €4 of sojourn tax. I would say "so much coast and so much worth. " Cold rooms, slightly dirty linens, broken conditioner and sink, non-existent hot water, and the front desk guy didn't seem very friendly. Let's say it is a hotel for young penniless (as we were) who do not want to spend much for their stay in Rome.

In general this Hotel is not bad, but there are some handycaps: thin walls, small assortment of breakfast and the staff doesn't speaks English.

The hotel is located in the Policlinico area, not far from the Metro, obtained inside a building.
The staff are friendly.
The rooms are not brand new and aesthetically not much. The lift is obtained by means of a "lift" adapted to the transport of people.

The place was very good for the price I payed, very clean and they gave me a King size bed room for 30 €. The receptionist was c'era kindly and helped me cause I had problem on one foot. Satisfied.

If you need a convenient place to stay, then this is the place for you. The metro stop is right there and it is within walking distance to so many places. The bed was big despite the size of the room, so that was a nice bonus as well. I didn't feel particularly safe there, and the free Wi-Fi didn't really work except in certain locations at the hotel.

Not worth the 3 stars they claim having. The staff doesn't speak English, we had almost 2 days without hot water, one day we were left without towels. The Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. The TV was old, crackling and not working very well. The breakfast was mediocre and while we were eating the waitress would smash the plates she wanted to clean up. It was mostly clean and we had good night sleeps but don't expect anything more than that. Accessible for the rest of the city from the metro.

Clean, basic, comfortable and economic. You don't need more when you have Rome at your fingertips. Very close to a Metro station too.

3 stars, but objectively doesn't deserve I was fine apart from a little problem with the hot water, but things happen since I was unlucky in that had just been repaired boiler, but the manager made available and tried to remedy this inconvenience, so overall I recommend it especially for the friendliness of the staff and the favorable location with public transportation and proximity to policlinico (great for tourism health insurance).

The Kriss is setback off the Via Treviso road down an entrance to a parking garage. The Door is located on the right of the building but not obvious at first glance. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The room was clean, adequately sized and came with A/C. Don't expect any views out the window as there wasn't any, apart from that of the apartment blocks across the courtyard. The bathroom had a hair-drier which was useful for the other half! Breakfast was simplistic; a bowl of cornflake, a croissants and a very tasty coffee. The Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Policlinico Metro stop which itself is 2 stops from the Termini. There is also a Tram which operates from the Policlinico area that serves the Vatican (No:19 — 45 minute ride) and a bus (No:3 — 40 minutes ride) that serves the Coliseum, therefore the location is adequate if you don't mind using public transport. To walk to the Termini takes just shy of 20 minutes at a brisk pace (whilst dragging a suitcase) The Staff were polite even if there was a language issue — my Italian was no where near good enough.
