Hotel quite ok. Clean room. Except maybe the carpet in the room and bathroom to modernize. Clim, no outside breakfast noise quite ok. Friendly welcome at the front desk, to review for the breakfast staff. Close to the center, bus nearby. On the other hand, tax stay quite expensive!

Quiet and comfortable Hotel in a strategic area.

Rooms slightly in need of renovation, But otherwise great service from the first to the last day, very friendly and competent staff, would recommend it always further!

Well managed hotel that sits near to several bus stops (but not on a busy street so it's nice and quiet). Rooms have a bit of wear on them, but they were clean and the daily breakfast was good.

I have been there for a few days and I can say that the staff are friendly and helpful the room very small but comfortable and welcoming the central location and the prices very variable… If you find good deals they are great otherwise highs for the offer. The breakfast room does not have windows and they are not served high quality products although there is plenty. Let's say there is better in the area.

Nice rooms But the shower was really primitive and difficult to use.

As long as it was the ' old ' Lloyd was a mediocre hotel, cmq acceptable now is a 2 star although the ' official ' stars are more questionable shower still breakfast with the tent. Partly occluded from limestone.

Hotel not brand new but tidy and clean. Ideal for those on a business trip. Located in a quiet and peaceful area.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, we did not change the dirty gaps for 2 nights in a row even reportandolo at reception and the distance to the Metro is very long you have to take tram or bus.

In a nutshell: nice staff, completely standard rooms you would expect from any other hotel. I didn't appreciate an unsatisfactorily sanitised bath. On the plus side, we could arrange a car to take us to the airport even on the state-sanctioned holiday.

The rooms need a refreed. The interior of the toilet so rough that it has a color. Little light in the room. Slow lift. Anyway, the sufficiency deserves it.

I have to say it is a hotel price/quality optimal. It is a hotel that is not in the center center but if to 2 stops of Metro of him and to 5 minutes of the hotel there is a Metro stop (Policlinico) followed of stops of bus and tram, I assure you that after a whole day walking in Rome you feel like to rest in an area A little quieter than downtown (termini). The room is very clean and with a large bed, has a normal sink which is well the only downside it has is that the toilet does not have much pressure haha. Staff very friendly and very attentive to your needs, I have to highlight the receptionist with glasses that is in the morning a guy who explains everything so you can move well for Rome and the blonde woman who is in charge of the breakfast, a super nice woman with whom it's good to talk. In short I recommend it a lot because it is a hotel in which quality price are optimal and that covers all your needs well connected with the metro and public transport and is a place where after a long day of visits and walks around Rome you can rest Perfe Ctamente so that the next day you are in perfect condition to continue visiting, I recommend and if one day we return to Rome surely return!

Charming Hotel 15 minutes from the center walking, correct rooms cleanliness good, the best deal and location, just 15 minutes walk from the center, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with good restaurants and very close to the spectacular Villa Borghese, No doubt when we return to Rome we will be staying here again.

We stayed two nights at this hotel last weekend and we enjoyed it. Simple environment and clean friendly staff. The first night we made it with a smart box that we were given and the following in additional. It was the first time we were staying with a smart box and unlike what we often read the experience was positive, the availability we were given without any problem. Also the location compared to the main attractions of the city not bad.
I will be aware of this for a future stay!

Lovely and clean hotel, very friendly staff. It is nicely and modern decorated, very clean and cleaning service was on top of things. Room as very quiet, big windows, Aircon was working perfectly to your temperature. Great location, residential and shopping area. Lots of great restaurants literally all around the hotel. Harty coffee shops and gelato places also. You can find a local market right at the end of the road which has local produce and a place the relax, eat. Several supermarkets if you would like to shop. Breakfast was continental, nice choices to have, if you wanted anything to cook then you had to pay extra but menu was plenty. I took away one star although the hotel and the staff was great, our fridge never worked and never sorted it out during our stay and bathroom door never closed, not even a little bit.

Great hotel! Location is fine, cute Italian restaurants nearby, staff does everything they can to help and the rooms are pretty and clean. Breakfast is a little bit boring after a few days but it's okay! If we come back to Rome we would prefer this hotel for sure!

Very good hotel, extremely clean rooms. The beds are great, plenty big. The staff are very helpfull they always are willing to go the extra mile. Location is just a short walk to the nearest bus that can take you into the city centre. 10/10 would recommend ️️

Normal rooms but very clean, staff efficient and helpful, average breakfast with the possibility of sitting outdoors, Internet available free and running.

Friendly staff, no problem as French. Breakfast has salty and sweet will. Wifi and close to public transport.

This hotel is unexpencive 24 / 7 open, in a quiet location of Rome. One short walk and your'e on the buss or in the sub. Personell is nice and talk all kida languages. This is a clean hotel.

Friendly staff and large updated rooms that are very comfortable. The shower didn't drain, but it wasn't a huge deal.

It´s a very nice, comfortable hotel, the staff is excellent, so it was the breakfast service. The only thing we should like to comment is that in the room, although there were several individual lamps, there wasn´t a big, good light in general, it was a contrast to the size and commodities of the room, but in spite of that, we should go again to this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, or the value is significant.
The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was good, staff friendly and attentive and especially it has a great location in town close to everything! Transport, shops, historical sites the price is really good for delivery. I recommend!

Carpet in the hotel was very dirty. Bathroom was extremely dirty as well. There was hair and other things in the bath tub. The front desk staff could not handle a simple billing, and billed me for my room and someone elses. When trying to call and get the issue straight they say to email and hang up on us. I have emailed them multiple times with no responses. The only response they have sent is saying their billing is correct.

We have been staying for 5 nights and I have to say we left very happy, although they have many things that could be improved. The location of the hotel is pretty good, a 5-minute walk is the bus stop where you can catch several lines to reach Termini station or the city centre. What highlight is the cleaning of the room, the bed was super comfortable and large. They also changed us towels every day. The breakfast was fairly complete: juice Orange, scrambled eggs, bacon, luncheon meat, fruit, cereals, pastries and homemade cakes. They have a blender to juice to become at the time and also prepare you cappuccinos and some other hot drinks if you ask for it. As negative, there was some damage in the bathroom and on the carpeted floor that could be arranged so that it had best look.

Were 31.01 on 7.02. Impression is very good. Especially breakfast — live yogurt, juices (squash himself — vegetable and citrus), excellent pastries, fruit (pineapples, Kiwi, apples, tangerines), scrambled eggs and ham. The rooms are quite comfortable as for Europe. Transportation too. Sometimes went to the Center, sometimes rode on buses, returned by taxi from the Center worked on counter 10-11 euros.

Bathroom little old. The breakfast very rich. The workers are nice.
