We only stayed at the Kent hotel for one night but enjoyed it very much. Late night checkin without any problems. Very nice staff. Room spacious and clean. Very good breakfast too. You're a 10-minute walk from the station terms so very convenient if you arrive by train.

Acceptable hotel. Positioned well a few km from the Roma terms station. Clean and welcoming rooms. Personal very nice and very nice. Only breakfast left a little to be desired for the rest everything perfect.

Hotel was located outside of city center however bus stops were close by. As it was located in a residential area things close by closed early. The hotel was clean and room was adequate.

Small cozy hotel, friendly workers, small rooms.

A small but friendly place thanks only to employees because as far as the hotel is dirty! Ants cobwebs, in short if it were not repeat for employees the hotel perhaps deserves less than a star!

Very Good hotel, clean and quiet. Outside the station casino but close to so many restaurants and shops. The Staff was very helpful Spacious Room, mini bar and a shower as God commands, which often in the 3 stars leaves to be desired.

Lovely and helpful staff — gave us directions and suggested good places to visit! Rooms were really clean too and not too hot or too cold. Would definitely stay again!

3 Star Hotel located in a pretty central Rome location. Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Only note to review the breakfast. It is not European but a classic Italian breakfast.

Very friendly staff and great location, we walked all over Rome taking the bus that starts from them near bed confortable and great breakfast very satisfied.

Small buy cosy. Friendly staff. Really helpful to show you on the maps where to Go, busses trains etc. Make the experience all more easy and enjoyable. Bathroom is small but has everything, except bring your own shampoo. Restaurant is small but breakfast is good and coffees etc really good. Good location for bus routes, one street away. Nizza to be exact and take bus to Train terminus"Termi". Literally van go from one side of Rome to the other for 1 euro 20c each. Restaurants too many, but industrial eats ways a winner while in Rome. Over all the Kent is a great Hotel.

A problem for the car, in the room you can not bring and the parking cannot be found within a mile, in the end luckily they let me under the ban sure to keep an eye on. I found the offer at a price on Booking where it was written the price including taxes but in the hotel apart they charged me the sojourn tax so at the end nothing "offer of the day" for the rest deserves all 5 ☆. Good service, staff friendly and helpful, housekeeping nothing to say.

A cozy place with a family atmosphere. Lovely room. Highly recommended.

Good value for money The room I stayed in last time was a bit cold and with the heater partially damaged! However I have been guest of the property several times and on the occasion of the other stays I had no problems!

Cheap and clean, two minutes from the Macro of via Nice, 20 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna.

The hotel is friendly and clean. A few steps from the center and served well with public transport. Friendly and helpful staff for every customer need.

Very nice little hotel close to the train station. You can reach everything on foot if you want! It is ideal for a Romurlaub. The staff is really very friendly and speaks enough English. Room, our lay overlooking the courtyard, is very quiet for the noisy Rome. Only the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired in its variety. You can't expect much from the Italian breakfast, we know, and we just don't want to have it at home. But 5 days exactly the same breakfast on the plate with Käseecken and children's advertising on it is a pity. Our proposal! 2 slices of fresh sausage and cheese, maybe an egg, some fruit or tomatoes and cucumbers and the "breakfast world" for northern Europeans is fine. Thank you, we'll be back!

My daughter and I stayed in this very quaint clean and hospitable hotel in September 2017. The staff here were very welcoming and made us feel very safe as it was our first trip overseas. They were very informative on how to get around and Alessandro, front clerk, became an instant friend allowing time for a chat. We highly recommend Hotel Kent even if a little out of central Romes attraction bus access was close. Very quiet at night for us to sleep for the busy days ahead. We hope to return one day.

It is an old hotel with spacious rooms, relatively quiet, quiet surroundings, the air conditioner works in a bad way, the high rooms do not help to be ventilated, the elevator is very small, the bathroom, i. E the shower, is very small, Uncomfortable. The staff is good, professional, friendly and looking to help you. Breakfast is very ordinary, shooting bad, but the attention of the staff is what I rescued the most. It is located in an area not very touristy, that helps in a sense.

Excellent location near public transportation, helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

Good service, rooms clean and with services in line with the level of the hotel. The only note is the presence of only liquid soap… a little ' awkward to use.

Real pleasure stay of two days. How to feel at home but with a beautiful setting like that of Rome. Very friendly and friendly staff, quiet and clean room with a great view of the macro museum in front. Good breakfast and the location.

Stayed here on our last night in Italy. Location was walkable from train station. Good food options nearby. Room was modest but clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and arranged a cab to the airport for us which worked out great.

Neutral: Breakfast ok for me (drink coffee & eat max a Croissant). Cleanliness was for my sense of proportion, i. O. However, my companion was much more critical as I am. Negative: to an employee all speak little to no English.

Stayed here with my wife couple years ago. Was centrally located, good price, and free coffee and breakfast in the morning. Room was small but clean.

Service people were helpful, in particular the lady who served breakfast was nice, the hotel however is below average, you can find better 3 stars in Rome at a cheaper price. The bathroom was ok but the room was not the best. Breakfast was poor.

One of the best attentions in Rome because the reality is that roma people is rude. This hotel is missing a good air conditioning equipment.
