Last week I booked a room for a business trip. Unfortunately, at the weekend the new restrictions of Covid made it impossible for me to make the trip. And here the discovery that the reservation was not cancellable. I emailed the hotel asking for some understanding of the situation and the property didn't even answer me.
And then this morning I get an email from the hotel thanking me for my stay and asking me to write a review! Are you kidding me? I never do this but you deserve this review. Bad customer service. But the funniest thing for me is that as soon as this Covid situation goes away, I will go to Rome twice a month for the next few years and I will certainly never consider this structure that has lost all my future business.

Noisy in the night very noisy people music we were there four nights noisy night was 2 nights. Others was ok clean rooms and good breakfest I dont recommend this
Hotel and it is dar from the center of Roma.

Nice and clean hotel. People at the reception unwelcome and prepared. The bar and the waiters and the cheery and kind service peraonal.

Situata in una zona abbastanza centrale di Roma, sufficientemente vicino alla piu' vicina metro. Camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort, servizio eccellente, grande cordialita' del personale. Esperienza da rifare!

Good place for the money. The worst thing is the photos didn't met the real picture!

I have been attending this Hotel for several years, really a hard reality to find x value for money. Owners and attentive staff, non-dozinal décor, nice rooms, clean rooms, welcome and kitchen all satisfactory. Really good, the top in the area.

Quiet, spacious and clean rooms. Staff Free Wifi also in the room. There's no restaurant. Can have good quality cold dishes. Breakfast.

Good hotel, staff were cordial and smiling:) The breakfast was not like in France, the buns etc are a bit dry but the rest was nice, especially the eggs!
For coffee, do not take the one served at the buffet, ask the waiter a coffee directly made via their machine ^^ the room was very correct although I regretted the system of keys that makes a lot of noises when some goes home in the evening:)

The rooms are nice and clean. Classic decoration (little modern).

The structure from outside is pleasant, inserted in a residential district of value. Entered I noticed the beautiful inner garden and the common spaces cared for and tastefully furnished. However when they handed me the keys, "Old style", I was a little worried. Fear strengthened by some particulars (such as the elevator and the door of the room) that let presage an old and dusty reality. I found one of the most spacious and bright rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautiful! Clean, with a large and comfortable bed, with plenty of pillow choice. Too bad for some details from which you notice the time spent, especially in the bathroom. Which is why I take a * from the evaluation. Both in sweet and salty.

Excellent Place very nice hotel breakfast perfect… just the road on which gives my room. Too noisy ask street or garden not the avenue…

Clean hotel in a good location. Is about 5 minutes walk from the tube and 30 minutes away from the City Centre. The rooms are clean and very cozy.

Placed on horseback between Trieste and Nomentano, this hotel of tone has won a clientele choice of entrepreneurs, brokers and political figures. Despite being a central location, the resort attracts greenery and relaxes for silence. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts; The furnishings are elegant, but not tacky, and the staff is always up to par, as well as available.

Visited only for business meeting. Pleasant proposal in the District Trieste.

Staff and kindness are the added value of this hotel located in quite central and quiet area of Rome. The breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms are also excellent. Only flaw, should be given a general refreshed.

A hotel where you can enjoy relaxation and tranquillity in a comfortable environment. The Hotel has a large garden in it where we were served excellent aperitifs. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Rome.

Cozy rooms, rather small though. Audio isolation is terrible I coul hear every noise or voice coming from the other rooms and corridore.

It is a quiet, clean hotel, near the African area, Corso Trieste. For those who have children to Luisa or to wisdom is very comfortable.

Very good value for money Very close to the center and well served by public transport. Very friendly staff. Spacious.

Rooms are acceptable mostly due to its olden charm. I had set the air conditioning to the highest fan speed and to its lowest temperature (10°C). It was not cold enough to what my boyfriend and I are used to in a normal hotel. The veranda is lovely though. I didn't get to eat at the resturant downstairs yet.

Clean, close enough to the center and the station. X next business I would stop right here.

In the pleasant set even if the furniture should be renewed. However clean comfortable with very friendly staff.

Very small rooms. Hotel a little bit dated but well maintained and clean. Good breakfast. All in all, considering the €75 spent, we are not very far from a good balance.

Lovely hotel really helpful during my husbands recovery from emergency surgery whist on holiday. Quite location but easy uber away from the main tourist attractions and the metro is not far. Breakfast great and room service snack menu is just that. Lots of nice lounge areas too. Colder during the day but then most people aren't at the hotel at those times. Really helpful staff too.

Good service. Very nice rooms.

Free breakfast is great so is the Wi-Fi, staff if very helpful. But beds are a lil too hard for my liking.

Room was reasonably spacious, staff very helpful, beds comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent. Smaller bathroom but workable. Very old lift was small and didn't work frequently — was annoying when trying to get bags out for checkout. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Small bathroom with difficulty in doing the bidet breakfast restaurant staff unfriendly. I almost called the police because my daughter was bringing an Apple to eat it while walking. It was locked and invited to dough rest.
Paid parking (expensive) and inability to leave the vehicle nearby.

Good place. Very cure garden. For those, who like harmony) antique furniture, good hydrobath, but small (for 1 human).

Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Garden with relaxing seating especially nice in the evenings. Regular buses into centre of Rome.
