Some rooms have the best views in town. You can city Vatican, spanish steps. Perfect hotel with a great rooftop bar and a restaurant.

Rooms need an update, things are falling apart. The bathtub leaks, there is water damage on the ceilings and surfaces are cracked. Location is pretty good, about a 30 min walk to all major attractions.

I stayed through Costco last week. No coffee Machine in the room or no coffee in the lobby. You have to wait till restaurant opens in the morning for your coffee. No newspaper anywhere — I asked for one, manager says download the app and read the newspaper on your cell phone. Room is very very small. My wife and I had only total 2 small carry on and no place for them to store. There is a huge food and wine pantry which is the center piece of the room and has taken all the space. No turn down service. Concierge hardly speak English and not very friendly. Two different times I asked where is Spanish steps, she gave me the map and let me find my own ways. I have stayed multiple five star properties but this is the worse.

Fabulous in every way. Rooms are generous and ultra comfortable. Staff are warm, courteous and kind. Food is terrific even in a town known for fantastic restaurants. Will stay here every time I am in Rome!

The staff are excellent. Our room looked into a wall, but the room had natural light and a good bathroom. Limited facilities. Not really a 5 star hotel. A good 4 star maybe.

A beautiful terrace from which you can see the Dome of St. Peter. Very romantic with good background music. Drink and food pre-meadows with care. Staff friendly, polite and willing to meet every request. I really recommend…

Very nice and close to Spagna — rooftop drinks are best. Small rooms but perfect in service, location. Having breakfast on the rooftop is as perfect as having afternoon drinks there; perfect view across the city. Will definitely come back.

We were a guest at the restaurant (7th floor) and have some things to complain about. The service is very very slow and careless. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks.
I ordered the noodles alla carbonara and was not thrilled. Were bland and unloved. Also a small portion.
The view and the hotel in itself is super maintained and the atmosphere is great.
But the service in the restaurant and the prices were not for me in Odrnung.
But everyone has to make their own experiences.

Lovely and delicate dinner with a breathtaking view.

Was recommended to check out this hotel as it was cheaper than another 5 star hotel nearby. Turned out to be a good decision, as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. The hotel was kind enough to Ensure that we were allowed to check in early before noon (through prior request). Rooms come with free Wi-Fi, bath tub, nice balcony with view of the street. Although there was no gym, highly propose to go for a run round the neighbourhood, as the Villa Borghese Park is just next to it and the zoo is at the far end. The rooftop restaurant offer a great view of the city and it opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thumbs up!

The most beautiful view of Rome we have to spend a wonderful Valentine's Day thanks to the staff listening er really nice. The frame is GR t sumptuous and the view incomparable.

Very nice location which is right across from the Prince of Italy. The breakfast is wonderful and the people who work here are amazingly nice and speak every language.

Beautiful 5-star hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet on the rooftop overlooking Villa Borghese. Rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms in Rome. Building is very interesting architecture. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our favorite hotel on our Italy honeymoon. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They will do anything to help you out. The restaurant (La Terrassa) is exceptional. The views are stunning from the terrace which is considered one of the best restaurant views in all of Europe. The food is excellent too, and they offer a list of really great wines. This was also my favorite restaurant, even including those that were Michelin starred.

This hotel was extremely overpriced. The room was very small. The wall paper was peeling off in multiple places inside the bathroom. There was water damage and mold on the exterior of the shower-bath. The shower glass was extremely small which meant that water splashed all over the bathroom floor. The beds did not come with sheets. The mattresses were very cheap and didn't provide much support. Of course breakfast was seriously overpriced. I travel all over the US and I can tell you that our three star hotels cost about half as much per night and are much better quality as far as amenities and condition. I was very disappointed with the value.

I attend the Sofitel especially for business reasons and I never spent the night; The hotel is nice, elegant and enjoys one of the best locations of all Rome.
