Worst breakfast ever! Only bread, ham and cheese. No eggs or fruits; only one kiwi and one apple sliced in a small plate for 10 people. When asking to bring some more, the lady was very unpolite and it lasted long on purpose. Black coffee was creasy, do they ever clean the coffeemachine? Room was cold in march, aircondition did not work. The room was very different as they show it in pictures. You can see the hallway lights under the door in the night. There was construction work going on in the 2. Etage (our room was at 3. Etage), awful noise from early in the morning from 6.30… the only positive thing was the location.

It's a bit older and the walls are a little thin… but the staff just makes up for that… great friendly and helpful new friends in my book… breakfast is good especially on the patio… beds are comfortable and hot water all of the time… good showers are important to me thank you hotel king I enjoyed staying with you… and yes nice location… definitely check out the restaurant right next door… also great service that will become your new friends and the food is equally great.

This hotel has two parts. One with the reception and the room where we were staying was through a corridor and a second elevator. The main building, it says, have been renovated. Overall it was a nice 5 day stay. Breakfast is included, basic, some bread, cheese, ham, fruits and coffee. The breakfast area was also spacious and it was possible to sit outside on the roof. The room was a little bit small, but okay for a budget one. Wifi worked pretty well and was also fast! The best thing was — > just right to the metro station „barberini“, two stops away from „roma termini“. Its about 5 min walk from the spanish steps and 10 min from the trevi fountain. Staffs were nice and helpful, thanks for that!

Stayed during recent trip to Rome. Best feature of hotels, location, location, location. First person we met was Antonio, who was very helpful, answered all our questions and gave great directions for finding food and other attractions. He made us feel very welcome. He gave us advice on the best tours and also made sure our room was comfortable. Overall all the staff including facility staff very cordial and pleasant.

The average hotel in the centre of Rome is at a very pleasant price.
The hotel occupies a building in the 4th floor, a lot of foreigners. There are rooms with a lovely terrace (402-405), a balcony with tables and chairs. It's super to sit on tonight.
For all guests, free access to the roof where the bar is broken in the garden. There are sunbeds to sunbathe.
The location is great!
Breakfasts are bad. Guests in minutes disassemble everything, but the workers are in no hurry to replenish. Only if you come up and ask, they'll take it out. Omelet and sausages for a fee. The fruit is cut into small pieces. In summer, canned peaches lay.
Breakfasts are officially from 7.00, but when we got down by that time, it was empty. Realistically it all starts at 7.20. If there are early excursions it should be taken into account.
The rooms are simple, there is everything you need. The carpet is old and stinks, perhaps because of the water. During the rains on the walls were wet leaks, under the window of a puddle. The carpet lies in this humidity and spoil, so in the rooms there is an unpleasant smell.
Our experience was spoiled by the fact that 2 days there was no electricity in the hotel (the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, elevator, it was impossible to charge the phones). They moved around the hotel with a flashlight.
Book through booking, no problem.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Just what you need when staying in Rome. Basic breakfast but fine. Very clean.

Cockroach in front desk couch. Very impaitent and rude concierge named Christian. Breakfast was super small and barely enough to supply all the guests. Not very handicap accessibile. Other staff was very nice. Stayed for 4 days 3 nights with over 30+ people.

Customer service sh*t rooms don’t look like pictures at all! Breakfast they only give cheese and ham. What ever questions we asked always got ignored tried to double charge us! They never changed our towels rusty bath. Tv not working air conditioning not working can’t get any late food anywhere. Rooms were never cleaned only the bed was made. I would never go back there.

Below average hotel, room was quute dark, smelly and breakfast just very basic. Only ok thing — location, even if area is not the best.

Good location Reception and Ugly rooms. Other very good dependencies. Excellent breakfast, very varied and of great quality. Very friendly staff.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is very well located in the center Peto the rooms are old, the good thing is that it is clean. Has continental type breakfast included.

Decent hotel, with many rooms. Get ready to get lost there, long passages with ups and downs. The second lift is a classic reminder from the old vinitian buildings. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Centrally located in the city. Rooms are not too fancy but good enough for short stay. Breakfast not to elaborate but had enough variety for everyone. We loved the coffee served by the espresso machine.

The location is very close to the metro station.

Location is nice very close to fontana di trevi. Lobby is small but fine. Employees are polite. Breakfast was better than I hope. But in the room there is à noise something like water we told it to reception but they couldnt solve the problem. And also there are lots of stairs and steps on the corridors to get to the room.

We had a very good breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

Nice location. Near the fountain of Trevi and the place of Spain. Wonderful and friendly staff. I will come again in Rome and choose the same hotel.

Central location you can walk to the sites of interest, helpful and friendly staff, the rooms (the wing where I stayed) leave to be desired.

Rooms a little dated but location is great and great value for money, the staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you would stay again anytime highly recommend a visit.

Hotel clean nothing to say… indeed rooms of the years 60 70 but located in the center of all the visits… The only downside is the shower. You have to be thin… very friendly staff too. For this I will put a note of 8 out of 10…

Was with my husband in this hotel. The room served its purpose. Breakfast was a lot of choice and very fresh with lots of fruit. Everything was good. The staff very helpful ⭐ ⭐

For a capital city hotel King is well positioned ther breakfast is good and the staff Alessandro and Roberto are a credit to the hotel, will be back soon.

Very central, with really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are minimalistic with only the bear essentials, but you only use that for sleeping so it should be fine.

Located in one of the most evocative areas of the capital, it is essential, but at the same time comfortable with very large and bright rooms, free Wi-Fi, breakfast buffet. Great location with bus and Metro stop.

Probably the best thing about this hotel is it's location. Right in the heart of Rome, you can easily access most of the touristic sites by foot. Hotel overall is ok. I did expect however better treatment from the staff.

Yes, the rooms are a bit tired, and the bathroom ceiling in the room we had was slats and needed replacing, but the bed was very comfortable, and once we figured out how to shut the blinds the room was dark.
We've stayed there twice and would not hesitate to stay there again, and recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here during our stay in Rome. It's a reasonable price with the perfetto location! Staff was nice and helpful. Room is okay. How I see it, many people come to Rome for the sightseeing not to stay in! :) Will definitely stay here again.

Most bad hotel and staf that I ever seen and been… The service never over here. The rooms looklike boxes. The staf never learned how to serve and dont like answer. However. The location is 5star.

Pros: Great Location, very central. Friendly staff, not too expensive. cons: Very basic breakfast, very dated and tired looking rooms.

A bit dated but the location is great.

Its definitely a budget place to stay, we got a really cheap package holiday and it did reflect the price. If your looking for a plush setting look else where and expect to pay for it. highlights — staff were friendly, its charming, cheap, relaxed breakfast, clean bedding, freedom within the building (drinking wine on the roof soaking in Rome at night), excellent location. downfalls — dated, mold and smell in bathroom bar was closed but most probably due to season. Although the room itself resembled the 1970s it added to our experience, it was quirky. The place is purely a good place to rest your head whilst sight seeing, the location was perfect, it was cheap with pleasant helpful staff, what more can you expect for the price.

Perfect location. No transport cost. All highlights within walking distance. Ordinary hotel service for those who visit Roma. Old furniture and equipment. Low booking rates.

No recommendation. Nice staff and great corridors, but modest space concept and ancient musty rooms. What are the three stars? Toilet was full of urine and was not cleaned.
