It's a great hotel. Totally worth the money. Nearby is the Termini metro station and the train station, which makes the location of the hotel particularly convenient.

Well, I don't expect it for the price. The hotel itself located on 4th floor and the elevator is quite misterious. Lol. The room is okay. The breakfast is very simple, including boiled eggs, some bread, tomato and availability of nice barista.

Its a perfect 3 star hotel, clean rooms and amenities, fantastic continental breakfast for only 10€ a head, and welcoming staff.

It is very well located it is comfortable, modern and the attention was great! The only thing to say is that the air conditioner is not enabled at certain times of the year.

Excellent for a 3 star hotel. Everything you need, clean and they and close to the station. The shower head holder was loose but apart from that no issues. Coffee and Wi-Fi were Good!

Nice. Next to Termini. Good service… reception is open 24 hours. Good and varied breakfast, and the staff is constantly cleaning the tables to keep all the atmosphere pleasant… it's avradecer. Spacious. A plus is the fact that in reception you can speak in different languages which makes it very easy to settle down. Very clean all the bathroom and the room is always clean is excellent cleanliness which gives a lot of value to the stay.

Good value for money. The area is not very nice but no area near a train station is and we chose it because of its proximity to the Termini station. Good service and very comfortable room. You could improve him breakfast.

Spacious and very clean rooms. The entrance to the hotel is not nice because it is a common building but it surprises when you reach the room area, the bright, well decorated and impeccable hallways. Unfortunately. Although the location is ideal. And it's pretty neat. It is not a 3 star hotel.
1. Small bathrooms… As well as the rooms. In my case a triple and friends a quadruple…
You can not move and cmq pay for triple and quadruple.
Ditto for breakfast space.
The photos on the internet do not correspond to reality.
In practice it looks more like a B&B. Than a hotel.
Finally, the tourist tax (which does not concern the structure) a real bleed. But that could be reduced if the structure were assessed by a 2-star Max.
Overall old structure. To modernize. Pretty expensive.

Nice place and good location.

Service can be slow at times, but if generally a hotel that provides what you pay for. Breakfast is well fitting and rooms are always warm (winter). The beds and sheets aren't too comfortable however.

Very good location, friendly staff and clean hotel.

Really bad place. No aircon during winter and it was too hot with the windows closed. The toilet is too cramped with the light switch half into the wall. The toilet tank is above head. The wall is right next to you when sitting on the toilet. Elevator is scary as hell.

It is not a 3 start hotel. I used Hotwire and got this hotel. The room was tiny with chlorine excessive odor. No good hot shower and controlled heating available. Breakfast was decent but I would not recommend this hotel for the price it charges.

Three star Hotel very well located near Termini Central Station. Located on the 4th and 5th floor of an old building, it is fully restored and has modern and new facilities. With staff 24 hours, the price for the night very economical with breakfast included and the rooms very cozy and nice just like their staff.

For city trip is perfect. Is close to Termini station, therefore also very well suited for city trip.

Nice little hotel very near to Termini Station and perfect for the exploration or short trips to Rome. The room was small but had everything one needs, it was clean and had a perfect bathroom. Breakfast was enough with a very good coffee. Still the toaster could be a bit better and the juice was a bit too sweet. Also a nice gimmick was the tea at the room. Service personal was really friendly and helpful.

Facility was old and floors were not clean. The young man that checked us in in the late evening was helpful. In the morning however we saw two other get offered a to-go breakfast and we did not get the same offers despite me telling them we were trying to leave at 7 while they struggled to help us print our train tickets due what they alerted us was a slow email server. When I asked the young lady with the bottom eye eyeliner about the to go breakfast she simple replied she didn't know anything about to because it was the overnight guys job. Wow how professional. Eventually I asked we could have the same and were given a to go bag to fix it ourselves. Stay elsewhere if you can.

I gave the establishment 3 stars as the room was clean, the bed was OK and the bathroom was functional. However the room was quite small but it was close to the central train station and centrally located. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that if you are elderly or have a disability then be mindful that you have to lug your cases up to the elevator which is quite strenuous.

Great location, clean friendly hotel near Termini, supermarket next door, lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast very good, usual continental with a few additions, boiled eggs etc. Free Wi-Fi. Real towels.

Our first impression was very bad. The façade is really not in good condition. The entrance to the Scott House is common to several hotels. It occupies the 4th and 5th floor. Reassure you there is an elevator!
The hotel is actually very clean. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are very decent albeit a little small.
It is very well located very close to the Termini station where it is possible to take the subway or the bus to go to the Vatican or the Colosseum for example. There are many restaurants in the area at very affordable prices.

We were looking for a long time and found this hotel which by the photos and description seemed to be something else.
It is located in an ugly, scary night walking area. The front of the hotel is scary, you seem to be entering an abandoned place.
At night you will hear a lot of noises from the street and also from the other rooms.
The room leaves a lot to be desired. They offer a double mattress and it turns out that they are two mattresses guys together, a disgrace.
Very poor bathroom, shower is tiny, has plastic doors and to wash your hair do not give you neither shampoo nor cream rinse, only liquid body soap.
It is a very expensive hotel that is not worth it! We had seen hotels for the same price that sure are better than this one.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I go back.

Main argument for the booking was the central location. We were not disappointed. From the simple, well-kept city hotel with friendly and helpful staff, you can reach (almost) all the sights on foot. There are good restaurants nearby.
The bathroom in the Clean hotel room is a little small, although the breakfast is not as expected with German habits, but is sufficient.
Our room was very quiet and well air conditioned.

Excellent Hotel, good bed, clean, bathroom clean, hot water. Close to the termini railway station, the only downside is that for people with disabilities is complicated because you have to climb stairs, Elevator but the hotel is in a 4th. Floor.

I ve been there 1 day. For all the day I couldn't use Wi-Fi connection. Bad communication. Average rooms. Will not come back.

Hotel al 4 floor of an apartment building. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and Sky, room maker, new furnishings and fixtures.
I don't give 5 stars just for the area not very quiet if you are alone. I will be back.

Poor products and queue for breakfast. Air conditioned not working. Lift very old. Lot of noise in room. Tv Remote control not working. Poor experience.

Perfect located, clean, superfriendly staff, great breakfast. 4th floor, but lift. Windows thick, no sound from outside (just a bit thin walls inside). Enjoyed my stay.

I think better in the area you can find like value for money, fixtures and furniture new, silent, for dinner we were Electra restaurant just around the corner from me also.

Had a great stay at this Hotel. From the welcome we got at reception, to the comfortable rooms and breakfast this could not have been a better location to get out and see Rome on a budget.

First block is not accustomed to, that the hotel is on the 4 and 5 floors, and on 1-3 other hotels.
Accustomed to quickly. The rooms are clean, clean every day, Robyn and hearty, staff friendly and helpful, there are Russian-speaking.

I had the front room, with balcony. This room gives a view of the main road that leads has the garre Termini. This road is very noisy, yet I slept very well because the room is well isolated from all sides. In addition, the beds are very good.
Lunch is quite limited in choice, but is fairly complete in the end.
It is very difficult to find a hotel and an award like this in Rome

For the price, there is no better. Very small rooms, a lot of noise. Perfect location, very clean. Not much choice for breakfast but it remains correct. Supermarket right next door. Very nice and attentive staff.

Great value for the price. Rooms are clean and newer and most of the staff is very nice. Location is great for the train, metro, and even walking. There's also a good complimentary breakfast. There's Internet, but it was flakey for us. I would recommend Scott house to friends.
