Convenient location, as well as check in — out. It would take a little more care in cleaning.

Great location, walking distance to many tourist spots and literally behind beautiful Piazza Navona.

The view, the bedrooms, the bathroom, the deal, the only detail is that it has no elevator, but they are forgiven, has an excellent location, everything is super close, and the view to Piazza Navona is the best.

Great location. A historic building. Low price. The rooms are poorly cleaned. Someone else's hair was everywhere on the floor. Small rooms.

Nice for a few days but rooms are way smaller that what you see on the pictures and a bit different too. The plus of the hotel is that it was not that expensive compared to any other hotel in the area. The hotel is very central and close to every monuments by walking. Minus: the rooms are quite small. The desk is not opened 24 hours so if you check in late they make you pay an extra €50 and if you have to check out early too. The room don’t have so much space to unpack. Conclusion: it’s good for a weekend or a few days because very central and convenient.

First of all, let me begin by saying that this hotel ruined my birthday trip to Rome and rob me of my $702 for the 4 days. I booked a NON SMOKING hotel, and a NON SMOKING room. And when I arrived the hallways smelled like a smokers lounge. I have a baby, and I was not going to allow him to get sick on my trip, due to their disgusting hotel and lack of air quality control. It’s is extremely small, as in if you are claustrophobic, stay away… they can’t even pay their staff to be available 24/7. So the hotel closes after hours and you are forced to walk around the city with a stack of keys and open multiple doors to get in… as if that sound acceptable to anyone on vacation. So if I had to check out at 4am, I don’t see how that would have been possible without anyone there… we arrived and they didn’t even have a bell boy or cart to help with all the bags the hotel is so small you can’t comfortable unpack. It’s more like a hostil not luxury suites. They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. I had to book a new hotel Metropolis, and for LESS I had, free breakfast, 24/7 assistance, NOT ONE BIT OF SMOKE in my room, room was large enough to unpack and stretch. But to make it WORSE I expressed my concern about my baby in the hotel and asked to check out and get a refund and they refused to give it to me, when they were te ones who really shouldn’t even be in business or advertise falsely.

Paid for a luxury room, which the images show as larger and with more amenities then the room actually contained. It's possible that they just didn't give us what we paid for. Hotel was very difficult to locate, it was on Google Maps but had no sign on the outside of the building. Rooms are clean, just very small. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel is located very close to the Pantheon and right next to a Taxi stop, which proved very convenient! Right next to Piazza Navona, which is my favorite part of Roma!

Positives were the location and the two desk staff members, the housekeepers and breakfast providers. Negatives were the lack of an area to meet in, no 24hour staff member and breakfast having to be eaten in your room. The refrigerator never got to a level where anything could be kept cold. I had an injury that required icing my hand several times per day. Since ice was not available the sweet clerk offered me a frozen wine caddy but I was not allowed access to the freezer after the staff left as the room was locked. The floor in our shower was deplorable and there is not even a shelf to put a bar of soap~everything has to go on the floor. I am still unclear how these qualify as suites. They are simply a few bedrooms on half of one floor in an apartment building. You must use a key and a card to even enter your room from the street as there are two locked doors which are obviously accessed by the other homeowners. Elevator is minuscule and the advertisements very misleading. We spent four nights here out of 30 in Italy and this hotel was our only disappointment. I would appreciate the owner or a direct line manager responding to my concerns.

Nice room. Great bathroom with tons of space. Bed was a little stiff but probably due to th jacuzzi underneath it. Reception is very friendly, but not 24 hours. Overall a great stay.

Great location on the Piazza Navona, and central walking distance to several landmarks (15 mins to Trevi Fountain, 15 mins to Piazza Venezia, 25 mins to Vatican, 30 mins to Colloseum). Very welcoming and helpful staff, modern rooms with air con and TV, room was cleaned daily even when we left the room late! Although a bit confusing to find the hotel as it's not sign posted anywhere, and located on the second floor inside a building with a green door. No view of the Piazza Navona as advertised, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, the clean towels could smell better, hair dryer caught on fire but replaced quickly, walls a bit thin so sometimes noisy at night when neighbours returned (on the plus side enjoyed a local pianist / singer in the mornings).

Ideal location, right in the heart of the city centre, close to the Vatican, subway & nightlife ;)   It was ideal to have our own bathroom, a fridge, a safe and a quiet AC that could run all night.   Breakfast was provided every morning from 8am and they kindly proposed to exceptionally serve it at 7.30 the day we were leaving.   Friendly staff. They also accepted our late check in, even if there was a 15€ fee for it… Overall very happy with our stay, and relatively cheap compared to the other places in Rome city centre.

Lovely room very clean. Location is fantastic you can walk to all the main attractions from here furthest away is the Vatican, but still within walking distance The staff at the hotel are wonderful and I would recommend the taxi service they offer to the airport. Thanks Anna and others at Navona central suites we hope to return :)

Rooms are small but clean. Great location. I would reccomend.

It is a lovely place to stay. Very close to center of Rome. You can see piazza Navona.
