A wonderful location with lovely staff and outstanding design in every room! Great! :)

Its a nice little place, but was hard to find initially and finding a parking spot was tough. But the manager was expecting us and was outside waiting. There's just a black metal door in between two little restaurants on the west side of a large courtyard. The metal door requires a pass key to get inside, so it keeps the drunks out. There's a small little lobby for Mama's on the second floor. They have a really small elevator so I just humped our bags up to the lobby. Our room was pretty small but it was decorated really nice. LOL, my girlfriend wasnt to happy about a glass wall with some opaque curtains separating the bedroom and bathroom. If the lights are on you get a nice puppet show. Right outside during they day they have like a farmers market going on inside the large courtyard area. The perimeter has restaurants all the way around and there are some shops also in the area. The resturants are open pretty late but the double pane windows kept all the noise out. All in all it was a nice cozy little place.

What a fabulous place to stay in Rome. So unexpected, from the first welcome Maria could not do enough for us. When in Rome you expect history yet not at your accommodation yet Maria informed us of the family history of the hotel / apartments and the local history. The rooms are amazing, spacious with a modern finish and original ceilings. The RGB LED lighting in the bathroom is uber cool. The location is second to none and we were not impacted by any noise. If in Rome for a night or several nights you must stay at Mama’s Home.

We stayed at Mama's Home Rome for 6 nights in late October, and we loved everything about it! Owners Maria and Andrea were attentive to our every need. This is not a full-service hotel, nor does it claim to be. Rather, it is a cozy yet elegant family-owned home-away-from-home, ideally located on the Piazza Campo de Fiori. The interiors have been outfitted and restored to perfection, leaving the Old World flavor and adding 21st century conveniences. The Piazza is a flower market by day, but at night when the flower stands close up and the lights go on, it is a lively dining district. The street noise was never a problem however, because the huge windows sealed out the noise while letting us watch the goings on. Try it — I think you'll love it as much as we did.

Right at the center of the action! Farmers market during the day and restaurants galore both day and night! The room is perfect, great shower plenty of room, very accommodating management.

I found this hotel with an ad that popped up on my Facebook page… so happy it did! This Hotel is so FANTASTIC! My room was beautiful, the service was amazing, location is perfect… you are about a 20min walk to all major tourist sites. Would definitely stay there again!

Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, great location and superb host in Marzio. Be prepared to climb some stairs though or ride the tiny elevator. Enjoyable breakfast at the nearby Obica bar!

Great location. Sheik contemporary rooms. And FINALLY a hotel in Italy with a comfortable mattress! No breakfast included but there is a farmers market in the morning just outside the hotel. Taxi stand is one block away.
