Great lift. Sensitive to disabled clients, pleasant customer service, great food.

The view from the roof top was wonderful especially at sunset. The staff treated us like royalty and our drinks were delicious.

Wonderful Hotel and the staff was incredibly friendly. Small and intimate with so much charm and character. Great location, walking distance to most of Rome’s sights. Adorable rooftop bar perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I would absolutely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Rome. We.

Thank you so much Martis Palace hotel for the most incredible stay! What a fantastic hotel with such wonderful, helpful and knowledgable staff.
From the moment we arrived you did everything to make this trip feel special. From warm welcome, coffee and delicious cakes in the library when we arrived to the delicious breakfast on the roof terrace on our final day, you have added so many personal touches.
Rooms are huge (with high ceilings) clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms (rooms 104/105). Our children loved the electronic panel for the lighting/curtains and the fluffy robes. Slippers and chocolates (with the following day’s weather) are placed by your bed each night.
The roof terrace is a lovely place to enjoy drinks with beautiful views of the city.
The location is fantastic and central.
We would highly recommend your beautiful hotel to others and hope to be back again! Thank you.

Awesome front desk staff.

We had a great stay at Martis Palace. We were able to get one of the larger suites and it was very comfortable. Make sure to bring a USB charger adapter because there are definitely a lack of outlets. The breakfast is good, dinner on the roof is nice, and the location is also very good. Directly next to piazza navonna and the pantheon, everything is within walking distance. The Vatican and Spanish steps are about a 15 minute brisk walk. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel, they provide a nice service. There is a sister hotel that you can use the pool and spa. It is small, but a nice service if you want to use. You. Need to make a reservation as there are only 8 people allowed in the spa area.

Very helpful staff with excellent local restaurant recommendations. Modern accommodation and an excess of power outlets to charge any variety is devices.

This is not a five star hotel, however the service is impeccable. We were greeted by Carlo, who truly makes one feel as if there is no one else. Royal treatment :) The breakfast is delicious. We have not had any experience with other staff there, so we could only say that Carlo will go out of his way to help you being that a recommendation to see paces, to eat out or anything else. The rooms) are somewhat small, however in the center of Rome that is to be expected. The one we stayed at the lights were controlled by electric panels by both sides of the bed, which was very convenient. My only "complaint" is that it lacked pod coffee machines, which are almost in every other hotel in Rome. That just make is very convenient in the morning. On the other hand, one could get any type of coffee at the lobby (any time of the day or night)

Martis Palace is a great hotel. Very clean, spotless, and modern. The location is central and close to everything (Navona is 1 min away, Pantheon 3 min, ancient Rome 10-15 min, Vatican 10-15 min. ) yet it is very calm. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Carlo, Roberto and Martina were very nice, accommodating, and they did all they can to make our stay memorable. They even upgraded us as a gift for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast is fulfilling, rich and delicious. Staff at the restaurant are very nice too. Thank you Martis Hotel for a an amazing experience!

Quaint and modern hotel located in central Rome surrounded by restaurants and shops. Right outside of the hotel is a church and 15 minutes walking distance to major tourist sites. The staff at the Martis Palace is super friendly and the breakfast here is delicious. There is also a nice reading room in the lobby. The room itself is very spacious, equipped with high tech lighting control unit and the beds are super comfortable. I appreciate the towel heater in the bathroom. I definitely will be coming back here when visiting Rome.

Our suite was well appointed and the staff was exceptional in every manner. Prosecco and cappuccino's on the roof top lounge in the evening was a nice way to end the day. My only complaint is that our stay was way too short! Will absolutely return to this little jewel.

Great hotel, friendly and professional staff, well equipt modern room (although small), best location.

Visited in summer 2016. Great location. Breakfast could improve but otherwise really good.

This new boutique hotel is the place to stay in rome, staff are great even putting up with our drunken nonsense.
