Very clean quiet apartment with friendly staff and beautiful garden. 3min walk to public transport and easy access to tourist attractions. Good value for money.

Apartments or rooms in a beautiful villa with garden. A short distance from the city centre, well served by public transport, but with very green around. Location Very nice vacation.

Maximum residence as it was named, with kitchen corner, air-conditioned, organized and clean. The building is surrounded with garden where guests can relax with early sunshine or great fresh air and talk in the afternoon/ evening, full of tranquility and a silent place to stay for work or vacation.
The staffs are totally nice and friendly, easy to connect with, free strong Wi-Fi connection available.
The place is so convenient, 10 minutes to the centre of Rome, 3 minutes to Trastevere where trains take you to the airport or if you prefer they give transportation service to airports.

Great room and clean. Very friendly staff that spoke English and Spanish. This was one of several places we stayed in Italy, and the best experience. The small kitchen in the room was very convenient.

I got the room in the basement because the only available.
Kinda old, very humid.
Old linen, 4 minutes of hot water in the bathroom.
After 2 days (paid 7 days in advance) had to leave the residence due to a death, and explained everything to me says there is no problem for reimbursement and to make me feel the following week.
The following week it tells me that there is nothing to repay.
No one does so, really wrong (just tell right away that it wasn't possible refund. )
From my experience I don't recommend it.

We stayed at the Residenza Maxima from 05/16 — 05/19 2008. There were 5 of us so we needed an apartment rather than paying for two seperate rooms at a hotel. For the price, Residenza Maxima was a perfect fit. We arrived and it took a second to get orientatated but it was simple to get off at the Termini Stazione and take the H bus all the way to the San Camillo Ospedale stop. The people in Rome were fabulous and told us when to get off. Trastevere was absolutely beautiful! We saw the Esso station and the street was directly behind it. The residenza is on a side street near a cafe and was so beautiful we couldn't help but be impressed. We entered the hotel via a secured gate which one of the managers let us in (Chris). The hotel itself smells like Lemons, but not pungeant, a sweet comforting smell. The room was IMMACULATE! There wasn't a cobweb, spider, etc. It was the cleanest apartment I had ever been in. The rooms are not large, but have a bedroom, bathroom, and family room with kitchenette (Stove sink, small fridge, tv) and two pull out beds. Our first night there, we set out to find the Colisseum. (Not far away at all) We had a great 4 days there and unfortunately when leaving, our manager was in an accident and did not show for work. We left the keys on the counter and called the hotel the next morning after making it home and was patched through to Senor Bruno, who changed the payment arrangements for us considering.
