Smoke-filled rooms. Everything is very old. Locked door to another room = excellent hearing. Not much.

Nice hotel that offers shuttles to the center for free.

Good Hotel, if you go in the Summer agradeceras your pool. Has a shuttle to the center next to the Vatican.

We attend many hotel establishments and
about this hotel, our opinion is without appeal!
Home shabby, speedy and aggressive limit. ;
We had booked a double, high-end room.
in the end, and without warn us of course, _ we found ourselves in a standard room, at the beginning of the 1980s look, not very clean in addition.
(attached moldy bathtubs, black air conditioning grilles from dust, curtains had holes! …)
No excuse on the part of the staff in charge of reservations. On the contrary, we were caught high and the tone is very quickly mounted on the side of the staff. (Not very classy stuff…)
Breakfast: buffet cheap and of poor quality.
Hotel oriented toward families (undemanding and who are in Ecstasy in front of a few trays of dry pastries and egg scrambled with bacon…)
Avoid romantic! It is a cure for love to move on.
Very disappointed.
LOSER in every way.
In the end, after a night spent in this shabby hotel, we wanted to leave it prematurely; and, refusal of us repay the 2 nights not consumed by management.
Avoid… it's on.

It was a little quiet but this was not a bad thing. Prices at the bar and restaurant were a little high also. Pool was great and service was also good. We had a nice stay.

The hotel is far from any public transportation. Although the hotel provides shuttle service to Vatican City, it is very infrequent and not free. Room is small and breakfast is terrible. The hotel restaurant had so-called Chinese food festival when we were there. They charged 10 euro for a small bowl of plain rice, and we paid 30 euro for rice which is usually free in Chinese restaurants anywhere.

Difficult to put "3" as assessment. But in this case seem right!
Pros:
— Spacious room with balcony
— free parking for guests
— sweet and welcome drink
— SPA quite good and with good facilities
— great breakfast included in the price
Cons:
— SPA access only through the locker room despite direct lift to the plane of the SPA
— SPA locker room (at least what I happened) in the cold with no heating
— structure slightly "dated". Could do with a makeover.
— room for two with only one bathroom in the bathroom
— Bar with only one waiter who had an impossible amount of work
— non very soundproof
Basically I recommend the Hotel if you find a good discount on the room price. At full price I wouldn't go back, perhaps at a discounted price.

After several attempts to stay in the Centre are happily returned to the hotel Panphili of Rome, I confirm nothing is missing, by the calm, size of rooms, continental breakfast, parking lot, minus the shuttle only stop behind the Vatican walls, to get downtown there still want Street, they should make another nearest type along the Tiber and piazza Casella for the rest compliments maybe a little extra attention regarding maintenance fittings in my 357 Hoppy bidet would not shut and hot water shower faucet turned initially empty.

Stayed here in Oct 2014. The furnishings are all worn and tired looking. The lifts are very slow to arrive even when only a few patrons are using them. The doors from the staircase to the foyer often jam when trying to open them and the staff person arrogantly insisted it's because I wasn't trying correctly even though he admitted he often has to show patrons how to operate them. Dude, just get them fixed already! The staff are not outright rude but are not pleasant and seem fed up with the work. Maybe it's because the owners are too tight to pay for obviously needed renovations.

Nice hotel very quiet and very close to everything 20 minutes to any where by car and less than 30 minutes to the airport. Nice swimming pool also.
