Location location plus homely warm atmosphere.

Spacious, more room than my fiancé and I needed, elegantly decorated.

Seven (! ) weeks ago I received a confirmation of the booking of 2 superior rooms in this luxury hotel Circo Massimo Exclusive Suite for the wedding anniversary of my parents and for our teenage daughters. They were eager for a wonderful holiday! Then exactly 2 (! ) days before we hear that there is a double booking and the hotel proposes an alternative hotel: further away from the city and one of a lower class … all for "the same price"!?! Under the mum "there are structures" … What a deception!

Excellent location, Right on Circo Massimo. Very good breakfast, room very clean. 10 minute walk to Colosseum, 7 minutes to train station.

This place is central for touring around the roman sites. The best parts are that you aren't surrounded by tourists as soon as you walk out the door, it is convienent for public transport, delicious breakfasts, opposite the circus maximus, easy walking distance to all sites. If fact it also a historic building as it is an old Dominican Monks monastery. Loved it!

I’m hard pressed to find anything wrong with this beautiful, elegant, quiet, safe, and comforting hotel. It’s one of Roma’s many hidden gems. Close to tourist attractions, easy to walk to / from, nearby the FAO, and so much more.

The position of the hotel is amazing: just in front of Circo Massimo. The room is big, perfectly clean and has furniture from countries all around the world. All working people are very kind and professional.

Great place to stay at in Rome as you are right on an ancient Roman relic as it is situated right at the Palatine and in front of the Circo Massimo. Friendly staff. However not near enough places to have a meal at.

There is no baby seat.

Fantastic stay here earlier in the year — well placed for seeing the major sites and a short stroll to Trastavere in the evenings. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was plentiful and good quality, and the ambience of the llace was great — built into the back wall of the Forum/Palatine Hill — lovely courtyard to sit and relax. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. There are a couple of small local restaurants just down the street which were fantastic, and an amazing little cake shop on the corner! Perfect base for exploring the city. Would highly recommend.

Splendid experience in the heart of the Roman heritage of art and antiquity, right between the Palatine and the Circo Massimo. Exclusivity, genuine hospitality, wonderful staff and warmth. A jewel well maintained by interior design professionals very knowledgeable and highly ranked internationally. There are a few very accessible local restaurants and gelaterias next door.

Splendid hotel in the heart of Rome. It feels like you are sleeping in a museum, a part of history. The rooms are comfortable, the staff super friendly. I would advise everyone to stay here!

Nice hotel staff, 'cute' little hotel with historic feel to it, small but nice breakfast. 5 min walk from metro.

Quirky, charming hotel. The rooms could use a touch of paint and the breakfast is the typically Italian sugar fest with not a savoury option in sight but the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the place is packed with cool artwork and designer furniture from all ages, and the location is great for the main historical sights. Recommended.
