This B&B is very close to Vatican Museums (15 minutes with bus or 30 minutes walking). Rooms are very large, comfortable and clean and the staff is very kind. Breakfast is good. If you want a solution with quality and good price Love of Rome is a good B&B in Rome.
➜ A 4-night stay at BB Love Of Rome where we were very well received by the entire team of the Damiano Hotel, Valerio… who has been caring for us: friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
You enter this hotel as you would return to your residence — besides it is not very visible from Pio XI Square, since other companies and other professionals are in the same residence.
Buses 31 and 916 (other buses) stop just in the square and go to the centre of Rome and the metro station Baldo degli Ubaldi is a 10-minute walk (linea Arrancia). Otherwise, take a 25-minute walk to St. Peter's Square.
A transfer service from the airport to the hotel is offered (additional), it's fast (barely half an hour) and comfortable.
Nice air-conditioned room, for 3 to 4 people, decorated in a contemporary and colorful way (Palatino) — with a pretty and spacious bathroom — balcony overlooking the great crossroads Gregorio VII and Via Anastasio.
The western breakfast is plentiful (sweet/salty) and the breakfast room is quiet.
It is a good compromise for those who want to go to Rome without breaking the bank. So I recommend it because we were delighted my two teenagers and myself.

It's a really good B&B. The staff are very friendly and always smiling, the rooms are clean to perfection, they are very warm, welcoming, with well-managed spaces. Varied and rich breakfast. There are no flaws.
