Lovely staff and always happy to help. The family suite is big with 2 bathrooms. Food and drinks of great standard. Just the Wi-Fi keeps dropping off. Hotel very close to metro station.

Convenient hotel at Metro. On arrival we were given a not very large room for two adults and two girls but normal for 2 people. Just asked, they apologized and gave us a much bigger room. Breakfast ok with sweet and salty. The staff were very friendly at both reception and breakfasts. To them go the 5 stars, the rooms and the property the 4 stars seem excessive but overall they can stay there. Finding good staff matters a lot more than other things.

Too much for a four star. Small room, air conditioners right above the bed, no bidet, small bathroom, slightly scruffy tub and ruined tablet. Window view on the garbage can area. I expected better.

Stayed in January. And I have to say the hotel is OK. When we first arrive there was an old man in the reception and he was extremely rude like he didn't care at all for us. And they didn't even show us our room we had to find it by our self and he even gave me wrong directions to Our room… so. We were going up and down. To find our room. About cleanles it was OK. I mean I found dirty sheet the first night… Soo yea.

This hotel was amazing value and was very clean, well appointed and modern. Breakfast was included and great, highly recommended.

Good value for money. Nice breakfast & clean rooms. 5 min from the metro station. If you don't want to sleep in a poor overpriced central location, then this hotel is a really good choice.

This is NOT a four star hotel. There are puke like stains on the carpet, human hair on "clean" covers, suspicious sewage smell when the shower turns on, uncomfortable mattresses, and thin walls.

Bad, I booked through booking this hotel for 3 days, because from the photos the rooms look beautiful, instead they do not correspond to anything to the photos of the announcement, bathroom not working, too many noises, the 4 stars are a lie, not to mention the Cleaning.

Helt ok övernattningshotell. Bra frukost med god äggröra och bacon. Väldigt trång toalett och dusch. Madrassen I sängen var inte den bästa, men för en natt funkar det. Annars bra läge och trevlig personal också.

Rooms clean, staff very nice and helpful, a special thanks goes to Elena of the breakfasts for trying to accommodate me in all view my lactose allergy. Definitely the next time I come to Rome I will come back here.

Very good value for money Good breakfast But there should also be fresh fruit. Bed Network and mattresses to renew.

Friendly staff.
Worries when we wanted to receive the room (after a full day of sightseeing), room unavailable due to a worry of evacuation and full hotel. On the way home from a day trip, we just wanted to shower and ask a little… the hotel has however well managed the problem, we were relocated for a night in a 4 * super modern hotel at 5min by car, taxi offered by the hotel. On the other hand, we quickly lost 1h that day and 1h the next day for hotel transfers — a bit annoying to waste time on a 3j stay.
We enjoyed a larger room the next day, simple but very clean.
Easy access to the center via the Metro at 3min walk.
Breakfast was OK.

4 stars, close to the Metro to Cordelia station, good service with comfortable rooms. Would.

Good view and the hotel is clean there are very small rooms and other very spacious bathroom is with Yina little.

A case of u get what u pay for. Though in this case I think actual 2star (which is what this hotel is) hotels may be cheaper. Rooms are very dated, barely functional. Breakfast was OK. Reasonable staff. The metro is 10 minutes walk. Bus stops are closer. We were only in Rome for a 24h stop over and my main memory is having my wallet stolen in the metro. Overall a very rundown hotel but with a reasonable location. Worth asking them about airport transfer rate as it maybe around 50euro/car. (When we landed in Rome airport our booked transfer didn't wait for us, as our flight landed at 23.30 and they close midnight, anyway booked them through Expedia, and Expedia were very nice and fully refunded effectively making the return transfer free)

Nice hotel but I dont understand how they got 4 stars. Its maybe a 2 or 3 but surely not 4. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean, but the furniture is old and the beds are unconfortable.

A hotel at a very good price and well located to spend the night in Rome, when you spend the most time out walking around this wonderful city. The breakfast buffet was very good.

A nice place to stay in Rome. Friendly staff, Good environment, a very healthy breakfast, near to varican city, near to train station that takes u to city centre from there you can walk to many of the points in city centre. A very good experience being there.

Clean hotel with great breakfast! I ate in the morning and lasted me till evening. Rooms are small but very clean and daily room service is great. The bunk beds are very small not for adults. If you get a quadruple room make sure you don't get the bunk beds. Wi-Fi is weak in the some of the rooms. Even in the lobby you will not be able to load pictures or video clips. Location is good, very close to Cornelia subway station.

Staff friendly but rooms and breakfast quality disappointing…

The room was very good and the hotel was very nice and the location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

There are very few times I would bother leaving a negative review but this is one of them. Bathroom and shower was grotty and needed a complete rip out and replace (simple housekeeping could avoid that). Mould growing behined the toilet systen. Stains all over the carpet and a slight toilet odour is noticeable once you open the door to the room. Won't bother staying here again.

The hotel is clean. Friendly staff However for 4 stars one would expect to have a pool which unfortunately is not the case.
The rooms are not huge maos it's still enough.
The big surprise that got me a lot more: a bathtub in the bathroom! :D.

Overpriced for what it offers has several rubbish bins right at the entrance there is bad smell but at least you easily locate the hotel.

All the mod cons! You don't tend to expect something so good for a good price in such a busy city. Comfortable rooms, bath sheets, attractive decor. Amazing breakfast spread also.

Hotel was average, good breakfast, very little and dated bathroom The week (W12-13 of 2016) we stayed 2 busses with school teenage kids came to the hotel. They provide us with noise until 3 am. Hotel employees tried to intervene but with little result. The supervisors of the group were not in sight …. We did not know in advance, but there are rooms with bunk beds at the hotel, ideal for school trips … and the associated noise …

Superb hotel, very clean and the staff very well, to recommend more hord of the noises of the city, two km from the Vatican.

Air Condition was not working, the bathroom was waaaaay smaller than they advertised. Room was small but clean too. Breakfast was appetizing, diverse and good. Stuff was friendly although he refused to make a phone call for us so we could book a visit for Galleria Borghese resulting in a trip back to our room and an extra 15 minutes spend trying to understand the automated messages. They had their own shampoos and bath foams-soaps but not their own slippers. In the bath there was no place to place the soaps etc. They also changed our towels. Overall good hotel. Small rooms and an average price, however I would classify it as a 3 star hotel not 4

Awful experience. The bus dropped us off in the middle of the street traffic. Major thoroughfare and close. To retrieve our bags we nearly get run over by cars they could barely move and that, quite rightly, they wanted them to get home.
Unfortunate location and inefficient management of the arrival of the coach.

We stayed for a weekend, using a voucher purchased online.
First, it must be said that I don't see how the deserve 4 stars. It is a 3 star hotel, not more.
The room we were given was very small and cramped. The bathroom door did not close properly and also that of the room did not always meet the key card. The temperature of the room was very hot and we had to keep the Windows Open (in mid-January! ) and were told it was not possible to lower it. Also the room (perhaps because of the heat) was infested by mosquitoes (in mid-January! ).
Another minus, the bar: we'd been given a voucher for a free welcome drink. On the first night, though, there was no one at the bar. We did call the bartender from the front desk but after a quarter of an hour had not yet come nobody to serve us, so we gave up. The second night we tried it again and there was the bartender, but proved quite incompetent (he didn't know what a prosecco, and he couldn't open a bottle of wine).
Great, instead, is the breakfast, with a wide choice of dishes (sweet and savory) and drinks. We would still welcome more choices of fresh fruits.
The location of the hotel is good (near the metro, in a quiet area) and very friendly staff.

We stay at this hotel from 17 till 19 july for 2 nights. Personal is very very kind and our room was at the side of the entree, also we didn't hear anything! The airco was good, we sleep very well. The metrostation is near. The breakfast is very fress! We are also happy we where here! R Libregts, 's-Hertogenbosch/The Netherlands.

Clean, welcoming, great location, close to Metro, bus station, you can reach the airport without a taxi. Breakfast is the same. Nearby there are grocery stores, cheap catering for 30 €, you can dine together. The shopping street, the prices are lower than in the Centre.

We arrived very early in the Hotel, but I must say that the staff has given much to do to give us a room as soon as possible.

We spent two days, staff very helpful, breakfast excellent room cleaning. Basic room small but well equipped and efficient. Overall very positive judgment. Not far from the metro in quiet and peaceful area at first sight. Rating 7.85.

Hotel Waldorf B & H Roma
the hotel itself is quite ok. However, you have first to drive half an hour by train from the airport to the city centre and then also nochumsteigen in the Metro, there are again 9 stations to the hotel. But in a few minutes go out from the subway station, it is finally here. The environment has a great pizza was really tasty pizzas! and a cheap Toruistengeschäft.
The hotel itself, is the staff friendly, but allow the room to be desired: the refrigerator is locked, though, we had a balcony, but had instead of doors, Windows. But we could sleep peacefully and because my friend had a birthday, of the man even at the front desk by themselves on fallen, he meant equal: a few drinks the bar of the hotel, go on the House.
the bathroom is small. But every day is made everything clean. It is ok for a few nights. And also for a journey. But since it is not just in the Center, for people who rather want to visit the city, a hotel should take, that is simply closer. Breakfast was totally ok, only cd is stuck and imfrühstücksraum always the same has instead played what is not noticed the staff. Overall, it was ok.
