Dario and the staff were fantastic. Loved the place. Close to vatican and buses to other attractions just across the road.

We have just had a fabulous stay here. Dario and staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location to access all the attractions very clean large room. Plenty left for Breakfast. Would highly recommend the fabulous place. Hope to return again.

This is a nice place to stay for a night in Rome. The room looks clean and modern. The bathroom is excellent. When we checked in, the host gave us an excellent introduction and also some information of the best places in Rome. The breakfast was ready the day before. It was a nice stay.

Rooms with bathroom always clean, staff friendly. Great to visit the Vatican area and well connected to public transport services.

We were greeted with very nice lyre clean room the only bad thing breakfast in the room a little restricted then having the keys to everything you had the freedom to enter and leave at your leisure.

Gregory Place is very good place to stay for a few days. Spacious and clean rooms, nice and helpful staff (very good speaks in english), there are shops, bars and cafes, free parking near the building (if needed there is garage not far away from apartments), also a few gas stations if needed. Gregory place is about 10 — 15 minutes from Vatican city, so You can reach it on foot. If You want there is a bus station about 150 meters and metro station about 1 km from apartments. It is very good price and quality ratio. Strongly recommend!

Spacious room, very helpful staff, well placed 10 minutes from St. Peter's Basilica and a bus stop next door that takes you directly into the center and up to Piazza Venezia which is 5 minutes from the Colosseum. An address recommended. Don't hesitate!

I found it quite cozy is about 10 or 15 from St. Peter's Square, the kid who welcomed us treated us very well and very nice, but that if, only received us we did not see him again! It is also true that you do not need it at all since once done the chec in, everything else is in very good condition, you should keep in mind that it is a hotel without a café is located inside a housing building, but they leave you in the room all prepared for breakfast pastas, infusions and so on, artilujios of all kinds, coffee maker capsules and water heater, in short a good choice which would definitely be repeated.

Good rooms. It's a particular hotel, it's inside a building, it's a flat where you rent a room. Very good room.

For the price paid it is worth it. Room and bathroom clean, breakfast adequate to what paid.

Great place to stay in Rome. 15 min walk to Vatican, near shops, walking distance to main attractions. Clean, small breakfast to the room. Very friendly people.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every day! Perfect location for all the sites. Helpful and friendly staff who will tell you all you need to know and what to watch out for. The rooms are spotless. We will come back again.

We are staying at Gregory Place for our honeymoon and this place is lovely. Room are fantastic. Free Wi-Fi. Lovely in room breakfast every morning. The staff are so helpfu and very polite. Definitely will be staying here again. :)

One of the best B&B I have been to in Rome. Rooms are very clean and good size. Fast Wi-Fi, good location, friendly personnel. Recommended.
